Claudia Franco the manager is extremely pleasant and helpful at all times! All the girls that work there have been great. I see them all at least once a day and the store is always well put together. I moved from the old family dollar to here because of the great people!

Stores great very convenient location. Great employees. Only issue I ever have is they never keep my dog food in stock and it's not just this location it's all Family Dollar's and Dollar General's.

I got here at around 8:30 and was forced to have someone cut in front of me in line by a the Hispanic cashier. Made me move for the lady behind me just because she had less items than me. The disrespect was insane. She also refused to sell us an item for what seemed like no reason! Never coming again.

I always like shopping at this Family Dollar in Kilgore, Texas, because the shelves are always stocked and they seem to have what I need when I go in there!I have not been disappointed yet!I am an extremely happy customer and I will definitely be back!Thank you so much for keeping your shelves stocked, especially during this virus episode!God bless you all!

I went there to do some work so I can't comment on the rest of the store but from my experiences every other time I've come to they're stores, I've been very pleased with whatever I got from them. Their prices are hard to beat. You can't beat their prices on soda when they have sales!

Claudia Franco the store manager is EXTREMLY rude and unprofessional. While we were in the store she was harassing an employee in front of everyone in the check out line, and then refused to give pool floats that where marked 50% off. Then when I went to take pictures of the clearance signs to show to corporate. She then proceeded to tell me that the customer is NEVER RIGHT?!?! THIS IS WORST customer service I've ever seen.

Sad to have a grand opening at store 11997,2909 South Henderson,Kilgore,Tx and have no Coke products that were on the Grand opening special Sat and Sunday. I know for a fact and maybe even Friday. Don't know if it's store manager or Coke distribution, but it's Disappointing!

Watch your prices, cashier was asked to ensure the items were ringing up correctly and was told "yes they are". As soon as a reciept was given and checked by me, I was over charged.

An excellent assortment of goods and food stuff. This store is a great way to save a trip to town for the people living on the Southside of Kilgore. Friendly and helpful service is also a great perk.
