Without a doubt one of the most poorly managed stores I've ever dealt with in my life. The employees who work within the store want to help but often times their hands are tied by upper management who will not allow them to source much needed items for local businesses who must then travel repeatedly month after month over and over again to buy from competitors in odessa or midland rather than stock items that can easily be stocked within their store. Confusion of minimums on orders is baffling even to suppliers it seems and has left me to seek to do business elsewhere on many items. I only hope that someone is able to right this ship before it's too late and kermit is left with nothing more than tractor supply or the ace hardware store in monahans, it honestly just pains me to see such a good group of employees be wasted by such piss poor management.

They have everything you need or mostly everything. Nice little store and probably one of the best stores I been to in a smaller town. Majority of the staff is great and always there when we need help. The only bad thing is that it’s to (explicit) expensive. Way to expensive. I understand it’s West Texas but I found the same Milwaukee set in Odessa for $80 cheaper and that set was overpriced at that store. Besides electrical too. Selections are amazing and wish every small town had a store like this. Highly recommend this place.

I wish I could put negative stars on here. I went there and bought one of their products and it failed and ended up in my drain to where I couldn't get it. I went back to the manager and she said its not her problem talk to the manufacturer. So trying to fix the problem I bought a snake to retrieve the failed product and it was so cheap that I had trouble getting it to go farther than 15 ft down my drain and it wouldn't even spin. And as a last resort I bought another balloon and the lady up front said I could return it as long as I had my receipt and it wasn't damaged and even though the package said it was for 4 inch pvc/drain line, it didn't fit or work. So I tried to bring it back to get my money back and surprise surprise I talked again to the manager and again it wasn't her problem I needed to contact the manufacturer. I am completely unsatisfied with them and/or especially the manger there.

Great store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They’ll load lumber, bricks, and the like for you and will cut your lumber to a specified size. Pricing is high, but it’s one of the only hardware stores in the area.

The owner is working on being more in stock on the variety of fittings needed for a job and there us a good selection of tools at a low price for a small town supply.

Builder Supply is a Great place. They have what you need 98% of the time, and if they don't then they can order it for you and you can pick it up from the Great Customer Service employee's they have!!! A Big Thumbs up to ALL OF YOU 😁.

EVERYTHING is over priced, tried to return a DEWALT drill and they would not accept it, I did not need it I needed a bigger one and the manager was a bi*** the dewalt box says 90 day money back guarantee, but not at this low life miserable place. Go 20 miles to monahans for your building supply needs.

Just an "at home" country hardware store. Nice variety of things. They have Milwaukee and Dewalt power tools and decent hand tools as well.
