My little and I were out and about yesterday and stopped at the Kerrville tractor supply and we were greeted and helped by the most lovely, respectful gentleman named David. He was so patient he was so kind and he truly gave me some advice that is going to stay near and dear to me for the rest of forever. Thank you, David, thank you so much for your kindness and thank you so much for your service. I do appreciate your help. Hopefully I’ll be able to The perfect fit, and I will take your advice. I will not settle for less. God bless you sir thank you again for your service. And PS the lady that was helping us as well. I believe she used to work at Gibson’s but I’m glad and happy that she’s at tractor supply now it was so nice to be amongst like-minded, respectful people. Found my favorite mouse traps! I also pickup chicken feed and lamb supplies as needed. I really like the reserved parking spots for veterans and military personnel.

Great place for ranch stuff! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Everyone I've encountered here has been pretty knowledgeable in the stuff that they sell. Anything from lawn and garden 2 Animal Health and Care this is where I go shopping for all of my livestock needs. Love this place just purchased a deep well water pump. Good pump with warranty and decent price!

This location in Kerrville is great. Good customer service, reasonable prices. We recently bought a "boss pellet grill" and some hiking shoes. The Columbia brand shoes were on clearance and really nice. The griĺl, we priced at another location, and the one from tractor supply was actually $100 less.

Excellent experience. Needed help to locate what I was looking for, but no problem. The first associate I saw took me right where I wanted to be.And I was pleasantly surprised to see the selection was good and very reasonably priced.Great service and prices. So, yes, a great place to shop

The staff is always so friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond with service, which is so great to see in this day and age. They have most of what I need in the store, but I'll do online orders occasionally, as well. Very convenient.

Mention: Tractor Supply Co. Corporate Headquarters, Today (July 14 2023) I called ahead and asked the store (1305 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028) if they had the pelican paddle boat, as advertised in stock. The sales clerk informed me that she went outside and checked, and she assured me that the product was in stock and as advertised on their website. Upon my arrival, I was apalled by what I saw and very disappointed in the poor standards demonstrated by this location (1305 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028) I posted and attached a picture of the condition of the product they offered. The product was not the same product that that the sales clerk assured me of by phone. Furthermore, the product had mud stains, mosquito larvae stains, and cracks and scratches along the side of the paddle boat. Based on how badly stained the boat was and how thin the plastic felt, it’s safe to say that the paddle boat had been sitting there for months propped up against the chainlink fence for hours at a time in direct sunlight and rained on periodically. When we informed the General Manager of our observations, he offered us a 15% discount but provided the stipulation that the discount would only be offered with the understanding that the product would be sold-as-is and that any return of the product would not be accepeted. So lets recap….1) the store provides me over the phone with wrong information of the product they have advertised, claiming that they do have it in stock. 2) the product had been neglected for months at a time, by way of it’s improper storing and untimely upkeep. 3)when I informed the general manager of the neglected condition that the product was in, he offered 15% but then attached the stipulation that the product could not be returned for any reason and that it would be sold-as-is for the 15% off. To sum all this up, the General Manager stipulated the sold-as-is because he knows that the product will not last beyond the Manf./Store Warranty due to it being neglected for so long in the storage yard, on it’s side, and in the direct sunlight. It should also be known, that the general manager never came out to speak with us face to face regarding the product and our experience, and only relayed information through his employees using a radio rather than comming out to assess the situation.If you found this review helpful, please be sure to drop a like below using the thumbs up button.

The displays in this store are regularly updated, so it looks different on almost every visit. And whomever does them is an excellent marketer, because they're always loaded with treasures I want to explore! The store is clean and light, prices are reasonable, and staff are friendly. They usually have everything I need, and often stuff I didn't know I needed but can't leave without. Great place to browse when you pick up supplies.

This establishment was very well maintained. It's appearance was clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.The products appeared to be of good quality and the prices were fair to slightly high.The restrooms were clean and seemed to be maintained on a regular basis.Overall, my experience was good. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for general outdoor supplies involving farm, ranch or animals.

You know you've reached a new milestone in life when you enjoy browsing through a hardware/feed store... When did I become my Grandparents 😅 ? Everything from live poultry in the spring time, to all the feed you need for livestock. And while you're there, throw in some tractor parts and some home decor... maybe even a pair of boots and a hat, too. This store is the epitome of 'Texan'!

We walked in and I couldn't believe how big it was, it is much larger the the Boerne one. The staff was nice and helpful. Clean store and restocked shelves.

When we visited this store on 4-24-22 there was an issue at check out. They were not able to locate tax exempt info in the computer. Several tried but it just would not appear. Bobby came to help. He too had difficulty with the computer but persevered. Finally, our name was found., We thank him so much not giving up and sending us on our way. This employee is an asset to this store.

I have a subscription order for alfalfa that arrives every month. They don't typically stock it so I special order. Drive up, they load it in the truck. Very easy.
