This is a very interesting looking grocery store!! I thought it was a tractor supply or something similar. Walked inside , the cakes got my attention right away. This must be a new store or a really well kept store ! Clean clean clean . Fruit was all so nice !! Helpful staff ! Our cashier was friendly! Walking out the door and was greeted by other employees!! Wow !! Everyone is so nice !!

I had a terrible experience at the Kenedy HEB. I recently had major back surgery whereas I have to use an electric shopping cart. Most of their carts are old, worn out units that need to go to a junk yard! I was stranded twice due to two carts that have electrical shorts. I was told by an employee that the manager refused to budget for more, new carts. I literally had to call HEB, while stranded within the store, twice and ask for another cart. Again, the first two carts failed. Note: the employees were great, it's a management problem. I will now do my shopping at Walmart instead. Mr. Butt senior must be turning over in his grave!

It's a good HEB but they have less options on their meats and seafood sections for a grocery store Walmart up the road has them beat on seafood and meats

Beginning to dislike this grocery store more and more . They are constantly pulling the one brand or product I buy from their shelves and putting up their store brand or some other lower quality product. I would rather drive an hour out to Aldi to do my grocery shopping.

they lack a lot of the top items you would find in any other HEB which iskind of a drag cause its not convenient but the prices are very reasonable and the best brands you can find

Do not use their bakery! I ordered a cake for my nephew's graduation and it looked so sloppy. When the manager saw it her only response was that "the best I can do is take off $5!" She never even apologized for the inconvenience or anything. I'm typically not one to write a review or complain but overall just not the way to handle that situation

All of The peoples that work there are very positive, polite, and professional. If you order curbside groceries, the wait is minimal. You can walk through the store and snack on grapes the whole time you are there, and no one says anything . But as soon as you pop open a beer, they all come a running.

In the last year the meat department has gone completely downhill. this store used to have amazing steaks now everything is cut paper thin. some people want a nice thick steak on a Friday night after work and you can’t get them to cut any because they cut everything they have and put it out.

I am a huge fan of HEB. I wish we could throw out the people with elected to run Texas and put in the people that run HEB. Things would be a lot better in our state if that could happen. Great grocery store.

OK store always out of stuff. Never get rotisserie products after a certain time at night. That's when most people are getting off work from the oil field. Nice stuff clean popular as parking lot is messed up as under construction. Right now it can get packed and busy.

I been going there awhile to get groceries…. Today I called to see if I could cash a personal check.. I was told yes .. so I went .. I drove 45 minutes.. now couldn’t cash the check .. a big disappointment! I wouldn’t be going there no more!! Shame on you H-E-B!!!!

Super super limited on things. Couldn't find the cat food or big container of litter I get my cats. Couldn't find several things from my list that my HEB in Seguin carries. This place I knew was smaller, just didn't realize it wouldn't have some of those bigger items in stock.

Too small to be a true grocery store. It’s too small to have a decent selection of anything. Yeah, you can get some staples - like sliced meat from the deli and maybe a few fresh vegetables. The rest of it is hastily thrown together to see if someone will buy it.By the way, this is the only HEB that has precooked Spanish rice in a package that isn’t HEB brand. And you know what? It’s the best rice I’ve ever gotten from a grocery store. Probably from a local person or something.Don’t go here if you’re going to do some serious grocery shopping. They don’t have a good enough selection. But if it’s something quick you’re throwing together, this is your place.

For a small town Kenedy HEB sure is big with a big selection!! I know the oilfield traffic is why they made a big HEB and I'm ok with that. Big selection, always organized and clean!

I used the drive-up window for the HEB pharmacy for the first time, having been a little intimidated before. It wasn't really any different than going up to the counter, only way more convenient. Great grocery store and the drive-thru makes it so much easier. I was also impressed with how quickly my prescription was filled from when the doctor called it in.

This is a nice HEB. Sometimes you have to do the right thing and give customers healthier options even though they don't understand that the sugary, highly processed food and drink that's cheap and that they were raised on is making them fat and sick and unable to function as God designed them. HEB Corporate, you own the Texas grocery business. Educating Texans to eat better and transitioning those options would be really hard but a company of your size is the only one who could.

Would have been nice if there were actual employees there. Three managers stood looking at long lines, no baggers and didnt even step in to help when I had to bag my own groceries, Im not lazy by any means and i also dont get a discount for doing a job someone gets paid for. Guess the managers dont know what lead by example means. Or maybe the pay is too high for cheap labor to bag groceries. Great job HEB management.👎

I like this little HEB! It is well stocked, well laid out and well lit. It has a decent sized produce section and the fruits and vegetables all looked good. The aisles are plenty wide enough making It easy to maneuver your cart through the store. There were more than enough open checkouts keeping my wait time to a minimum. My checker was pleasant, greeted me with a smile and a hello and she thanked me on my way out. My only gripe with the whole store is that the parking lot seemed a bit tight. Overall impressions were favorable and I will shop there again in the future. Prices are competitive, the store is clean, the people are friendly and helpful, the store is stocked with just about everything I could ever want and I can get in and out quickly if I'm in a hurry. Yep! I really like this little HEB in Kenedy Tx!

I purchased an item, not knowing that with the item I had purchased, it came with additional items for free. When I came to checkout, the lady that was bagging my groceries asked me if I had gathered the additional free items, which I had no clue of, replied no ma'am and she explained to me what items came free with that purchase and retrieved everything for me. I thanked her for her great customer service and was thankful as well. I love good customer service and I will be shopping at HEB for as long as I am working in the nearby area.

Live here close to town we use this HEB for everything, except yesterday we went to Victoria to buy a sack of crawfish from their HEB because everywhere is sold out. Explained that out of a 30lb sack I only got 3-4 live out while washing them, and they kindly said they would refund me my money because they had no sacks available. But I explained I lived here in town and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Victoria, they said no problem HEB is HEB and should honor the return just to talk to a store manager and explain the situation. So I called and explained the situation and of course the manager said no we’re not gonna eat the cost of those crawfish for another store in a rude tone like if I’m trying to steal money out of his own pocket or something. Never had a bad experience at the Kenedy HEB, but now I’m thinking I might have to drive to Beeville or Florresville now to spend my money. Now I have to drive over an hour to get a refund back.

I'm not sure if this is the correct location, but my review is for the convenient store next to good ol' Mickey Donalds. Sometimes, if I'm feeling chipper that is, I'll stop by to pick up some sweet Arizona green tea to go along my usual taco breakfast. The store is very dapper looking and I'm often greeted by the music of the gods during my visit. The food, while being of the usual gas station variety, isn't the worst of what I've tried and is definitely worth a try if you're feeling up to it. The employees are very nice and respectful as well, so much that I'll admit, if I were a more, how you say, outgoing man, I'd most likely ask one of the cashiers to accompany me on a dinner for two. Nonetheless, I've never had nothing short of an amazing experience here, and I do believe the employees deserve more credit for the work they do.

This is by far one of the worst locations I've ever been to. Incredibly lazy customers leaving their shopping carts all over the parking lots is a HUGE problem. It happens so often they basically need a parking lot attendant from open to close. The selection is horrible. They do not carry some of the most common items that are stocked in 95% of San Antonio stores. The cashiers are usually nice and that is probably the only positive about this place.
