I've been in the market for a trailer and after going to several places and not being impressed, I did a little more research and found Top Hat Trailers with a distributor right here in Kerrville on SR-27 at Junction 534. So I took a trip to see them and dealt with Trey. Trey and all the rest at the Kerrville location are top notch. Down to earth, kind, professional, real people, who understand life's real problems when it comes to matters of livestock and trailers. The people are nice and helpful. Some are extremely knowledgeable about livestock nutrition and some are not, so if you have questions, be sure to seek out the "gurus." Loading goods into my truck is quick with nominal wait times. Prices are reasonable on most feed. The ancillary items like supplements can be a bit jaw-dropping for some. Never been able to get a good quality alfalfa hay in squares there, so I go elsewhere for that. Otherwise it all good.

I used to go there to buy msm. I use it for my joints. Now I just buy it online. Its cheaper and I dont have to deal with the little stout girl behind the counter. She is quite surly.

These people are rude and very unhelpful. Lady at register acted like she had better things to do then answer my questions. I have just recently moved to kerrville. I won't be back to this feed store. Will shop elsewhere.
