Happy to shop there very clean and organized. Customer service is exceptional.Not very happy with Texas barbecue on the inside 😕….. yes, I understand they open at11 AM when you have six people standing in line at 10:56 you open early!!!Instead, we watched an employee stand around for five minutes, trying to find something else to do😂🤣😂🤣😂😅!!“If” there is a regional manager for this restaurant, we want to give “Kimberly”five stars for her personality and willingness to help us early⚡️🙏😁❤️….As For The Other employeeAll six of us are thankful for a good laugh thank you man none of us have laughed that hard a while 🤣😂😅🤣😂🤣😂⚡️

(UPDATE 03/27/2024) So this shows how much the Owners pay attention, (Dog Food?!), to my last post and of course no change. Thanks H-E-B I just drank an expired coffee from October 2023! Really HEB? Like I said before, “Do BETTER!”. H‑E‑B Stan Schluter customer service has been lacking as of late and I see the carelessness has been going on since August 22nd. Should not have to be worried about EXPIRED FOOD being SOLD AT “STAN SCHLUTER H‑E‑B”. Do better HEB!!!! 👎🏽

This particular time I left items at the store. This is something that has never happened. But it was the sausages for our barbecue that we were currently having. I called the store and spoke to a young lady. Who without hesitation told me that the bag had been recovered from self. Check and that if I will come back up there. I could retrieve them. I was so happy that this process was so easy. It left the feeling of honesty and wholesomness. Thank you, HEB. And entire staff for everything that you do.

The HEB store is very nice. My biggest problem and reasons for very poor review is the online shopping groceries. I have not been able to get to the store so I use this when I have to. The last 4 times. Almost all my produce, apples, grapes, potatoes, and bread or rolls are all horrible. Now I have been inside the store physically between some orders and the produce was just fine. I think online just picks the oldest stuff first to get rid of it. I've had a 4 pack of sweet potatoes that had a rotten potato in it. Apples that were beat all up and were bad in 3 days. Potato does not even last a week in the house, and today my grapes were only half a bag and a lot of mushy and yellowing ones. Not to mention my bread and rolls are stale.

Awesome product and placement! These habaneros were right in front of the produce section, and rightfully so. Nice, big, grocery store, that have a wide selection of groceries, and other things that are sold at grocery stores. There is a bar b cue section, sushi station, full bakery, a hot soup station, and fresh seafood section, a balloon, flower, gift section, and a jewelry store. The meats, veggies, and fruits are always fresh. In the meat department, there are wet wipes and paper towles to clean your hands after handling meat products. You can purchase the bar b cue fresh from the bar b cue section, or you may purchase it package and refrigerated in the grocery section of the store. The packaged bar b cue is really good. It's a bit more expensive than shopping at other local grocery stores, but it is worth it. H.E.B has great store coupon deals. H.E.B'S brand is just as good and sometimes better than the name brand items.The store is always clean and it's a pleasure to shop at.

This store is clean and organized. The staff is willing to help find an item whenever you ask them for help. The cashier asked me if I found everything I needed it. I told her I could not find a certain item. She asked another staff member to find the item for me. A few minutes later, the item was for me. I was so impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Great store to shop at!

Has just about everything you are looking for and then some. While Walmart has a presence in the area. It's H-E-B that the majority of TX residents go to. And for good reason.

This store has it all and more. You'll be able to find everything you need. Chicken dumpling soup was advertised to buy, and my sister bought 2 containers and got other great buys. The soup was delicious I highly recommend shopping at HEB

Store layout is ridiculous. Go in side where the one item I need is at to walk to the other end to get to a quick register to walk all the back to the door where they were putting large boxes of watermelon in the middle where people were trying to enter and exit the store. RidiculousEdit add on. Your pet food selection is horrible. Are you considered a mini HEB? Still just a scrappy store with limited items.

A story had appeared on Facebook that the Killeen Homeless shelter(Friends in Crisis) was on lockdown due to Covid. I knew HEB on Stan Schuluter was given away free hand sanitizer so I went to HEB and explained to CASHIER JASMINE that THE SHELTER WAS ON LOCKDOWN AND SHE SCANNED 4 CASES OF SANITIZER INDIVIDUALLY I MIGHT ADD WITHOUT HESITATION SO I COULD BRING IT TO THE SHELTER. I'm a HEB fun but this one is not my favorite one. The one in Cove is more organized and have more choices. It still a good store to get fresh fruits , vegetables and everyday things.

Clean and friendly staff. Bought two Tomahawk Steaks and some brisket/jalapeño/ bacon wrap poppers. Wanted to try our the Tomahawk and it turned out very tender and delicious! Loved the poppers as well.

Everybody knows I am very honest I love me some H-E-B. I was so excited too see a mixture of mini cupcakes chocolate and yellow yummy. Notttttt the mini were hard, dry, and had no flavor. Redo the recipe or let it go. I have not ever had a dry cake from H-E-B Bakery. This was a epic fail and I for one wish for my money back I’ll just stick to the sheet cakes they always be good. Do not I repeat do not buy these totally waste of money get you a sheet cake ijs

HEB is visit a Texas icon. Maybe avoid going in on a Sunday after church though. The place is PACKED. Great get prices too. Be sure to try the Texas BBQ joint inside. It's surprisingly good.

They always have fresh looking food, and their seafood is fresh also.😋 This is why I like going there.HEB has some of the prettiest plants also. Plus, it never fails. Living in the Killeen area, HEB is my absolute favorite grocery store. From their fresh produce to the cozy bakery, I love their variety of food options. They have a decent seafood selection, but I do believe that their meat selection could be improve a little. I like the fact that they often have tasting stations for customers to enjoy a featured food products. The staff is always friendly and willing to help customers. Overall, I love HEB.

Terrible, eveytime I pick up groceries. I'm getting opened food... post covid. The produce is old and today I got an open salad that expires today... these people wouldn't pick this stuff for themselves but have the nerve to give it to paying customers. Never again. People out here dying because of food and Y'all pickers messing with mine.
