Fairly clean with many staff members present. Although I wasn't greeted when I came in or standing at the counter my order was completed and correct. The ice cream cone looked like the poster and was very tasty. The lobby was clean however, several of the drink selections were not working. The bathroom is a single person only, but was clean with products available. The patio area was clean, which is where we enjoyed 2 medium cones and a pup cup for my doggy.

This DQ is in a funky spot on Old FM 440, but I frequent it often. Every time I go there the workers are super friendly, they pump out orders correctly, and I have never had a bad experience there. The worker who took my order at the time of this visit genuienly asked how I was and we had a short pleasent conversation while I waited for my order. It was such a nice experience that I left the store in a better mood than when I entered. Defintely my DQ spot in Killeen.Parking: Parking is a bit jacked due to how the road is, but you can do it without issue. The drive-thru can block some of it depending on how many people are in it.

So I have been to many DQs in my day and I have to say the level of service at this one was top notch! The front of house was run by Lakisha (hope I spelled your name right) and she was for lack of better words magical? Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She is a huuuge asset to your store! I wish I had a few employees just like her for my business!

The BLIZZARD'S are consistently good every time my wife and I get one. Chunks of pineapple, banana, coconut, creamy Hershey's chocolate, and the best ice cream around to blend it all together with.This is an older location with a largely black staff but the service far outshines the other locations in the area. And don't let the condition of the parking lot deter you from going in.

Ordered my food,went to the window waited like 2-3 minutes until someone took my money. Then I literally got each of my items one by one. Waited the longest for my burger and sandwich,because the drive thru worker was conversing with her coworker while having both of my sandwiches ready.My burger was the saddest burger I’ve had in a while. The meat looked old , the lettuce was so wilted and there was an insane amount of mustard on it that made it inedible. The picture attached shows the lettuce isn’t even green it’s yellow because of the mustard. First time at DQ , and will definitely be my last!

This place is disgusting. As soon as we came in there to order another lady was already upset about her order not being right for the third time. They didn’t know what was on their own menu after asking a number of times pointing at their menu saying they have it. A manager had to come in and correct order. After getting our order. The guy came to our table with a blizzard digging in the blizzard to find out what type a blizzard it was. It was Gross. Then after I friend received her burger she opened it to find an ant crawling around. Look at pictures before and after below. Zero ratings don’t go here.

Should have looked at the reviews before going.Saw an advertisement for the new Bacon Ranch Burger and wanted to try it.Took my mom, went inside and she ordered the same thing. Went to sit down and our cashier then told us that they wouldn't be able to make what we ordered because the night shift didn't prep ranch. Mind you, we went in at 2pm, so you would think they would know already they can't complete the order before it was paid for.Didn't want to get just a regular burger, which was offered, so decided to ask for a refund to try another DQ. Cashier goes to get someone to process that and you can hear them fussing in the back. He comes out and apparently the night shift did prep ranch and he wasn't aware or told that they had.Should have listened to my gut and just got the refund anyway. Not too many people in the drive thru and no one in the lobby so it didn't take long to get our food. But again we were inside to eat as their online profile says you can dine in. Food was brought out in a bag and the atmosphere just didn't seem friendly so we decided to leave.Got somewhere to sit and eat and the burgers just looked slapped together. You couldn't taste the meat at all and the overall taste was just off. My mom's burger was half off the bread and the fries were at best luke warm.

Umm I don’t even know where to start so I went by tonight waited 10 mins by the speaker to order , got to the window and asked to park because my nachos weren’t ready and then got home to a cheeseAnd tomato where’s the ground beef??!! Very upsetWith this place won’t be going back this is the 2nd time my nachos don’t come out right.

When I say I needed my chocolate helping and this DQ ALWAYs comes through no matter the date, time, or hour. The drive through was empty hallelujah and the order taker was beyond attentive. When I got to the window I was greeted with an amazing smile by Crystal she made my visit just that much favorable. I can go to the other DQs and the customer service was no where near like this experience. I love this DQ even with getting in and out of traffic it was the smile that sold me! ALWAYs will visit this location for my DQ for my sweet and ice cream fill

Yeah, this place is to be closed down. It took 20 minutes for a carrier order on a Sunday late afternoon. The salad I ordered had yellow lettuce and stale old chicken tenders. They just try to smother everything with cheese to cover it. Burgers are dry. Customer service is mediocre. Do not recommend coming here to eat. I was scared to get food poisoning. I threw everything away and we were pretty disappointed. Don’t come here unless you want food to get you sick so you can miss work

Bunch of kid employees (chicken with heads cut off) not busy, dirty counters, soda machines, standing around bsing, one female employee that was getting off or was off shift cared more about her own cafe drink and laying on the table in front of customers was very unprofessional. Another was more focused on what appeared to be her boyfriend hanging around than the business cleanliness and service was not pleasant to watch. In the mix of all the employees, again NOT busy at all, was a young black female wearing a headset was very helpful and actually cared a customer at the counter needed help and provided great customer service. She should get the Star. I will go to sonic instead.

This is a very old DQ. Sadly, their customer service ID horrible.I decided to walk in for my order. There was no line, so I walked up to the register. Nobody was there to take your order. One person was sweeping the floor. Looked at me but didn't come over to take my order. A Mgr walked by, didn't say a word. Eventually, he did walk back by and asked the associate to come take my order. She seemed new. Didn't really know what to do. I ordered a small smore's blizzard. I wated for 10 minutes, then the Mgr came back to me and asked what I had ordered. He went in the back area asking if it was made. There were 2 people working drive through, 2 people it looked like making things and one in back cooking. About 5 minutes later, he brought me the blizzard.While I was waiting, a customer that was there before me took a bite of her blizzard. She immediately looked for napkins and spit it out. She has a food allergy, and they didn't make her blizzard correct. Thankfully, she was ok. It was not a good experience and an old sad looking restaurant that is in a hurt for customer training.

This place is and continues to be a great disappointment. Every time I come here, I never get my order. In addition to the complete unprofessionalism and non-existent sense of urgency, the staff don’t even acknowledge you and forget your order every time. Never have I gotten my order in under 20 minutes, let alone getting the order period. The packaging is wrong and everything else that could go wrong. This place is a great disappointment and I’m surprised people even come to eat here.
