I’ve been coming here for years… everyday for years and this place is going downhill fast. Bought burritos and they seriously were still frozen pieces of ice in them, I go to buy gas and have to come back in 3 Times for them to put my money on the pump. You guys are about to lose my business..

It's an okay store just takes awhile to get to the line some of the people that work there don't understand how to put money on a card so if you want to load money on a prepaid card go somewhere else the only one that really knows how to use the computer is the manager who is not there most of the time don't bother go to HEB after 12

711 used to be a great store to shop at when I worked there.. not so much nowadays ..Since they let people bring their animals inside.. With open air food meaning there is hot foods open for customers to serve themselves. Which is not Sanitary.. and with that I will not eat the food.I'll shop for other items jus not the food.

the Kingsland 711 has one of the best employees named Andrew he helped me by taking the food I was told I had to get because they didn't want to make me a familiar face and place to get me fresh wings to use the points I had on the 711 app and I had to just take what was there and I ended up burning my hand a bit because they didn't want to help me get the box of wings out of the warmer which opened on their side of the counter too and I then got so upset I almost had a anxiety attack and I started to have trembling and I then had to grab a counter to get balance before I was able to walk outside of the store when I could get my nerves calm via meds I returned and I explained it to Andrew he immediately made fresh wings I could eat because of my health issues and I ended up getting my extremely favorite wings for dinner no er for my attack and no tummy pain just simply cuz Andrew cared about his customer and did it the right way! I owe you so much Andrew thankies much for saving my night!

The worst 7eleven ever.. right now they are charging 7.50 for a pack of cigarettes when the price says 5.51...now those 2 young kids that are working there have been price galgin the people of kingland since they were hired....the manger Jamie has told the owners repeatedly...but they brushed her under the mattress ...yep she's gone..Anyway that tells us a lot about the kingsland 7eleven....AND TO TOP IT OFF KINGSLAND HAS HAD A MAJOR FLOOD AND THEY ARE CHARGING MORE..YEP NOW THEY ARE 8.50....PLEASE PEOPLE STOP GOING THERE..
