They really played me this morning 😭 I ordered a medium latte and they gave me half of a cup of coffee. Although I don’t think I can actually call it half because the whipped cream is super thick. This location has messed up my order quite a few times, but I’ve tried to overlook it because they’re close by and pretty convenient. I feel like charging $6 and then not giving me even half of what I ordered is criminal.

The service has been fine and for the most part timely. But the coffees I’ve ordered have frequently tasted like chemicals or just terrible coffee that someone tried to doctor into being passable as a drink fit for consumption. The hot food has been undercooked and simply not good. Donuts are the only dependable purchase of my last few visits.

The ice cream here is horrible. To start, they have a dismal selection. Half of the freezer to store ice cream is empty. The ice cream they do have taste old; and I’ve never knew ice cream can taste old! I got 2 scoops and it just didn’t have taste. It was barely sweet. I’m so confused how this could happen. I’m very disappointed. There’s a reason this place has so many poor reviews.

I've lived in a lot of places and states with Dunkin' Donuts. This one is by far the worst one period! The service is ALWAYS horrible and half the time they're out of donuts. Even in the morning! The employees sit around eating chips while you're wondering why it takes 10-15 minutes to get a sandwich made!! Heaven forbid if they actually have to take your order...on a register...in person! It's been this way since they opened. This location needs new ownership. I'm sure it stems from the top!

What store stops making the product they sell 5 hours before the store closes. I made an order for A half dozen donuts, a box of donut holes, and one apple fritter. I paid for everything and then the store contacted me through the DoorDash service letting me know they had nothing available from my order. The DoorDash driver contacted me and passed the phone to the store employee and I asked her did you guys not receive the supplies to make donuts? or are you just not going to make any more donuts for the remainder of the day?The employee said they are not going to make any more donuts for the rest of the day. I told her how is it possible that you guys stop making donuts so many hours before the store closes?The employees said we’re not going to make anymore. I said I’m gonna notify the owner of the store that they are losing money with employees stoping to make the product, five hours before the store closes she said do whatever you want I don’t care.It’s incredible a donut store that stops making donuts. Five hours before the store closes. I am not sure if the owner knows it, but he’s definitely losing money.

Check your orders before you leave! They are playing games at this Dunkin! I ordered a dozen donuts at 7am yesterday through the drive thru as a morning treat for my kids. I ordered half of the dozen to be glazed and the other 6 to have chocolate w/sprinkles, as those are the only kind of donuts that my littles like to eat. I gave my order, paid and was handed my donut box only to find out after I drove off that the girl working the drive thru (who also made the order as I saw her through the drive thru window closing up the box of donuts). This worker decided that she was going to give us whatever kind of donuts she wanted. I was never told of a shortage of donuts. This worker took the payment and then walked away to fix the order. She purposely gave the wrong donuts and said nothing! If she had told me they didn't have enough donuts to complete the order, I wouldn't have paid! A customer should get the order they pay for! I didn't know what the worker did until my oldest child opened the box as I was driving them to school. My youngest is a picky eater and cried because they heard me tell the worker our order. This is Unprofessional! Just horrible to do that to kids! Or any customer!

So I order an iced pumpkin spice latte. Multiple times they add not only pumpkin, the also add vanilla and caramel. 4 shots of each!! Like bro I didn’t ask to add extra flavors that are available 365. Yo just pump out pumpkin. Whoever taught that employee that was working on sun. Sept 10. Drive thru. Between 4pm and 4:30 failed them. Or they can just not be good at their job. I leave a review because it happened more then once which has made the experience really lame.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a black ice tea, bacon bits, hash browns and got dog thingy. Bacon is microwaveable bacon... Not fresh🤦‍♀️ hash browns were good. Tea was rough. No sweetener and they didn't even ask. I had to honk my horn to get their attention for napkins. No masks nor enforced.Even after saying thank you to drive thru attendant, she just kept speaking to someone and didn't even acknowledge.Place didn't look too clean either. Which blows my mind because it looks brand new from outside.Doubt I'll return. They need additional training🤷‍♀️ be better DD.

Gave two stars because they occasionally get it right. Don’t ever leave this place without checking everything in your order because they will likely give you something incorrect or just leave stuff out completely. If they don’t have items for a certain thing, they will just put whatever together and serve it youI I would stick to the drinks because typically they are alright. Some of the workers are really nice but others will try to give you an attitude and fight with you when you tell them they forgot something. Picture of the sandwich they gave me that is missing an egg and had the wrong cheese. *sigh*

Went to get donuts around noon and they had pretty much nothing left. It's weird that the place opens so early and closes really late but doesn't have donuts readily available??? The place is called Dunkin Donuts, their should always be donuts...Parking: A bunch of parking and a drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: Inside is wheelchair accessible but they don't have any buttons for the doors so they would open automatically to enter the building, so that can be a challenge to get in.

They’re very rude when they’re the ones who make the mistakes. I asked For hot latte and we’re going to hand me an iced one so I told them and they rolled their eyes, both employees did. So rude! Listen better and don’t hurry me up because that’s how mistakes happen.

This was my first time going to Dunkin for breakfast. I like to go inside so I don't hold up the drive through line but the note on the door said the lobby was only open to mobile orders and we'll since I didn't have the app I had to go back and get in the drive through line. I usually do breakfast out every Sunday since it is the morning I get up early to grocery shop. I was surprised at the selection they had! I love that they have avocado toast which is my favorite and was pretty good with the everything begal seasoning. My husband had the sausage and egg sandwich with hashbrowns. When I got to the window to pay I asked if I could add so something to my order and the young lady didn't seem thrilled but maybe it was the mask I don't know you can never tell these days but I worked as a retail manager for 30 years and I can tell by the look I get when it's "like really" because it happens ALL the time look. Overall pretty solid breakfast.

After waiting in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, I request several kinds of doughnuts. The girl taking my order said "we're out" to everything I requested. So I asked what did she have and she named two items.The girl sounded like I was bothering her and impatient. How was I supposed to know what was and wasn't available? The menu only listed doughnut, no flavors or anything. I ended up not even placing an order and just drove off.

THIS place dropped the ball on customer service. UNREAL !! 0” stars for this Company ! My husband went in Oct 14th at 8:49am .. at the LEAST 6 workers was there, when he walked in. There was no other customers in front of him or even in the room “ meaning - he was the” only “ person and NOT ONE person greeted him ! Not a “Hello”, Not a “Welcome In” NOT A we will be with you in just a second “. ABSOLUTELY NOT one word he literally stood there for 3 mins. Was able to look at every single thing in the “case front” were the donuts were , he looked at what they had and STILL didn’t get a hello.Unreal for a company to have workers to be in the field of “Customer Service “ and couldn’t even get a greeting from one person ! It’s just Sad to know that people want your money, but doesn’t want to give you your moneys worth ! And it’s not even the food - it’s the simple fact that you can go into a place of business early in the morning to start your day , and people are still rude.Needles to say he walked out with “ NOTHING “ Terrible way to do business and I’m extremely glad we didn’t give OUR HARD working money to this company. Failed in customer service!! Definitely won’t be back here.

The staff is incredibly rude here. I arrived 20 minutes after placing my mobile order, and it wasn't ready. On a Sunday morning, I can understand that, but no one greeted me or even acknowledged me when I walked up to the counter. Once I got someone's attention it was a half hearted response to me inquiring about my order, when it was made clear that my order wasn't ready or even have a presence of awareness, I asked that they just cancel my order and refund me. A manager yelled over her shoulder to cancel through the app if placed through the app. So I walked out empty-handed, and Dunkin got $25 from me.

Atmosphere is very inviting. Store has a very good selection of items. But the morning crew is lacking teamwork. 3 people working drive thru, 1 working the inside and 2 wondering around no idea what they were doing. One employee was clearing orders off the screen without making sure those orders were complete. The people making the donuts need to understand the meaning of filled donut.

This is what they handed me without out ice. They never told me when I was taking my order the ice machine was down. I had to get off to ask them why was my drink like that. They told me ice machine was down. I told them I wanted a refund and they were so busy I didn’t get it. This place is always slow and the quality is always bad ! They need to get more workers I get that it’s not their fault only 2 girls working on a busy day!

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru for literally 2 wraps, to be told they're out of stock, after we paid for them. Wish they would've trained people before opening. Gotta give it a few months before making this our every day breakfast place, I don't have the time to sit and wait for over half an hour for 2 $2 wraps and an iced coffee. disappointing, and weird how unapologetic the employees were - i got asked 5x separate times what i was waiting for
