This is a large Ace Store, with a spacious new sporting goods area as large as some supermarkets. The lumber yard is well stocked. I dealt with paint, plumbing, and electrical floor managers, and found them friendly, and knowledgeable, willing to assist.

The prices at Ace Hardware in Kingsland are very competitive and comparable to other big name stores. And their lumber yard has a good selection of wood, siding, concrete, and more. Barbara, Bob, and Mark provide the best service in the Hill Country. Ace is the place.

I only go to the Kingsland, Texas ACE Hardware if I only have to.Years back, I shopped exclusively at this hardware store and stopped after management embarrassed me to no end.

I love the that the small town of Kingsland has a hardware store especially one with so many different gadgets that I'm instantly drawn to check out.. my only downside is the smaller selection of different items than the larger counterparts and lines always seem to take longer than necessary but it could just be poor timing on my part. The staff was happy to help with positive attitudes but the prices made me think twice at times.

These people are like family to everyone who walks through the door. Extremely helpful. However pricing is at the medium to high range and that's to bad. To save money you have to spend gas for the trip to Marble Falls.

Great, experienced employees at this store. Good variety in stock. They have the tool that you can feed different sized rope/wire/tubing through to count the lengths efficiently!Point off for the contradiction: Outside is a huge banner above the ACE door stating "Masks Required in Store. Must cover nose and mouth". In the store, a small paper sign is posted to an aisle as you enter that reads "No masks required."No employee I witnessed and most patrons did not have masks any of the 4 times I went in last week.

This is the kind of store that even though you don't need anything, you will find something that you need. I have only been here a few times, but have always had favorable experiences each time. Staff is helpful without being intrusive. Layout is a bit "clunky" which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

I live in the West Lake area and drive to Kingsland because they have availability of the products I need. The Ace in Dripping and Spicewood have nice people but they seem to run out of things and management could never tell me when items are coming. If you need a Stihl chainsaw, reach out to Ace in Kingsland and ask for Wayne. He will set you up with everything and show you the basics.

This has been a gem in the rough . They carry a wide selection in their lumber yard and have had items when the big box stores did not . Great customer service and the pricing is pretty fair

They don't say that Ace is the place for the helpful hardware folks for nothing. They have a great gift and kitchen shop up front also. Year round pool and spa chemicals too. So glad I have this place rather than the big box stores!

So I never realized the great deals you can find here but you have to go online and look at their sales and specials. They love to give stuff for free, my favorite for letter word. We got a Milwaukee 18v bit driver, drill and one handed sawzall for $199 lol a steal and they had even more stuff on sale that I didn’t see til after we left. All the staff has been friendly including the guys in the back who give the bags of mulch. Honesty I see no reason to go to the orange or blue store ever again!
