Well I was gonna keep my review up, but nah I'm good. There is MANY, MANY reviews about the same thing I'm saying and yet nothing is even done! The other day I came in and the female with 4 inch nails took forever to give me my 25 cents back in change, god forbid she had to hurry, she would have been to scared to break her nails. 👏 good going yall sure know how to hire the good workers.

Hate these women working because they sat up there & didn’t give us a key to the restroom. We had to ask TWICE. Then had an attitude about giving us the key. My little girl PEED on herself when it wasn’t even an emergency until we had to wait 30 minutes for the key. THEN they couldn’t refund money missing from our account …… like what??

Very unorganized, total mess. I understand it's a small town but this store needs emptied and start from scratch as no aisle seems to be consistent in items, kitchen items with automotive items for example. Employees not friendly!

Typical low class business that caters to non American clientele! They charged way to much for cheaply made items that were overpriced and typical China mfg!Overall, I had to ask the clerk twice to get the total price as the broken English was barely understandable.

For this to be in West Texas. And obsolete area. There is no reason this store should be closing 15 minutes early.. out here with there being nothing around. A 45 minute drive to show up with 15 minutes for 1 thing of soap and told no sorry we're closed...wasted trip will use a gas station next time..

Good variety of items but watch the expiration date on food and drinks here. I was going to get a Starbucks coffee until I saw that it had expired a couple months ago. Friendly service.

Its a good store but when it comes to checking out its always at least a 15 minute wait in line. They seem to never have enough people working

Everyone is so nice and friendly. It does get busy at the check out but they always have 2 cashiers during that time. Great place to shop

I give this 2 stars only for the fact most staff is friendly. I bought a broken beard trimmer from here. The day manager woman would not return my money or give store credit. One reason she cited was because I tore the box open. What are you going to put a broken item back on the shelf? It was clear that it would not recharge and light did not come on when plugged in but because it buzzed with the little amount of power left in it (it died down when actually trying to trim leaving me with crappy beard cut) she basically told me I was lying. I shopped here several times a week and still would be as it's close to me but now I go to Lowe's and family dollar off of 18/302. Take caution when buying from here. It may be at your loss.

Couldn't find anything, the store was a mess. Just needed cream for mosquito bites and it took 25 minutes to find it. Obviously they need more help or employees that work.

This is like the local Walmart. If you plan on being in Kermit for an extended period of time and don't want to 45 minutes to odesa then this will your go to place. It is quite crowded for a dollar store, but well stocked.

Unfortunately the store is always a mess but the employees are nice and always busy doing something, not standing around gossiping. Ask them for help and they're happy to help.

I always go after work if I need something but the manager there and the worker are super great and always so positive about talking and making sure your experience went great!

Clean but with all the remodeling they are short on everything except clothes for larger women. Not saying anything bad about large women because I don't look like barbie.

Called multiple times and they would clearly hang up on me. Would hear them pick up the phone and within a few seconds the phone call would end. Horrible customer service.

Wow! Barren shelves with Uboats blocking the aisles with unstocked merchandise, nasty filthy bathrooms! I have never ever seen another DG in this condition! Terrible...

They hardly had anything in stock and the entire store was extremely messy. Seems they need more employees to get it running smoother.

Long lines and extremely messy. Shelves were not stocked and even though they had multiple employees working only one cashier was open and she needed help.

Stood in line for an uncalled for amount of time! Only 1 person running a register while the other girl stood in the medicine isle putting 1 bottle of Motrin on the shelf!! She seen that the other gurl was backed up and needing help but never once came to the front to help.

Place is a complete disasterVery little is stocked the walk ways are blocked with boxesFire exits in back of store are blocked by more boxesIf your handicap do not bother going here you cannot get into and around the store without knocking over boxes of unstocked items

Out of stock of just about everything you'd go to a dollar general for..super long lines if you actually do find what you were looking for. Good luck

Very lousy store. Prices are much higher than what's actually marked. Rip off stoe!!!! Workers can't even speak English!!!!
