I had an issue with telecheck i wasnt happy, but after speaking with the manager Maria , she friendly and helpful in assisting me with it. I shpo thus store often and am very pkeased with customer service. If the employees cant assist, the manager sure can.

Tried to use a manufacturers coupon directly from Purina for free cat litter and the young lady at the register told me that they couldn't accept it and that she didn't think HEB would either that or would have to be used online. Not at all how the coupon works. It even says directly on coupon "cashier write in price"

Called before driving 35 miles one way to make sure they had the batter I needed. The employee told me he had his hands on the battery. I asked him, are you sure it's the one I want. He assured me that it was. When I arrived, they DID NOT have the battery. None of the employees would admit they were the one that spoke to me. Supposedly the manager has only been there 6 weeks. The manager apologized and said if there was another battery I could use, he would give me a good deal, well that's the problem. If I could use any battery, I wouldn't have called ahead asking for a specific battery.Gotta love our "honest" society today. Good customer service is so hard to find. People just don't care anymore and it's such a shame.

Purchased a chicken run and found several panels to be damaged and half of the hardware needed to assemble it to be missing. Called to see if I could return only the three damaged panels but was told that I would have to repackage the entire set and return for replacement. Was told at time of purchase that if any parts were missing due to an open package just call and parts would be replaced...none available!

Friendly, helpful staff. I can usually find what I need for my ranch, my ponies, chickens and dogs here. While I could get those things elsewhere in the county, TSC generally has it for a decent price and nicer employees.

Employees are so nice here. I wish they had kept the all purpose animal pen they used for baby chickens to use to contain my children while I try to find the correct feed but since they also help load my car 5 stars for them.

Aside from the great items they carry, you are not pressured by sales associates. If you need help it's easy to find someone and get assisted on. Their employees are very friendly and polite (another huge plus).

Asked for Moth balls from 2 different employees, was sent to 2 different parts of the store. Never found them and gave up, one of said employees checked me out and asked if I found them, and I said No, and she didn't bother to help me any further.

As always Tractor Supply had friendly employees and the store is clean and has the usual stuff. However, they had no propane. I've never encountered that before. Apparently in Texas you must call ahead and ask if they have propane. Half a tank of diesel and my propane tank is still low.

Terrible customer service. Witnessed the store manager bad mouthing fellow employees to other employees. Doesn't seem to care there is a line of customers over hearing and waiting for her to stop gossiping and get to work.
