Used to be clean now it’s cluttered. No one is ever at the register. Self check out screams at you because they had someone steal from them is what an employee told me. No lights in the parking lot, makes me feel uncomfortable going at night. No lights make it seems closed.

Loved it! Who knew this store was as big as it is. On top of that, the selection of items that it has available is incredible. Not everything is cheap or low quality, in fact I would argue the opposite. Everything seems to be of good quality, and when it comes to food, definitely really good. If I cannot stop at my supermarket to by for example milk, I stop here now. Much better than the gas station right in front of it. I will definitely come back, and look over the inventory, who knows what I'll find! Staff is very courteous as well.

This place used to be so nice when it first opened. Now there’s stuff all over the place, you have to watch where you walk so you won’t step over a box. They expect employees to run the store cashiering, cleaning and stocking for 8.50, what a joke

somewhat friendly staff. some employees don't like to be there, but I can understand why, especially with what's going on right now. pricing is better than most convinience stores, but if you want dirt cheap, they have a selection for that.

This is my 1st time visiting this particular store and it was amazing the store was so neat and clean in the associates were very friendly in courteous I just downloaded the Dollar General app and the coupons are amazing I usually shop at 1 of the competitors But 3rd discounts are = 2 or if not better than their competitors I will definitely return to the store more often since it is literally right down the road from my house I can't believe I haven't stopped here before now

Inadequate on the job training given to employees and lie on paperwork and are overall untrustworthy and their integrity is so bad in every store would only recommend them if they were the last place on earth selling what i need. Apparently if you get fired from there the manager forges writeups and slanders former employees he doesn't like and nobody in corporate seems to care and drag their feet on resolving it or compensating the former employees he ruins having a chance elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever, we place a pick order and they say they received it but did not put it together. So they will just refund the money instead of actually putting it together. The lady had no care what so ever. She kept saying they got the order but they will refund us because they don’t have the order. Does that even make sense?

This is my favorite store in Killeen. The manager is so friendly and helpful. The workers are welcoming and helpful. Never had an issue and I've been going here a strong 3 years.

My first compliant! I can appreciate honesty and I LOVE a good sale! I definitely do not want old food or old candy! Selling out dated candy is not cool at all! Bad business and you can kill someone- I will be sending this to BBB for evaluation!

Even though there was no supplies due to the ice storm here, it had decent items still and the place seemed organized. Glad they were open while other stores were closed. I even found Rip Its!

Very nice store. Prices are much lower than other stores. Not a place to find many name brand products but to get out of a pinch this is a great place.

17275 This so is awful. The workers there are rude. The time to check out takes forever bc you can never find anyone. Or they ignore you. Or they refuse to open the second register. It is never a pleasant experience.

Manager was impatient and acted like I was gonna steal office supplies in the bathroom. Bathrooms are locked, no tp, no paper towels or soap for hand washing.
