Tractor Supply has always been my family's go-to store for all of our pets, but also certain machine equipment. This evening, I was in need of a new Tractor tire and was assisted by a very nice young man who went above and beyond, "Dylan." It's customer service such as his makes being a returning customer a pleasure. Thank you, and I appreciate Dylans help. He even helped carry out my tire and the LG decorative wagon wheel I also purchased. God bless.

Clean environment and friendly staff, they also have a low cost shot clinic on Saturdays. I took my Rottweiler there last weekend and the veterinarian was nice enough to come out to the parking lot and do shots for my dog. I think it is a wonderful thing they are doing for our furbabies.

I was frustrated that employees are trained enough in customer service. I had picked up items advertised 5 for $1. Cashier informed me they were not priced that way since sale was over or I grabbed wrong ones. I took a picture to prove pricing, but between not feeling 100% and being frustrated I refused her offer to change the price for me and left them.

We bought 8 "guaranteed hens" from this store and 1 of them turned out to be a rooster. I don't think they totally know what they're doing here.

If you call ahead and they say we have propane on hand then you should also ask if a certified propane person is on site. If he/she is not there then you will need to come back when they are there.

I tried to return some dog food and couldn’t without a receipt. I was told that the item had to be returned with either a receipt or a rewards member number. I was told that not even a card would be sufficient for future attempt. I wish Tractor Supply would catch up with the times like Home Depot, per sé. Many stores allow for the amenity of running your card and returning the item. Decent fellow at the registrar though.

We had found a dog kennel and the cashier and another gentleman were extremely helpful. However a woman on the floor yelled “Get off of that” to my boyfriend because he used a bench nearby to reach the top shelf. I told her its not what you say but how. We honestly thought they were there for customers. Other than that, good experience overall.

While I was out running errands with my wife, we stopped by our local tractor supply to pick up our monthly duck feed our experience was wonderful, as usual. Not only were we greeted kindly, but assisted in searching for our regular feed. Typically I stop by with my young daughter and I can feel comfortable and safe with the family environment. Excellence as usual from the front cashier's to all of the other employees we encounter.

Ordered the tin pig yard decoration for Mother's Day, online. Not 30 minutes later, Ms. Kay called me and said they show one in stock, but had to unload 20 pallets, if she couldn't find it, she would give me a refund. Later that day she called and said she found it and was ready to pick up. I really appreciate that she gave me a heads up. When I went to pick it up, they told me they remember that pig, it was a big ordeal to find it. Ms. Kay went above and behind to locate it for me. These days, its hard to find good customer service like that! Did I mention everyone else was sold out and was really important to me to find it?

I've been shopping at the Killeen TSC since it opened for everything from bird seeds, yard materials to lawn mowers and out side ornaments. So for 25 plus years I can only say that I'd rather go to TSC than Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart, AAFES or any other local establishment that sales the type items I use. I have never experienced a bad customer experience with any employee there especially the front chevku out personnel. If I do ill handle it face to face rather that leave and use a social media outletthank you tractor supply and keep on being a customer service provider .

Has a good selection for pets and livestock. Not enough cashiers(2) to support more than a few ppl. It has a great selection of items you need for your livestock in a convenient location in Killeen. Definitely would go during the day during the week to avoid the other people.

I've never been to a Tractor Supply store that I haven't liked....I love this chain and This is my local store, which we love to to. Great variety of shopping, quality products and super nice staff...One always feels welcome here..

Gentlemen helped me find some bolts and electrical tape, he made sure he helped me find it and that I had everything I needed before I left. Great experience with this gentlemen. He was bringing in riding mowers because it was close to closing can't renege his name but he was very nice.

Great visit due to amble stock and friendly staff. They have a great variety of items from chickens and goat growth food, to truck and other farm supplies. If they don't have it, they have the knowledge to point you in the right direction. The store might look small from outside, but they do have plenty.

They may not give a military discount but they are way better than the Homebase in Copperas Cove for they have been hiring nothing but teens who could careless about customers now and their so called military discount is joke for they don't give it to you on any feeds like chicken, cow, duck, rabbit, ect feeds. At least at Tractor Supply I get a surprise now and then and asked hey you want to use the $10 reward you have. awesome yes please. Lol

Sven was very helpful and was joyful. He told me where to get one of my propane tanks recertified so I didn't have to buy a new tank as mine was in good condition.

For 5 years i shop there. The first 2 years was always nice to go there. The service was always on spot, the products in store had All pricetags.Does days i miss the old time. Many products you have to gees the price.To often you stay to long in line to pay.

I am a new guinea pig owner and I was told that Tractor Supply had the best deals on supplies for him. It turns out that they had all of the supplies that I needed. The workers were very kind and helpful. I bought hay, dry food, a few snacks and bedding all for under $30. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Now my Piggie is very happy and so am I!

In line today watched another customer loose patience and lash out at the cashier. There was some difficulty in understanding him due to a strong accent so his rewards account would not load. Terri the cashier maintained restraint and patience before, during and after the sharp words the customer said to her. She was polite and respectful the whole time. Good job Terri thats why I shop here.

Love this awesome place in Belton . The service is excellent and so is the bath service for the dogs. Keep it up. Hopefully I can use a coupon next time but still a good price. The smile and cordial employees is super!

Store was very clean and well organized. Staff greeted me, and every other customer, that walked through their doors. Cashier was very friendly. I wish they had the exact dog food I wanted at this location, but I know not every store has the same thing. Drawback: if you want something from outside, you have to take a pic of the barcode. What?!? Each register should have a book where all the barcodes and item pics & descriptions, and the cashier should be able to scan said items without having the customer go back outside. And it was cold and raining the day I went, so you know that had to have been an inconvenience for that patron. If it would've been me, I would have left.

I just love this store! As a beginning Texas Rancher, this store has everything I need to turn my little ranch into a stellar homestead! Sometimes I go in there just to daydream and plan. This is a great store, with helpful friendly staff.
