This is a quiet, lazy little coffee house in a tiny little township. The staff is always friendly. The Java is fresh and they have a buy so many get one free card! Price wise they are comparable to the coffee places in the area. They also have board games for free and plenty of open, airy and naturally lit space for you and your family. My daughters and I love to treat ourselves to this great place.

Starbucks MOVE OVER 😴 the coffee is top tier delicious and the vibes inside are immaculate. very oaky bold flavor.Perfect productive environment. I had an iced latte everyday that I was in town visiting.The ladies are so much fun and plenty of nice art for purchase too. I loved that they had oatmilk available as I try to stay away from dairy ! ❤️

Disgustingly over sweet. > $10 for an iced latte. From a drive through window…won’t be going back. Legit feel like my teeth are rotting after drinking this latte! The barista should always ask the customer how sweet his or her preference is…otherwise, it’s just too much!!! 🤮

Every time we've been to Lazy Heron, the coffee has beet stellar. We've ordered a variety of things from cold brew to breve lattes and everything has been top notch. The inside is very inviting, plenty of tables, purchasable local art. Several impressive heron and pelican kites hang from the ceiling. We really enjoy stopping in anytime we are in town.

We were visiting from out of town and tried based on the reviews. The hibiscus tea literally tasted like cherry kool-aid that they purchased across the street at HEB, and my fiancees' coffee tasted watered down. I gave 2 stars because our drinks were not good, to say the least. However, I can't speak on the service or personal as my fiancee went in while I waited in the car. We wouldn't go back based on our drinks. It's possible they were just having a bad day but our experience was not great.**update** We would be happy to give you guys another try if/when in town. Like I said, it may have just been an off day. I would like to see what you use for the hibiscus though. Will change to 3 just for your quick response.Parking: Lots of parking. The location is good.Kid-friendliness: Seems to be good (we have no young children with us)Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be very good

This place is fabulous!! They actually know their espresso! Dark roast… not green! (Ewe)Barista’s are super nice and very helpful to figure out what my Mom wanted to drink.Kid-friendliness: Fabulous chocolate drinks!

First time visit, met with friends. Great atmosphere. Parking can get challenging, but HEB is a risk the street. Price was normal for a coffee shop. So the value is high.Tables of about 4 is normal, one area for small groups has more seating. I noticed a small area you can sit individually,privately.I dud not see any pastry, or pie offerings. Again, 1st time. I would return and definitely recommend The Lazy Heron

Awesome place, awesome people! They have a full menu with lattes, frappes, teas, smoothies, espressos, Italian sodas, ice coffees, and many other items. They also have seasonal items for seasonal flavors. Bring your dog along for treats! Mine loved them, they were so friendly in the drive thru window. If I could give them more stars I would! My favorite is their italian soda with extra cream.

Great coffee shop. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have WiFi if you need to bring your laptop and get some work done. Nice outdoor seating area. Highly recommend. I had the Vietnamese iced coffee and was very pleased.

My husband and I stopped in after an appointment this morning. I love coffee and was not disappointed it was fantastic. So good when we finished shopping we went back for more. the service was really wonderful they helped you in any kind of flavor or anything you wanted in your coffee. when we go back through Kingsland we're going to make that are permanent stop for coffee and it was very reasonable to.

Tried an extra hot latte for our morning Joe while visiting the town. The espresso tasted a little better than you average/generic espresso roast. The lady at the drive thru check in was very friendly. Didn't go inside but seems like a place where I'd like to sit down and sip on my hot coffee.

The staff were very friendly. I asked for my go to coffee (white chocolate breve with 2 pumps toffee) and it was good but the coffee was kind of watery? Idk how to explain it. It just tasted weak but maybe it was too much milk... It was still good tho. I drank it anyways

I'm sorry I did not take pictures to post, it was closing time and the staff cheerfully accommodated my order. I had the Carmel Frappe and an extremely yummy, homemade cinnamon roll! Drinks can be made caffeine free, or you can choose between cold press or espresso shot. 7 dollars was the charge for a large plus the aforementioned very fluffy cinnamon roll. Sign said they offer JR's breakfast tacos in the morning. Clean environment and serene decor. Free WiFi. Stop for a visit, you won't regret it!

Though it may be called the 'Lazy' Heron, the people who own, operate, & work here are anything but. The owners, Aaron & Jenn always go above and beyond to ensure that they have the place impeccably clean, the staff highly well trained, & orders ready as fast and accurate as can be. Right across from HEB, the Lazy Heron is a place where you can always expect a warm welcome, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, & damn good coffee.
