Fair prices and most importantly is this store is relatively clean. They do have items blocking aisles from time to time, especially in the shoes. This could be remedied but all in all its a decent little store with a semi friendly staff.

Well I didn't know Burkes had men's clothes. But I went right in, found the slacks I was looking for, tried them on and was on my way for less than $20! Great service too! I will be back!

Wonderful time. Lots of great deals!!! Sales associate treated us like valued customers. We were greeted and she made eye contact and was very respectful and she thanked us for our purchases.

Brand new store with more space and light. Departments are clearly labeled and their merchandise is displayed nicely! So far, since this is a grand opening (store moved from a smaller building across the street) they have done very well. The old store was always nicely kept and always was clean. Employees always courteous and helpful. Keep it up Burke’s Kilgore!

Love this store l! The clothing and things sold here are not expensive! One can get pretty much any item at a good price and the clothing is at a good quality. They also have some pretty home decoration at reasonable price. Kitchen items, toys, shoes and electronics a little bit of everything. The perfect store if you are looking for a gift!

Found alot of things for the family. Had good choices of colors, and sizes. There wasnt as many 10-12 boys as there usually is. The cashier was very kind and helpful. Everything was neat and clean.

I really like Burks outlet but I do not like the credit card company. I paid my bill off in full and they had the nerve to charge me 2.44 on a 0 balance. When I called them they gave me the run around and I don't have time for that so I politely asked for my account to be closed and then they offer to take off the balance. No that's not how to handle business. Shame on y'all very disappointed I probably won't go back there because of the way they treat d me.

Stock is still a bit low due to ongoing supply issues. There is also a deception of low stock levels because of the buildings' sheer size.Prices are reasonable & product quality is very good. As stoçk levels rise the overall store presentation should be that of at least a 4 to 4 1/2* Factory Outlet.

This particular store is located in a former Brookshire Brothers grocery store in Kilgore. This store is huge and their parking lot is even larger which for me personally is better than sliced butter bread!!! Easy, easy access directly off of Highway 259 across from McDonalds. Parking spaces are definitely ABUNDANT, plus area is very well lit for you evening shoppers. Be sure and head to the very back of this store for their clearance, marked down home decor/goods. Great finds ladies!!!

Discount outlet clothing store where you can find some good deals if you dig around. There is a lot of weird clothing stuff too that you just have to look past. Like something you would see in an 80s music video. This location is brand new and is clean and well stocked.

I really like this place and wish we had one in Henderson, staff is friendly. Only draw back is the sizing of womens clothing is a short fall.. Children clothing few in size choices.

Just left burkes from buying a shirt for my daughter's concert. The lady working this morning was more interested in talking to someone on the business phone than doing her job. She wadded the shirt up in a ball an put it in the bag with her back to me talking crazy on the phone the whole time then stared me down in my car til i left. Middle age woman with dark skin and hair. Really rude and dismissive every time i go in, always looks angry. Wish my job let me get a check for being lazy and rude.
