HEB is great for low prices. The staff is always so nice and courteous, however, the store at my location is just too small for the amount of customers they get on a daily basis. They also run out of items that are on sale on the weekends. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn't for these issues.

They have so many choices and variates of the products that I want. They are always friendly when I check out and ask if there is any thing I need. They even ask if I need help to my car. You don’t get all of this at any other store.

I believe this is possibly the worst store in the chain. Our last visit went through 4 bags of oranges to find 1 that didn't have a rotten molded orange in it. The milk dairy case has had milk on the door and maybe a quart on the floor for some time now. Product options are very limited and often non existent.The isles are very narrow, 2 buggy's cannot meet on the cold cut/cheese isle. You cannot pass in front of the checkout stands if there are more than 3 people in line. This store will make a Walmart shopper out of you. This store was built 20+years ago, the old one was better.

Shelves are full and well stocked. Competitive pricing and the store is clean. Only negative is the employees pushing their carts in front of you for the pick up customers. Happens every visit but I now just live with it.

I like HEB but I am tired of them shoving their brands down our throat. Not carrying well know brands like Smuckers Jams, in very small quantities. Borden's brand Egg Nog, out of stock. People are buying it as fast as they get it, well idiots order more, you will sell it. I still say Walmart beats HEB pricing, I can prove it.

HEB, especially the one in Lakeway, deserves a solid 5 out of 5 rating in my book. This grocery store is exceptional, offering a vast selection and even its own gas station and car wash for added convenience. I love that I can always find everything I need there, and the fresh produce is a real highlight. If there's one thing to wish for, it's a larger prepared food area, but overall, HEB in Lakeway is a top-notch shopping destination.

Small store. Sometimes well stocked others not. Great store for getting basic items. Doesn't carry items that larger store has. Very small make-up rack. Less than half of isle of otc medications and baby items. Produce fresh when they have. Meats and lunch meat when available. Great variety of out door plants all the time. Sometimes seems that care is not fully given when reordering store stock. I would love to see this store upgraded. But for now it serves it's purpose nothing more. Staff friendly enough. Parking easy to get in and out. Has fuelpumps on site that's nice and easy for quick access.

The store is great. I am on a renal diet and find so many wonderful items here. Wish the community was a bit more polite but in this world today I'm just not surprised. Was hoping moving to a cute little water side town would have people more relaxed. But yalls busy time is brutal. So I'm sticking to early morning or late in the evening. My favorite is the sushi selection. This made my day first time I entered 💝

Small store but carries the basics. Appreciate HEB prices in a small town. Would love ❤️ to see the small push carts that other stores have since aisles are so narrow.

Ordered curbside through app. Got an email confirming order that night. Got a email early morning said your order is ready. When I got there I could not read which parking space I was in because plastic is peeling off and covering numbers and letters. I waited there 20 minutes after I had texted the number on the sign. I had to call because I saw other people pulling in after me getting served. They didn't even know I was there. Oblivious to me. Luckily they did have my cart ready and loaded. Of course they overloaded the bags so that they ripped open when I unloaded from vehicle and fell out onto the ground which would not be no big deal for most people but I am a disabled veteran and it was very difficult to get groceries into the house. I mean why am I going to curbside if I have to go through these problems? Next time I will just have them delivered to my property in Kingsland. Not happy with HEB at all.

Nothing positive to say about many HEB stores. They are nearly always out of items, prices are ridiculous and many items have been replaced by their own brand. Most of these are not comparable. I want buy my groceries not clothing, decorate my house or by plants.

Cramped, disorganized, minimal selection, and the worst part about everything is that they don't accept mobile pay. When I attempted to use it, the cashier tells me " we don't have that (mobile pay) here... no HEB does." Are you kidding me? EVERY SINGLE HEB that I've ever been to has it. Multiple ones in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, corpus, la grange, the entire RGV, and even little columbus, tx has mobile pay. What she was trying to accomplish by making that statement, idk, but it was a ridiculous thing to say. It seems as if she was trying to make me feel stupid for paying that way... good way to treat your customers. Step it up heb... and train your employees better

I love HEB & all of their BOGOS but it would b nice if they opened more registers when it's busy. Did my groceries..4got 1 item, went back in & there's 8 people in self check out line. OPEN MORE REGISTERS that r not self check out

Small HEB, small parking lot. Has HEB gasoline, no diesel. Well stocked and friendly as usual. Pleasant clerks, fast, human clerks in the 15 item or less lines! Bought some of the new HEB limited edition chips there. Parts store next door, RX, laundry, bank/atm, etc. nearby. so good location!

I have had surgery and am improving! Today I went to HEB to get for the first time!! I asked a young girl who was working there to help me put the water in my cart and she was so nice to do it for me! I got my groceries and asked Alan for someone to help me put them in my car and he was so nice! He asked someone to do it and she was so pleasant about it!!I thank you for having the NICEST people work at your HEB!

Small town HEB, works for us. Friendly staff and efficient. Only real complaint is they are carrying most of the HEB brand products and very few top name brands. Most of the HEB products are not that good. I would rather pay alittle more to get better tasting foods.

I usually use this HEB for quick few items for it's convenience. The workers are great, but it's a smaller store with limited selections, and much too crowded aisles. Assuming we're speaking of Kingsland HEB! Cuz I haven't been to Marble Falls HEB in over a year, and have no intention to ever go there again!

Well this HEB is not as big as the ones in my hometown of Waco. I can say that all the customers were greeted personally. The store was very very clean and the shelves were full. I came here for a few beers but three different people asked me if they could help me. I feel welcome here and would definitely shop here again.
