Such a wonderful caring place. They are very patient with my Pom dog as they groom him. I have taken my dog to be groomed here for around 10 years. He is old ( 17 today ) and cranky now, yet they seem to always do such a great job making him so handsome! Thank you!

In all the years we have had dogs, they are one of THE best groomers we have found. You can tell they love our boys and they took great care of them. My 84 lb big boy Loki is a handful but he turned out looking very handsome. Our little Bucky doesn't look like an Ewok any more!paws r us is not just a groomer, it's a spa for dogs. They truly pampered our boys. It may take a while to wait on the list but it's definitely worth it. It was so convenient, 5 minutes from our place right here in Kilgore. No more trips to Longview.. It's just hard to find a groomer we feel comfortable with. They don't over charge for extras and are very reasonable. Here are some before and after pics of the boys. We like them cut short and they did exactly what we asked.I promise I'm not on the payroll....lol

One could not find a better place then Paws R Us! Sheila and her daughter are the sweetest and love animals so much. I started taking my dog in 2011, and was so pleased. My dog always came out looking so cute and smelled so good! Nov. of this year was the last time I took her. My dog is totally blind now, she was 17 May 19th, and throws a fit when she has a bath and barks constantly the whole time. She's a terrior and has a very shrill bark. Sheila was still willing to take her and do what they could with her. I couldn't ask that of her. I now take her to the vet and they seditate her for her bath and haircut. She just doesn't like to be messed with. I will always be grateful for the years they took such good care of my baby. Paws R Us are the best one could ever find!

I just want to take a minute to applaud Paws R Us in Downtown Kilgore! We love Paws R Us! After the experience we had at another kilgore groomer, these ladies made us feel so comfortable leaving Skye! She also came back with all her limbs! Unlike the last place last time.. Peep her missing tail...They upgraded us and gave us feathers for all we had been through at the previous place. I felt so comfortable leaving her there after the traumatizing experience we had! We will forever go back here! If your searching for a affordable and kind groomer look no further! 10 out of 10! 💕

This was my Rocky’s first groomers visit. I was worried how he would do. When I walked in the lady said we will let him get adjusted to his surroundings before we start. That told me they were thinking about my Rocky. Very nice friendly staff. They work out in the open and don’t over book. Yes it takes a while to get in so book in advance. Picked my Rocky up on time and he smelled good very soft and happy. I have used some other groomers in the area that were way overpriced and didn’t do as good. Highly recommend this place if you care about your animal. Adding to my review. Rocky has now had three grooming visits. It’s amazing to me how happy Rocky is to see the staff. He leaves me the second we walk in and runs behind the counter to love on them. This tells me everything I need to know about this place. Top notch people who love animals. I would drive 100 miles if I had to. Rocky loves this place.

Waited 2 months to get in, but it was worth the wait! My standard poodle strutted out feeling like a queen. She looked and smelled so good. My toy poodle was apparently a little demon while he was there, but they were able to send him home looking fresh and smelling great. Thank you so much! We took our 2 poms for the first time and they look wonderful. We have been searching for the right place, so they were behind on their grooming and we had just gotten back from camping. The only thing negative I can say is it takes too long to get your dog in, like the appointment is usually a week or more out. They do a great job with fair pricing. If your not in a hurry I highly recommend them, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My dog seems to love going.

I have brought my dog here several times now and the groomer does a great job each time! My dog is a miniature schnauzer mix. She cuts her hair the way I prefer and has never had a knick or cut. She smells nice and looks great.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars for this place. I call the lady and ask how much it would cost for my 60 lb registered American Pitt Bull Terrier to be bathed and groomed? Her reply was that we do not do Pitt Bull’s at ALL. I reassured her that she is very gentle and timid to the point she trembles like a chihuahua while being bathed. She laughs and replies well we don’t really do large breeds here. We recommend you take your dog to pet smart where you can watch them do it through the window. I said thanks and hung up. That’s pretty damn funny your name says all breeds and I was recommended to you by someone with a German Shepherd and then my coworker comes in to work and says guess what I’m taking my king German Shepherd to get him groomed at paws r us. I laughed and thought what a lying sack of a person. I hope this and the two negative reviews I like will show what a horrible business this is and she loses it. So much for keeping it local.

Shelia and Ashley are awesome with our poodle. Lizzy doesn't like being groomed and I had been told by several groomers they didn't want to deal with grooming her unless she was sedated. Not Shelia. She does a great job and in nine years only nicked her once. Amazing and thankful to have found her is the bottom line.

They would not take my dog today because I needed to pick him up at 1:00 and he barks. The website says they are open until 2:00 pm. She said I could go to my vet to get meds to calm him. And oh by the way if you are unaware, dogs bark. She said it's all about the dog. I think not. She would rather have my dog stinky and dirty or drugged than groom him WOW! I was shocked. I will never take my dog there. And will recommend that no one else does either. I am sure you have your regulars that you pamper, but new customer's ?build a business? not going to happen. Web says your open til 2pm, your doors should be open until 2pm. If you are open until the last dog leaves, post it like that.

I came in with a veterans dog who was in need of grooming. Upon hearing the veterans story, the owner was filled with sadness for the veterans situation and offered the veteran free grooming service for his dog. What a beautiful story and the owner has truly a beautiful, kind heart. Small business owners like her really show you why I love this country and my fellow americans!!!! In response to Mr. Thomas Williams' review, I would like to disagree. I was in the shop the day that he called and the conversation did not appear to go the way he portrayed it in his review, based on what I overheard. I believe there is a misunderstanding here. It appeared that it was, in fact, Mr. Williams who used the term "fighting breed." That would alert a shop owner who does mostly small dogs and cats to proceed with caution. Because of that cautiousness, which I appreciate as a small dog owner, Mr. Williams misrepresented in his review the attitude of the shop owner. They are courteous and kind, but I believe they acted appropriately in refusing service based on the information they were given.
