So, usually I am not this person, I’ll go straight to the source. But, nobody answered the phone, and the form can’t be submitted to their Dairy Queen form. Ordered a very basic bacon cheese burger. Not tomatoes no mustard add Mayo. WHICH, they got right. But came with no patty. It’s not a joke look at the picture below. I’m still gonna eat this bacon burger, but dang, can’t even put the patty in the burger?…. SMH

Slow service.7/30/23Much faster service. Got gravy when I specifically said no heavy. It is in its own cup, so no biggie.1/2/24Not busy but both orders were wrong. One order was sandwich only, but received and was charged for a combo. One was a combo, but did not come with the fries. Had to go back and ask for the fries twice before they brought them. Food was OK. Barely warm but not cold.Parking: I need to quit parking in the south lot. The dip is too deep and I keep scraping the front fascia of my vehicle getting in and out.

I ordered ahead, probably shouldn't done that. Usually we get decent food here, but our food was not so good this go around.We ordered two steak baskets, one with fries, the other with onion rings.My fries were tiny and yucky. So, when did Diary Queen switch to small fries?!The steak dinners, in both baskets, were over cooked by far. I could barely chew mine, let alone enjoy it.They did get our two orders of gravy in there for each basket. They usually forget that, but they were there. That was nice for a change, because I definitely needed with those hard steak fingers!Drinks were fine, so was the delicious chocolate fudge blizzard I ordered when we got there.

Well, today was my first visit to this location and first time to Kermit. I was hesitant in stopping by because of the long line in the drive thru but I was looking forward to the steak finger basket for dinner and I went anyway. I placed my order for myself and my daughter. It took about 15 min to reach the menu to place our order. It took another 10 min before we finally got to the window to pay and get our order. Now I wait another 5 min, we finally get our order. We go back to our hotel, and I was so surprised that I actually got my whole order, it was nice and hot, so fresh, and it was made exactly as I ordered it. This is rare. I have been to many eatery's and many times we get our order right away but it's almost always wrong or we are missing half our order. I know we waited quite a while for our order but it was delicious and well worth the wait.

My burger was good.... Not quite like I wanted it... But was good... However the Cookies and cream blizzard was 💕... Employees were very friendly and respectful. I got my food to go. I did notice the restaurant was clean.. Dairy Queen was and is a great stop...

Ordered four Blizzards. Called in the order. Drive to Kermit. Went inside to pick them up. They had not even started on them yet. The girl working the counter had a lot of attitude when asked about the order, saying "What do you expect, I don't have time to make them" After they finally did get made, one of them was made wrong. The girl working the counter was asked to fix the wrong blizzard. She rolled her eyes and walked away. A little bit later after she saw we were not leaving, sighed and said "Give me the blizzard." She did not remake it just added the missing ingredient on top and did not even mix it in. The restaurant was also very dirty tonight. The service, work ethic, attitude and cleanliness was very lacking tonight. I do not recommend this Dairy Queen

Only giving 2 stars cause the steak finger basket and tacos are good. But i bet i waisted more money from them not putting the right stuff i ordered in my bag and then they make you wait so long just to go through the drive through. I would not recommend Kermit Dairy Queen to ANYONE! They dont care either if i order something for me my son my mom and my brother and pay 60 bucks i expect everything i order to be in the bag. But nope so ill go to sonic from now on.

For a fast food drive through it was a longer wait then sitting down in a steak house to get your food. Waited 40 min to get to the window to get my food. 3 cars in front of me. Say at the order screen for 15 min before someone took my order

It was good although they didnt do the upside down test for my blizzard and the employee had a mustache that was long enough to dip into the cup from where he was holding it 💀 but over all it was good.

Long waits in drive thru..they use to have people who ordered food pull over and they would bring their food to them...but now they just have them wait at window. The ones who just ordered drinks must wait like 15 or so minutes. Very frustrating. Seems like they are to lazy to walk out..cant be because of covid anymore cause they have done in

Ordered ahead. Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes.only 2 cars in front of me.. There are parking spaces with #s why not get that vehicle in one of those stalls instead of waiting for their food in front of the window. I left. It's ridiculous to go to this place just to pay $20 for 2 meals and the worst service. I also asked them on the phone about a banana split. Said they didn't have any bananas but would make me one without bananas...lmao

Sat for 20 minutes at the drive thru, they never took my order, went across the street to Sonic had my food in 5 minutes and left before the car at the window at DQ even got their order. Unfortunately this is pretty normal from what I've seen. I dont know why anyone wants to wait 30 minutes for ice cream. The staff seems not to care at all about getting orders out, I swear they just stand there doing nothing and hoping people will just leave.

Service is slow but we like the food. We often buy the 4 piece chicken strips which also come in spicy flavor. If you are in a hurry the sonic across the street is the better option.

Walked in 7 people with numbers waiting for food. After 20 minutes, one order comes out, finally, 5 minutes after that another order, over all it took 41 minutes for the food to come out, way too long for fast food. When we went up to ask after 25 minutes all we were told was “we’re working on it”. When the food finally came out, it was all a mess. The floors were extremely dirty. Tables needed to be cleaned down.

I won’t recommend this restaurant specifically the one in Kermit tx they can’t even take a simple order and take forever to prepare your food. 7 employees whit a empty restaurant 45 minutes to make a burger and the still got the wrong order.
