Very happy I found Cindy Tatum to take care of my grooming needs at Fur Kids Lodge and Spa. I take my 3 short haired Chi’s for baths, nails, etc. and she does a great job. They are all done in an hour (she is very efficient and I am happy that I don’t have to leave my dogs for hours at a time as I have experienced at other groomers). She always answers her phone, never have to wait long for an appointment and knows this breed well. I am happy I found her and highly recommend her.

Cindy is the absolute best. I have a 12 yr old yorkie that had a terrible skin condition and was almost hairless. Cindy helped me with diet and now she has a full coat of hair. I am sooo great full to have found her

Cindy has always done an amazing job on my dogs. Took my Westie for years and now bringing my Yorkiepoo. His puppy cut looks great. I love that she only takes one dog at a time and is finished in an hour! I I always disliked dropping my dog for half or a whole day at the groomer. I won't go anywhere else.

Loved the one-dog-at-a-time service. Discovered my dogs were yelled at regularly during grooming. My preference is that since I don't yell at my dogs, others don't yell at them, so I'm moving my business elsewhere.

I would give this place a 0 if I could.I was surprised to read so many good reviews about how great this place is. It's been quite the opposite for me she treated me very rude and made a comment about my mother not speaking English .Not only that but raised the prices and told me very rudely that I couldn't shave my dogs paws ,when she has done it it plenty of times before without saying anything.i would not have minded her suggestion if she said it in a different way or used is as a teaching moment. I dont think you read my review clearly maybe you should read it again i simply said it was the way you said certain things it would have been different if you said it in a different way I am not lying I am saying my honest review about the experience I had at you business.if you're really concerned about the dogs why didn't you say anything the other three times I took them??i would be glad to show how they where before they where groomed:)

Love this place.Cindy is very professional and very good at what she does.I love that she does one dog at a time.If your appointment is at 10, your pet is ready by 11.Prices are very fair.

This was my first time taking my dog. I really appreciate that it a one on one with my dog, as she is not very friendly with other dogs. Very quick turn around time. My girl came out softer than she normally is! I will go back!

I had my English bulldog get just a bath here at 10 am now it’s 3 pm same day and I have my bulldog at the vet , keep in mind this dog has only been to the vet to get her shots never been because of being sick . So you can draw your own conclusions I’ll add to the review when they figure out what’s wrong with my baby , I will say the vet said they have had several dogs come in right after getting groomed here !!!!

My dog hates to go to the groomer. Its always been a chore exception for this time. He looks so good and smells great. He actually liked her and will be taking him to her from now on. He didn't want to leave her shop lol. Thanks so much.

drove up and saw all those poor dogs in small confined areas barking and saw no water bowls. Looks like a puppy mill and the conditions looked horrible nothing but dirt in the cages. Lady was very rude.
