This is second home to me! I love all here and all the rep babies! I have reps myself and and I couldn't have asked for a better place to bring them for play dates,explore,learn more of thier behavior. My passion for reps has grown just as much as for fur babies. But reps I have to say are out weighing those now by far!!! Here is where I found my boy Sosa his love Toka as she was rescued from Blue and then he allowed us to give her a forever home.

My family and I visited this reptile store for the first time and had the best experience. The owners are not only knowledgeable but so friendly and gave us the best hands on experience. Our kids loved it so much they want a beardie now. I don’t know who loves the thought more them or myself. Would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a reptile and you don’t have much experience.

Typically the only place I get my feeders. I guess the crop they got this time was a bad batch. Usually I get 4 every other week and they go into a holding tank until the following weekend. Got 4 Thursday, only one of which was taken because my BP refused the other which has never happened. So 3 in the holding tank with plenty of food and water and space. Guess I should’ve known something was off when the snake didn’t eat. Woke up to 2 that were consumed and one that was very visibly sick. Very disappointed and concerned that the other snake may now potentially get sick from a bad rat.

I just went here from seeing the amazing photos, this place is not at all like the photos. Everyone had too small of tanks, were underfed and looked so sickly, the lights for the animals were horrible, all enclosures to most were completely dirty, water bowls empty. This place was terrible. So much animal abuse and neglect.

Wow, I can’t say good enough things about this place. For starters this place is amazing, I could just hang out there for hours. But the owner of this store really cares about his reptiles, he worked with me so immensely and I am so happy to have my first snake in over 10 years. He will always have my business.

The care in this place is crazy, most of the bearded dragons look dehydrated, there was a dead beardie alone in a tank and the snakes are crammed up in small tanks half their size, these people should not be keeping reptiles at all. It looks as if they have no proper UBV and no substrate and the tanks are dirty, inside the Sand Boa enclosure there are shedding left all over the tank. Getting an animal from here could literally be considered as rescuing.

This is better than most zoos. The entire store is set up like a large terrarium so many of the reptiles are free to roam. If you already have a reptile buddy, this place will be a wealth of inspiration. If you are looking to purchase, they seem to take extraordinary care of all their creatures. They do sell live bait as well that also seem well cared for. In addition to the fantastic care they give the animals, the owners are super friendly, helpful, and eager to show off their critters.

Underfed, many of the beardies looked dehydrated. Almost all had improper lighting, proper UVB and UVA is essential for the health of reptiles. Dirty enclosures, animals kept in spaces too small. These people shouldn't be keeping reptiles at all. Several reptiles with MBD, it should be illegal to keep animals in this condition, especially for profit this is animal cruelty.

Honestly, not bad. I loved looking at the lizards and snakes and even an AXOLOTL! I didn't buy anything because I was only there because my little brother dragged me in but I don't regret allowing him to do so. Nice employees the reptiles are beautiful, but if I'm being honest I was staring at the catfish they have there for the majority of the time. If you're gonna get a scaly pet this is a great place to start. Just be aware of how much goes into taking care of the cold-blooded little fellas.

Awesome place amazing people, and georgeous reptiles. We needed a decent reptile store and Beardies and Buggies goes above and beyond! Exceptional customer service, family oriented, and a very clean and welcoming store. You can tell they love their animals and are very knowledgeable. If you have kids that are curious about reptiles, this is the place to take them! They will educate and answer allquestions. Awesome job guys!!!

If I could give 6/5 stars I would. This place is amazing. If you like reptiles, own them, or hope to own them, You definitely should check out this shop, is cute quaint and equipped with all your reptile needs. This is also a fun place to come and look at reptiles or buy something exotic. I will definitely recommend this place to my reptilian loving friends and family.

I don't even know what to say, this place is absolutely horrible. Everyone giving 5 star reviews is just using this place as a zoo.They don't take care of their animals, I noticed there was blood on the bedding in one of the tanks and I told an employee and his response was "yeah, what about it?".You don't care that the animals under your care are hurt and bleeding??? What is wrong with you. I would never give this shop a single penny.Most of the animals look absolutely depressed, snakes have nothing to hide in, tanks are way too small, at least act like you care about something other than money.

Wow! Just wow! What a great addition to the area. The store is so welcoming and well laid out. Their selection is amazing, especially for only being open for a few weeks. The prices are amazing from the animals to the accessories and even the feeders. All of the employees I encountered were super friendly and willing to help and chat. I think I will be spending a lot of time here!

Animals were sickly Pac-Man frog tanks dried out which need a stable humidity and temps.. the frilled dragon lizard in there’s gills were super torn and withering was also super under weight one of their bearded dragons also had metabolic bone disease and all were very starved the only healthy ones there were not for sale all pets were kept in terrible sized enclosures and solitary animals kept together all and all terribly uneducated people work at this shop I’m surprised they are still getting customers hire people who know how to properly care for pets very sad petco treats pets better and that in itself is not a compliment

I was amazed upon entrance seeing a 13ft python . I was also able to interact with the reptiles n rodents which was cool and I learned somethings.. I really enjoyed my first visit and will be purchasing..Store located in Killeen Tx .. Rancier St.
