Some of the WORST customer service I've ever seen. 5 people behind the counter and a 6th lady finally came from elsewhere to help as the other gaggle of Karen workers couldn't be bothered. I wouldn't write this review if it had been the first time but the workers there are crazy rude.... so many people at work yet only a handful of nice people actually working. Crazy

No way will I shop here again! This place was not stocked well.I picked up a dozen eggs & when the cashier called for help with pricing. The man was slowly coming our way and kept stopping; then when he finally made it to the register, he quoted a ridiculous price without even going to the back and checking. I put my items in the truck, then went back in, to the back of the store and got the correct pricing listed on the shelf for the eggs myself. Not only are the people who work there terrible, not friendly or helpful, with exception of one who helped me in the latter part, but the store is not well kept. So disappointed.I recommend TC Grocery in Wink, way better with helpfulness and friendliness compared to Kermit's Lowes Grocery store.

Food is way over priced and most of what they sell is already expired so make sure to check the expiration date people. You can get a full cart of food at HEB for $150 but here only a couple of bags.

Stopped to get some diesel fuel, at the Lowe’s on West University in West Odessa, the pump was incredibly slow, took about 25 to 30 minutes to fill my tank. Not sure why the Lowe’s in Kermit came up.

The store is not clean nor do they have good customer service. Their Manager didnt do anything when i told him about these Eggs. There is always Flys and stuff around their Vegetables. Most definitely needs to be cleaned and have better customer service!

Lowe's are the closest grocery where I live, I get everything what I need to cook for the Day or Dinner it's a little expensive but it helps me than going to Walmart which 1 hour Drive.

Their prices are beyond absurd. Being literally the only traditional grocery store in Kermit, allows Lowe's to charge prices significantly above u/c. Comparison shopping of literally identical items with the local DG and FD routinely result in savings of 50% or more. I now avoid the store as much as possible, order from Amazon/Walmart, and stock up if I happen to be in Pecos or Odessa. I will say the staff is always pleasant and helpful when I make a rare trip into the store.

I love their kiwis,kiwis,and other fruit. They also have an amazing Arnold Palmer that tastes amazing. Their customer service for the most part has been amazing. Everyone has grouchy days but I can still tell they try to put a smile on their faces and please the customers. Loved the cat faces on costume day.

This was one of the nicest stores I have been in the people and it was very well stocked and clean and the prices were not bad at all for lowes

Everything was extremely high priced. My best estimate would be 40%-50% over normal retail price on everything. I walked around in the store for 5 minutes and left without buying a single thing. Then drive all the way to Odessa to do my shopping.

The store is clean and well organized. It was very busy tonight and they had all registers open to acomadate everyone. There are buying limits on certain products imposed at this time. Call ahead for hours open to be sure no changes have occurred.

They have a decent supply of goods but the costs are outrageous. The butcher is friendly and will order me anything I ask for. The milk is usually spoiled but you learn what to buy or not buy in a small town like this.

I’m concerned when I go into this Lowe’s and see the staff with NO MASK ON! You don’t wear mask to just PROTECT YOURSELF! You WEAR MASK TO PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS! I don’t want to shop where you’re NOT concerned about my health. I’ll travel 50 miles to go somewhere where staff are concerned for ME & NOT JUST MY MONEY! Wake up Lowe’s of Kermit! You’re losing a lot of customers because it seems like that YOU JUST DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Ok i suppose to be a local grocery store. Wouldn't recommend if there were other grocery stores around but there's not. Most Cashiers have NO idea how to place your items gently in the bag. They place heavy items on top of your produce and fruit and If I want My Meats separate from my other groceries I Do that Myself!

Do your employees require food handlers permit??? They need to learn not to leave meat sit at room temperature fo a LONG time. This is dangerous. This meat isn't cheap. Now they are discussing work instead of putting into cooler....

I mean, how could a grocery store in a place like Kermit, TX get 5 stars? High prices (expected), bathroom not intended for customers in back of store, small parking lot - especially for large vehicles. It's your only option if you live here though, so yeah...

I went to Lowe's to restock our RV so I needed a lot of groceries and cleaning supplies. I found pretty much everything I wanted except for a seasoning called Sazon which is a Mexican seasoning. I have not found it in any store in this area. The store layout is a little bit confusing so I found myself going around the aisles several times in order to complete my shopping list. I was very surprised to find they no longer have a pharmacy at this Lowe's. I would prefer that this Lowe's use paper bags instead of the plastic bags that they currently use because they're very thin, they break easily and they don't double bag, so often some of the bags break before I get home.

Always have friendly staff, and a selection of items in stock. For this to be a small town, Lowe's has what we need usually so that we don't have to drive an hour to the city.
