Wintering in Texas from Michigan. I have a 13 year welsh terrier that was in need of grooming bad. Gave Lu's a tried could not ask for better services. One of the best jobs ever. I would not hesitate to go to Lu's.

Amber and Shannon always take care of my fur baby Rusty! He loves going to see them and I love how he is always taken care of. Amber really listens to what I like done for Rusty and takes a holiday picture!! Love it and them!

We have been taken out 2 babies here for several years but since the new owners took over the last 2 times we have left them they acted like they were afraid to stay I literally had to drag them in.I should have listen to my dogs but I didn't they last time they came home scared to death.. so needless to say we won't be going there anymore.

They left my dog in the pin all day didn’t mess with him or anything he was scared when I dropped him off and they told me he would be ready about 1 or 2 I call them and check on him and they tell me he won’t be ready until 5 I get there at 5 and their just now starting on him and they like to cuss at the customers I didn’t get my dogs leash or collar back so we will never go there again they are horrible people and miss treats animals probably why every dog is scared when they go in I don’t recommend this place
