If I could give zero stars I would. The groomers at this facility shaved my golden doodle completely naked which was not discussed with us as owners. I was in complete shock and full of anger when they brought my dog out who literally had ZERO fur on him. I would NEVER bring my dogs back here as they do not listen to the owners request. On top of everything the assistant manager Patti was beyond rude and needs to learn how to speak to people. I hope my dogs fur grows back the way it’s suppose to due to people not doing their job correctly.

Overpriced!!! I took my dog in to get a bathed and a hair cut, according to the what was quoted for price was about a $115.00 or so. When I went to pick my dog up I was out of pocket about $170.00. They tagged on so many different fees from handling to you name it. I will NOT be taking my dogs back to that grooming spot. The customer service taking my dog in was outstanding. Picking him up was a different experience.I would recommend looking elsewhere prior to taking you pet to the store in killeen.

I’ve been taking my 15 year old dog Royal to get groomed here for about a year and his cuts have been hit or miss. However I wont be using their services again. The cut around his face looks choppy with long hair strands still visible. Also there are long hair strands on his legs when that area should’ve been shaved. The groomers here are not very nice and seem like they hate their work environment, as I heard them bad mouthing someone about the amount of work one person was given in comparison to someone else. The prices are ridiculously high and every little service is an add on fee right down to putting a scarf on the pets. I’ll be going back to my local groomer from now on. She cares and respects the pets old and young and my beloved dog left out happy and pampered.

Clean, organized and well-stocked. Not cluttered like PetCo near Target. Minus 1 star for never having enough people at the register to help customers and minus 1 star due to their prices always being higher than most other pet stores in the area.

We adopted the cutest little kittens here. They were so helpful and friendly. Have us a cupon book to get us started. There were two kittens in a snuggle ball. We only planned on one and ended up leaving with two. We just couldn't separate them and now we are so glad we didn't. They are inseparable! The best thing we bought was a high washed litter box with a lid on top of it with a hole in the lid. It is the cleanest situation we have ever had with a litter box

Petsmart is great. Clean for the most part, always has what I need. Their curbside delivery is absolutely awful though. Their in house vet office, is also pretty terrible, they can really only handle basic cases like ear infections. I would never trust them with my dogs.

Went into this PetSmart about 9:30 am during the weekday. I immediately noticed all the people in line. Only 2 registers open with 6-8 people in each line. A third employee was standing around near the registers. Store is old and really needs a thorough cleaning. Items are way overpriced. You’re better off ordering from Chewy with their free 1 to 2 day shipping.

Nice sized store and exceptionally clean.The animal habitats I observed were well taken care of.The chinchillas were just adorable!I was looking for a cat door to affix to an RV slide out.There were several large doggie doors but only one small animal door in stock.I was unable to find something I could use within my budget.The check out counter person was helpful and she signed me up for the PetSmart Club.I especially liked the option to "build your own cat toy".

Pretty nice staff and variety of goodies for pets. Good size of Aquatic section, too. The pretty Clinic odd really good. Their staff is extremely nice and caring. Helped with An issue with my aggressive cat😬-sedating and adding nail caps. They assist with anything, regardless how of you think🤷‍♀️ although pricey. But you get what you pay for.

Petsmarts staff is always very professional. I have been a customer since 2020. The arrangement of the store has changed, but the courteous, knowledgeable staff has a consistent standard. I am a lizard and fish Dad. These areas are always clean.

I’ve been taking my Dog to PetsMart for years and this last time I think it was a new brand new groomer that had no clue on what she was doing. I paid $76 for what looks like something I did at home myself. If it wasn’t for having to pay first before picking up your pet, I wouldn’t have paid… Uneven spots all over and I paid extra for nail grinding which looks like it wasn’t even done. Very disappointed this time around.UPDATE****Management did reach out to me and offered redo or free groom for next time with more experienced groomer… BTW my go to groomer is Lena… she’s awesome👍🏻****

We have gotten several fish from this store. The staff are always very helpful. We are in at least once a week to look and possibly purchase fish or fish supplies. That says a lot because they are the best choice in the area. Below are 2 cichlids we purchased

I come in here to Banfield Pet Hospital to bring my pug. I've taken him to many different pets and I have to admit coming here he is very comfortable he likes coming here and the vet techs and the veterinarian he goes right to them and they love him very much.

You can never find someone to assist you. I usually go in for crickets. I always have to hunt employees down . For a good while I stopped going because they never had crickets . I now prefer Petco for the most part . They always have crickets and I don't have to hunt employees down. Please don't respond and tell me y'all are gonna fix this! It's been like this for a super long time. When you do find someone they are usually doing something else and call another employee, like it's too much to help someone.

Brought my Moms dog to get groomed at 12 p.m., and now it's after 4, and they just called to let us know she is ready. It is ridiculous 😒 that it took over 4 hours.

DON'T LET ANGELA GROOM YOUR PETS!!!!!!!I took my labradoodle, Leo, in for grooming. I usually schedule with Kierrah. She does such a great job taking care of my dog. She pampers him and is very careful with him. I had to schedule my dog for this weekend but unfortunately kierrah wasn't available so I chose ANGELA. She is terrible. While I was shopping, I was watching how she handles my dog and she kept yanking on his tail really hard when he would sit down. I decided to stop the service and take my dog, only his body was done & she didn't get to do his hair. He went in at 8am and I took him at 1pm. Also, I noticed she was very rude to her coworkers. DON'T GO TO ANGELA!!

Went for aquarium supplies not a bad selection of fish pretty clean tanks. Was disappointed in how little selection in the plant tank and it was messy. Though the boxed live plants looked good !

Please do yourself a favor & take your pet to the groomers at Petco instead. My baby got her hair done here and I could have done a better job at home. I don’t know how the groomer didn’t feel embarrassed by her work. We needed her haircut done for family Photoshoot this weekend, but now her hair is choppy and bald in multiple places.

Grooming service unsatisfactory. Paid for Nail Grind and my pups nails are still rough and sharp. This was my second attempt, trying this service but still unsuccessful. A manager was suppose to contact me but I never received any correspondence from management. I’m going to try a small business for my next grooming appointment. Maybe I’ll be valued as a customer and not a number.
