Refused my dog because she was mated…she had one mat on her paw…told me she needed to be shaved down completely….never in all the time I've had her has she been shaved down. They made me feel like the worst dog owner who’s ever lived.

We love Bark Avenue but have not and will not be able to get information baths or grooming for this whole year. We went there when we lived here before and it has been a challenge finding a groomer since moving back.

Fantastic!!! Huckleberry always comes home smelling fresh and loves everyone there. Days I’m working, I drop him off in the morning and by the time I’m picking him up late in the day,he’s roaming the salon 😁❤️

Amy made my entire week with her amazing customer service skills to the thoughtfulness of getting me in last minute. My dog was sprayed by a skunk overnight on Thursday and Amy was able to get my pup in for a Friday stink removal. I can not tell you how amazing Bark Avenue Pet Spa staff is. They really made me feel at home and helped my stinky puppy. I will only be recommending BAPS and bringing my fur babies here from now on.

My family and I were traveling through Texas this past month. We called to see if we could get both our black labs in on short notice as we would only be in town for a few short days. We spoke with my the owner Erica and she was more than accommodating. When we showed up her entire staff was friendly and helpful.When we got both our dogs back, their coats were amazing. Both dogs looked and smelled good. Their nails were trimmed, they had been fully brushed. I definitely recommend this place.

The receptionist Amy is very patient. I called steady for weeks to get our Tobey groomed. Each time she was very nice and professional. My persistence paid off today, August 2nd. I got lucky and they could fit him in early. He was in desperate need of a grooming. I'll tell you it was definitely worth the wait. Erika, the groomer who worked on our Tobey did a fantastic job. Tobey was so very proud when he walked out of the room. We have scheduled him out for the rest of the year and Amy is putting him in the schedule for 2022. We couldn't be happier with Bark Avenue Pet Spa.

They were great and took very great care of our dog. They ran the tests that were needed to find out that she has an autoimmune disease. But they could it early. Great staff and vet so recommend to anyone.

After using them for over 2 years I won’t take my dog there anymore. Every time I pick him up there is always at least one problem, sometimes more. They are always in such a rush that they don’t try to handle the problem with care, just rush you through with no apology or concern for making it right. I’ll be finding a new groomer. I suggest you do too.

I always take my cocker spaniel bella here. She comes out AMAZING everytime. And the groomer is so nice and she doesnt cut off my dogs eyelashes! I've had this problem with other groomers. Totally recommend. But book in advance bc they are a busy place :)

They always do a wonderful job with my dogs. I love the fact that you can just walk in and get your dog's nails trimmed without an appointment. They are reasonably priced

Shaved our long haired Aussie despite discussing length both while making the appointment and while dropping her off. When we complained they accused us of lying (saying we asked for that) and refused to refund more than $30 of the $70 we gave them for their shoddy work.
