I do not use CVS that often, they told me to come at 6:30 p.m. so I did I waited in line outside the window. There were at least five cars ahead of me when I got to the window he said they were closed. Then the pharmacist was willing to help me, but then said oh the computer is already shut down. They're famous last words come tomorrow LOL

Pharmacy hours on Saturdays open at 10am, but yet it’s after 10 and the boxes are still covering the window and no one has come to help. We have his problem every single time. Management needs to do something about the pharmacy and their customer service practices.

I just called to ask if a pharmacist had any idea of what to put on my skin to stop an extreme sudden burning sensation on the skin of my leg. I told her I was wanting to try a topical remedy before having to try the ER. In mid explanation of what it was so they would understand what I was asking, the lady hung up. Not a sorry we can't help, not a dropped call because I could hear the hang up. Definitely won't be back for any reason.

Wow I'm really surprised this pharmacy has so many one stars I've had a great experience with them sense I've been coming. just yesterday the staff went out of there way to get the rest of my wife's meds transferred to them.

Pharmacist and or employees working in the pharmacy area are rude and don't want to do more than they have to. Always out of stock of medications and when you ask about them they give you attitude and he'll. Will be transferring pharmacies. I thought Alvin CVS pharmacy was the worst. This one tops it!! 😠 😡

This pharmacy is on top of things! Christian helped me tremendously today with prescriptions. He helped me make sure the best discount was applied, saving me some money. That's a big deal when you don't have insurance! The pharmacists have all been amazing as well anytime I needed help. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. :)

CVS has lost my business for good now. I would prefer no star at all. Even though they sent a last minute video to watch and instructions for my Covid19 test, they cancelled all appointments with no instructions for what to do next.

Glad that arguing with their boy friend and sitting on the ground behind the counter was more important than helping customers. All I asked was where was the popcorn. And I received. It’s over there somewhere.store was trash. I’d rather do business else where.

Terrible service in the RX dept. Everytime we’ve had a RX sent to be filled it is never ready in a timely manner. My OB GYN Sent a RX for some vitamins last week and I am 6 days out. RX still has not been filled. Terrible terrible staffing and customer service. My husband has given up on CVS a while back due to these reasons also- I am done here now as well. We definitely DO NOT recommend CVS in Kilgore.

They need extra help, or a faster tech. Something. We waited 20 minutes at 2nd car, 6 behind us, people driving off. Get to the window just for the guy to ask me to come inside after making me wait 5 minutes for no reason, then asked us to come back afterwards. Ridiculous service. I use drive through because i have a 1 week old. The medicine i needed was for my 1 week old. Get your business together guy.

Booked a COVID vaccine several days in advance for my son. On arrival, 15 min early, a sign said no walk in’s were permitted for COVID shots, but the pharmacist said that they were out of vaccines and to just walk in on Monday....?!?

Worst customer service of any pharmacy I've ever been to. You come in at noon check on a prescription that on their app shows it's filled, it's not filled they say will be ready in 20 minutes you come back 4 hours later and it's still not filled pathetic unprofessional!

Horrible experience. They mislabeled my sons RX and also incorrectly mixed his antibiotics. It could have made him very sick if I didn't know any different. Corporate has been contacted and so has the board. I'm hiring a lawyer. Someone will be held responsible! They also took 2 days to fill my other RX. I canceled it ans transferred everything out of there! Beware!

Terrible customer service! The pharmacy drive thru opens at 9 am. I've been at the window waiting for 21 minutes and no one has came to help me or will answer the phone.

Pharmacy will not answer the phone. Called in refills 3 days ago to pick it up the same day and it has still not been filled. Now standing and waiting.... So frustrating!!!! They are saying they are a week behind!!!

CVS website should make it clear that the uninsured have to pay for their flu shot instead of learning about it after the shot.

They text and call you a hundred times about prescription ready then when you get there to pick it up it's not even ready. Then they want to no if you can come back. Smh!!!! Today 12/29/20. PLEASE COME BACK THE OLD CREW!!!! 😠
