If you a looking for new flooring, you need to stop by Technique Flooring & Restoration in Killeen, TX!!!!We recently had our kitchen remodeled and once the project was completed, the stained concrete floor needed to be repaired.We met with Rich, discussed our options and went with a hardwood flooring. The work crew was hard working and professional. They moved all furniture/appliances and once the installation was complete, placed everything where it belonged. The installation took 2 days and they installed flooring in our half bath, utility room, kitchen, dining room and living/family room.Working with the staff was a pleasure from start to finish!!!

Provided the fairest price on carpeting in the Fort Cavazos area (I got four quotes from different places). I walked into the showroom and told the guy what I needed. He didn’t try to upsell me. He was able to provide a quote the next day and the installation was done within a week. The installers were quick and very courteous of my house and furniture.

This was my first time using Technique Flooring. It wasn't for anything major but they were helpful and did what they said they would. I had some improperly installed laminate in my house that needed the right transitions. I called and got connected to Zach. He came out and took a look and said it was easy. I followed up for the estimate and got it scheduled. 2 installers came out and got it taken care of. One of them was DeCarlo. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I will Zach and Technique Flooring again.

I picked Technique based on their excellent reviews, and here’s another 5-star recommendation! We hadn’t cleaned our off-white bedroom carpets in 2 years, and they had a few pet stains and some doggy odor. I called to schedule an “8am-means-8am” start time and was assured the tech would meet us early. I work in Waco, Technique is in Killeen, and our home is in between, so my husband offered to be on hand. He’s quite particular, but Trenton called enroute, arrived exactly on time, and made quite an impression with his attitude, work ethic, and efficiency. My husband was also pleased by Trenton’s genuine kindness toward our elderly dog and his well-meaning suggestion that we arrange a future pickup and cleaning of the area rug in our living room. He told Trenton, “My wife gets the final word, but I think you did a great job.” He’s right! The carpets are spotless and the whole house smells great! Initial attempts to schedule via web and Facebook had some glitches that Technique is working on, but they were great to schedule by phone. I highly recommend their work and will use them again!

Our entire experience with Technique Flooring was FANTASTIC. Zach was so helpful when we visited the store to view their selection. He got us on the schedule quickly and actually had our project started & finished ahead of schedule! The installation crew we had were also phenomenal. Their work was so beautifully done, and they cleaned up after themselves, making it easy to settle back into our home. So grateful we found them to do our flooring project. My dog completely destroyed my carpet, and it needed to be replaced. I thought about doing it myself to save money, but I did not want to waste weeks just to have to pay someone after I messed it up. (I am always torn between being cheap and being lazy) Thanks to technique flooring, I didn't have to worry. They were fair in pricing and super quick! I had a small window of time before my house was having pictures taken to sell, and Technique Flooring made it work! From estimate to completion, it only took 4 days! Installation in just 30 minutes!! I can definitely say the price was well worth the quick turnaround and the stress it saved me!

One thing that is hard to say about any business is that Technique Flooring and Restoration is literally doing it all right! This is the 2nd total home floor replacement that they have done for our family and both times have been no less than perfect.During the sales process, Rich was very informative and efficient. They make it super fun to pick out colors and designs! He spend time with us to pick out the best options for our budget to make it happen.The installers were so fast! Our 3500 square foot home had a mix between tile (alot of tile) and carpet. They did 2 days of demo and 2 days to install. I was amazed by how well they all worked together to get the job done. They moved all the furniture, replaced the flooring, put it all back and left without a trace of a mess. Very sweet and amazing at what they do.They are a staple in our community and as you can see with over 700 5 star reviews.. there is no other choice.
