Ron was so sweet! He walked my box to FedEx for me because it wouldn’t fit in the back of my car. I tried to tell him no but he insisted. The world needs more Ron’s in it. Thank you so much !

I used to love this location but the employees here aren’t the best now. Tried asking a cashier for help on where to find an item, she just said “I don’t know.” and went back to scrolling on her phone. So disrespectful. Then I went back to her to checkout and she took at least a couple of minutes on her phone and asked me to wait a second. Then finally checked me out and also kept my recipient that I asked for. When I told her if I can have my receipt, she told me that customers aren’t allowed to keep them anymore. What does that mean? I wasn’t aware of this. Did not catch her name but she was a tall black larger woman with a green shirt. Really wish she could’ve been kinder. At least the store was in stock…

Used to be a good average Home Depot store. The last couple of times the service was very poor. The return service didn't have any knowledge about online orders being returned. People in store try to help, but there seems to be a bit of a learning curve as well. Training might be helpful!

Will not shop here again. I have nothing but respect to the hardworking, honest employees at this store. sadly, I had a couple of issues with some of them. I became so disgusted with the lack of customer service that I just walked out. Now, getting the veteran discount is a headache. Their competitors will get my business.

Between Home Depot and Lowes, Home Depot keeps losing the war. My wife waited for 45min for someone to walk some screen doors out we online ordered. They never took the 30sec to bring the screens out, she had to bail. Our lunch went bad, half our groceries went bad, she's gonna be late for a meeting. Terrible service

Two of my biggest complaints about Home Depot: veterans use to get discounts by scanning their vets id, or the cashier would scan a barcode that would give us a 10% discount. That's changed, now vets have to sign up for rewards online and input their phone number at checkout. For those vets who don't have Internet, nor computer, nor smart phone, the company leaves us out.Next peeve is their customer service, they are never on their own areas and everyone working there lost their smile unless they are just yucking it up with one of their colleagues.As sour as sucking on a lemon.This is in part a waste of time because the heads don't care.Still, I hope it's good for something

I want to specifically commend Aaron, one of the store managers at Home Depot-Kerrville. Aaron went above and beyond to assist myself and my 89 year old mother. He assisted us with a reimbursement issue for a defective door replacement and a delivery fee. Aaron is the best. He personally escorted myself and my elderly mother to various registers on one of the busiest days of the year (Black Friday) until our issue was successfully resolved. Thank you Aaron.

This has to be one of the worst home depots I've been to. We ordered LVT flooring and glue to be delivered to our door. The day after its expected delivery date, I called to see what was wrong. I was on the phone for 2 hours and all they could tell me is they messed up the order and it wouldn't be here for 2 more weeks! Absolutely frustrating. I would order online elsewhere.

Best Home Depot in town.This particular Home Depot is located close to Interstate 10 on Sydney Baker Street. There is a big parking lot and like most Home Depot has great prices and better prices then most and a great selection of tools, materials,lumber, landscaping decor, and plants.

Very poor, rude service. I needed a new dishwasher and water filter for my fridge. Went across the road to Lowes and bought both. Won't waste my time with home depot anymore.

A lot of reviews say the customer service is bad but I’ve only had one issue with them is you have to go find an employee and a lot of times they are busy but are never rude and so helpful.

They took away military discount and forced veterans to get accounts just to receive their discount. The process to get verified is so confusing to older veterans and unfair to them. My dad can't use his discount anymore because he doesn't know how to use a smartphone to set it up. Heck, I gave up halfway because of the navigation difficulty. Yaw need to be like Lowes and use our Email and phone number to verify at purchase. I don't shop here very often anymore only out of necessity. Hope yaw address this issue as alot of vets think like this.

Penny is the rudest person I’ve ever talked to on the phone. I spend a ton of money with Home Depot and to be treated like a dog on the phone is inexcusable. She needs to go.

I ordered several items online using the Home Depot app. I was notified when my order was ready. I got to the store and used the app to notify the staff that I arrived. They brought my order out to my truck and loaded it for me. This service works very well if you know exactly what you need. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Home depot in kerrville has become the most inconvenient place to buy materials. They are constantly not doing returns and with no signs to warn you. 5 times I have loaded carts of returns, took them all the way inside just to find out I have to take them all the way back to my vehicle and back home till another convenient time... and their shelves are constantly not stocked or well organized.

Over the years we’ve spent 10’s of $1000’s in this store but the 1st time something went wrong with a brand new $3000 Frigidaire appliance they turned their back on us. They make promises they don’t intend to keep, they will not return calls and they will not reply to emails. We will never give them another chance to steal from us, we would not recommend purchasing any item of value from Home Depot and do not wast your money on their lying cheating extended warranty

Went to buy 15 cement 80lbs bags in Kerrville. Ward, who greeted us as we entered. He immediately helped us with our order. Ward not only got us our cement, he loaded all 15 bags that weighed 80lbs a bag into the bed of my truck. So wonderful to find such great help. Really didn’t realize how heavy they were until I got home and moved them out. Thank you Ward 👍

I understand offering self checkout as an option for some customers but this store consistently has all but the self checkout lanes and a single contractor register lane. Tonight the wait to check out was more than 15 minutes. Nobody would help. Anyone in an orange vest who saw the lines was avoiding eye contact or running the other way. Terrible costumer service as usual from this store. I’m done.

I have been to a lot of hardware stores and have been treated fairly in most stores but it seems that ONE specific employee, Maribel, is always treating customers very rudely and does not care about the way she speaks to customers at the Pro Desk.I believe there needs to be some kind of attention brought to said employee about this behavior, given that not only does she make the check out experience awkward and uncomfortable but I am easily in this Home Depot more than 3 times a week for company purposes and I am always looking to deal with someone else to check out instead of dealing with her.Other employees are extremely friendly and always help out in a great way, it just seems to be that this one specific employee did not get the memo.

The paint department is worse than ever. Two people behind the counter. Two customers walk up, one employee leaves for break. I left after waiting for 15 minutes to mix 3 Gallons of paint. Finally left because who knows how much longer it is going to take.
