The kids love the playground here. Stopping by gives us a great place to get a quick and easy meal as well as unwind a bit at the same time. Service is fast and friendly, and we have never had to wait.Kid-friendliness: Very nice playground and outdoor tables!

Had to drive up three times to find screens that weren’t broken. They could barely hear us as microphones also seemed to be broken so we had to shout our orders and repeat them about four times. Absolute mess of a place. To top it all off they got our order wrong and I couldn’t be bothered. Careful with those hot chili dogs - they just throw them in the bag with chili and cheese dripping everywhere.

DO NOT....DO NOT...DO NOT USE THE OUTSIDE BATHROOM AS IT DOES NOT LOCK!!!!!I was on a long drive, pulled over for something to eat. Asked if they had a restroom and was told there was one on the side of the building.Went in, locked(?) the door and was in the middle of business and a MAN WALKED IN ON ME!!!I checked the door and lock in all directions and it would not lock.I told the server that the door didn't lock and she knew. Then I said a man walked in on me and her face showed shock.I was mortified!If you all know the lock is broken, FIX IT!!!!DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM UNLESS SOMEONE IS STANDING OUTSIDE TO PREVENT ENTRY!!!

I went threw drive thru and I ordered a large big red with strawberries and cream and the lady that was taking the order said they didn’t have any cream so I decided to cancel my order and go threw the stalls and I ordered the same exact thing and was told they can make it. So that being said I don’t like how they want to say one thing then say another. Whoever is in charge need to tell these workers not to be lying.

So the food was the typical Sonic experience. But seriously the service was so phenomenal. So different than the Sonics I have recently had to choose from. Cell service was out and that takes down a lot of business Internet in this area. Our carhop came out to our car, wrote down our order and got it out to us so fast! AND we found out we had a hometown Texas Panhandle connection with her. 😊Thank you Kenedy Sonic for being who you are!

Placed order on app, showed up about 5 minutes later, and am currently waiting about 25 minutes later. Pressed red button, no contact, however I see someone moving around inside. I hate to speak poorly, but I've seen several vehicles drive off with a very emptyparking lot and drive thru line, and only now 27minutes later is the drive though line moving; I'm still waiting 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨Edit: finally got my order about 40 minutes later, and at least it was correct. I know I mightve sounded impatient, but I had a relatively simple order, and when I arrived I was the only person there.

Good food. And the service was pretty good and prompt. Love the bacon from this place. Tator tots are a must. Cheese sticks are a little lack luster. But it might of been because of the sub par marinara . But it's cheap fast food. I don't expect gourmet

Apparently they don’t sell gravy at this sonic. But, I asked for it for my dipping sauce. Then, also asked for signature sauce. But, didn’t get either one of them. Paid thinking I was getting both. Got nothing. Communicate here sucks.

Worst sonic service ever. Show up , push the button and wait for 10 minutes. Noone said a word or asked for my order. Screen said red button activated we will be with you shortly. Place was empty, no service. I went to dairy queen instead.

Wasn't actually tht busy been in food business almost 20yrs and have nvr seen such bad service it took a total of 45 mins to get my stuff and chick forgot kids slushes so waited another 10 15 mins to get those which tasted like strawberry water and the girl kept saying srry we r so busy there was mayb 8 cars total no excuse. Need to really work on speed of service. Worst stop ever made. Didnt even wanna give 1 star

So, the machines were not working, the employees were pretty much yelling at each other, the kitchen seemed to be messing around while a group and I were waiting for our orders. Then our orders, which were individual for some parts, were all mixed up and messed up. The fries seemed to be thrown in, with tater tots that we did not order! And the machines to order were so messed up with an error message on one of them. This was around 9-10 p.m. Also my superior had to help the lady count the amount of change. What was suppose to be quick and fast, ended up taking an hour to finally get some decent food. My order was wrong but I had enough so I stopped. I hope such situation does not happen again and hopefully it does. BTW, the app mixed up the names with orders too along with our orders on paper...

We ordered a #1 & a #2 , & tots. Both mustard. #1 had mayo tots were cold n soggy. Sent burger bk specified mustard as well as the tots specified fresh ones.He brings the burger still had mayo tots were the same . 3rd time burger was finally right. Didn't eat the tots, worse $19 we spent there.

Will never eat at this sonic again. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for 1 burger, people behind me driving off. Onion rings were burnt, cold and had been breaded way too many times. I ordered a burger with no cheese, guess what, they put cheese on it.. The hamburger patty was burnt, dry and cold.
