The rating should be much higher!!! I came to your pharmacy today. To pick up medication for the only living family member I have left! It's terminal. And I as a big sister have no idea what I'm doing! I literally busted into tears! Talking to your pharmacist Monica-(Angel). I am so scared! And I'm just trying to hold myself together. Everyday feels like I'm pouring glue on my face to keep a smile. Be strong for everyone. Monica kept me calm at the counter. Through all the ugly crying! I did not expect to break down in your store! Please be good to her! People like her and the kind lady that worked along side her deserve only the best out of this life! I somehow feel lighter than I did. Of course I'm still stressed. But she took a weight off me I didn't know I had! Bless her!

I thought CVS was bad. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They mess up my prescriptions every month. I have to call every single month and request them to fill them correctly. I get an attitude from every single person there except for a female pharmacist who works there. I am so sick of having to deal with these people, but it is obvious that they don’t care. I have to use them or go stand in the line of misery at Walmart because of my insurance, and boy do they know it. Worst service. Worst attitudes. Incompetence at its worst.

You get pushed into using their app for prescriptions but it never works because there’s always a problem and it tells you to call the store instead. When you call, you spend more time arguing with an automated help system that eventually tells you that everyone is too busy to answer the phone. So, you drive to the store, go in, wait in line and finally get to talk to a person who tells you that you should use the app.

I've really had no problems from this location. I have 5 separate scripts and they all get filled here. There have been a few times that it was hard to get one of them, but that was due to a statewide shortage. No one had it.Other reviews said that ya better place your scripts a week in advance.Well... duh?Soon as I get down to under 2 weeks worth, I refill.If you wait to the last minute and expect them to have it 100% of the time, you're just being irresponsible and immature.There are tons of more people going there besides you.Don't worry WG. I got your back.

I believe there are some discrepancies when it comes to the correct pharmacy hours for this store.Website states 7:00 AMGoogle states 7:00 AMPhone message states 7:00 AMI arrive at the pharmacy to a sign that states pharmacy opens at 9:00 AM.Would there be any way to correct the outward facing information to the correct times the pharmacy is open?I am positive that I am not the only customer that has run into this issue.

If you're using this location, make sure to give yourself at least a week before you run out of your medications. Went by there today and they told me that one of the meds I was getting has to come from the central fill location in Dallas and wasn't here yet. Even though it was requested through the app at least 8 hours prior to my getting there and no communication was given to state there would be any delay. Then they made me wait an hour there in person because they will only fill prescriptions in the order they are received and REFUSE to prioritize someone that is literally standing in front of them. One of the two medications was in a sealed bottle that they grabbed off a shelf and slapped a sticker on, and the other was 30 pills. Would have taken no more than 5 minutes to get me out of there if they had any idea what customer service is. Ridiculous.

I love the way the website says open, and they are not. Drove on Icey roads to pick up my prescription, the store was closed 12:00 noon, tried two days with the same result. This morning I receive a notice on my phone that if I didn't pick up my prescription in 5 days it would be put back on the shelf. Is that 5 days after they reopen? It's good that the ER doesn't work like Walgreens. There should be a star with the international no symbol. Get with it Walgreens the app is more than a way to nag people about picking up their prescriptions. Trying to call to see if they are open doesn't work either.

Twice this week I have sat in the pharmacy drive thru for well over 2O minutes. This wouldn’t be so bad if the first time I wasn’t the second car in line, and the second time I was the third car in line. Ridiculous! Do better!

I’ve tried. I’ve tried to use this location and it never fails that I can’t obtain answers to my questions regarding my prescriptions. They fill what I did not request and have a stop on. The number of refills are always messed up and falling short. With prescriptions being sent in by the physician’s office, they stop using the rest of the prior script and use the new one causing the old one to expire or what’s the possibility they use them themselves? 🤷🏼‍♀️ But, let’s make sure to act all ugly when you question it. I don’t want to go see a doctor any more than I have to do this doesn’t help me, not even financially.

I ordered an alcoholic beverage through online pick up, they cancelled my order twice without any reason. They finally called me, telling me that I needed to go inside to show ID. Well duh! I was supposed to get a email with counter pick up instructions after ordering online. So why cancel my order? I asked the guy why there was a pick up option for alcohol, he says “I can’t answer that”. Clearly the guy was being dumb and didn’t understand the company’s policies. I ordered and picked up my beverage successfully at the Walgreens in Longview.

The pharmacy staff is the most incompetent I have yet to come across. My doctor has called three prescriptions in for me twice now and they still are saying they have not received them. We have verified the phone number. Laziness is what it is! As a transplant patient, I can’t afford to go days without my medication and this is just unacceptable! Shame on you!

I've loved walgreens for many years until I started using this one. They are slow and don't communicate very well. My RX was ready for pick up for one day and i wasn't able to come pick it up. The next day I received 5 phone calls asking when I was coming to get my RX. The next day I went to pick it up and they have already put it back. It was only there for 2 days. Of course the RX is now out of stock. Im transferring all my RX to CVS. This is ridiculous. Its happened too many times now and ive lost my patience.

Your Pharmacy is one of the worse I ever seen.Ever since Raffeal left that Pharmacy has gone to hell. People got better service when he was there the employees were not so RUDE.

I had to give a star to Comment. They are not even worth that. I stopped going to Walgreens in Kilgore TX years ago because The pharmacy staff wasn't very friendly. I had a horrible experience with again today. I will never shop at the Kilgore Walgreens again.

I understand that the waits at pharmacies are getting longer as pharmacists are spending their time passing out the vaccines instead of doing the job they were hired to do. Must find a better run pharmacy
