I have never gone out of my way to write a review, but this Management at this location leaves me no choice. First I waited 30 minutes for a small order without any communication. (Burger meal and a kids meal.) and they weren’t busy. By the time I got my order I noticed that they had forgotten my son’s chicken tenders and had to go back… waited another 10 minutes and the teenager at the window was completely rude, don’t even think I got an apology. Drove away and before I almost take a bite out of my food. I had a long hair in my chili cheese tots. (I have short hair)

Don’t do it save yourself from horribly made food every burger wrong cold fries and even when order has been complained about returned for remake order still comes out wrong I’ve never been there and not had to turn around ever! We had rotted mush for veggies on one half of one of our burgers non of which of the 4 we ordered had special directions made as is one came out with partial veggies bread was soaked in grease forgot the baby’s drink spiral with Cameron multiple times to resolve the situation he offered store credit I declined as it’s always a nightmare so why would I sign up for the headache all over again no thank you! I waited it now been almost 2 weeks still no refund on my card he claims his end says funds were returned but if that were so I’d obviously see that on my online banking his response the last conversation we had as I had asked many times please go re-check your system as I’m sure hasn’t since the original incidents occurred. He replies I’m not there but will be later I’ll call you back around 8pm with an update otherwise Nothing else I can you’ll have to call corporate you are a franchise let’s call your owner! that’s been 4 days ago!$60 for cardboard soaked in grease is the owner of this location the same as seven points sonic because that location is in a heap of trouble with the health department!

The Sonic in Kemp used to be Great. Now, most of the employees are very rude. With an "I don't care" attitude. The food is usually stale, cold or way over cooked. Which leads to a poor atmosphere. The time it takes to get someone to take your order (whether at the drive thru or at the parking slots) is so slow, people have left after waiting over 45 minutes and still nobody took the orders. That has happened more than twice in a month.

I really don’t know how to make it easier for these people. We ordered through the sonic app- all they have to do is read. We ordered ahead so they wouldn’t be rushed and forget something but in this sonics notorious fashion they disappointed again.My husband got home with our food- he has jalapeños on his burger- I only requested them on mine and I was missing the drink to my meal.This is basic stuff that shouldn’t have even been a mistake. This isn’t the first occurrence of our orders being wrong either. This is just the cherry on top. We have given them chance after chance since our sonic in Seven Points has closed down. It’s so frustrating- we just want good food and for our orders to be right.👏🏼 ITS NOT THAT HARD! Please find people who care to have a job because the ones you have ain’t it.

Even when ordering ahead by 30 minutes and when there are only two other cars present my food is NEVER ready on time or even within 15 minutes of my order pickuptime. Consistently the orders are wrong as well. The only reason this is not 1 star across the board is because generally speaking the morning crew gets food out on time.

Literally the worst rip off we decided to give Sonic in Kemp 1 last chance and they blew it. Children work up there with no management found a beetle in my French fries and this is not a $5 breakfast burrito. Do yourself a favor and stop ripping people off and get a manger also I went straight to social media because they won't answer their phones per usual

Worst service ever !!!! We ordered ahead 15 minutes before we arrived and waited 34 minutes and got no food and people came and went. When asked how much longer and why the other person got their food the response was “ they had an order ahead “. We had an order ahead for 45 minutes at that point and we had to request a refund and got no food . We will. Ever bring our business back here the worst sonic ever !!!

I read a lot of negative reviews.....i haven't had any of those issues. I usually get a breakfast burrito with some salsa through the drive-thru, no problems. The burritos are 3.99 now but the menu still says 3.69. Believe it or not that little 30 cent difference kept me from be able to use the few dollars on my cash app, no biggy just fyi.Kid-friendliness: Play area

Ordered the hickory burger.Got bread, one slice of meat, two small pickles and a 1/3 cup of mayonnaise (unwanted).Did not get tomatoes, lettuce, onions and HICKORY sauce. One bite threw it in trash and went to Wataburger.

Please save your money. This is a dangerous disaster. The food is unsafe. Ate a chili dog and was sick. These children running this are busy smoking outside the drive through and playing games. Such a lack of authority and its been this way for years , gave it another try after a year, big mistake! Health dept. needs to look into this place. The locals know but those who don't are going to end up vomiting and having diarrhea. It's never going to change. Close the doors before you kill someone!

By far the worst sonic experience ever. We ordered 5 sonic blasts all exactly the same. Preordered on the app. Waited 45 minutes, then pressed red button and waited 10 minutes for a response to say “I can’t hear you, I’ll be right out”. Another 10 minutes “what can I get started for you?”8 cars parked and countless through the drive through came and went while we sat with our kids just wanting a treat after a football game.If it were not for having to pay first we never would have waited. Absolutely absurd.Voiced concerns and were told “sorry we’ll get to it soon”. Asked to cancel our order and they did not respond.More than an hour for 5 sonic blasts until we finally left without anything. Now being refused a refund for “leaving without our food”.What is the expected time to wait for this type of order?!

The food was decent. However, will Sonic EVER get my order right?! Something is always messed up on my order, every time, which is why I don't really ever choose to eat here. It's just super frustrating going behind the people you just paid for food and fixing what they messed up. If I wanted to fix my own meal, I would have just eaten at home and saved the money!Kid-friendliness: There looked to be a nice little outdoor playground on the premises.

This Sonic is awful. I’m a very patient person, but this location consistently takes over 30 minutes to bring out my food, even when preordering on the app. They also mess up almost every order, and then blame the customer even though the information is correct on the receipt.

Ordered Hamburger combo with no cheese and onions, coney with no bun and repeated this when ordering. Order was very long in arriving and was cold, also burger had cheese and onion and coney was on bun and dry. Had to send all back. All came out again but was still not very good. Very disappointed. Hope they get the problems solved.

Service is best I’ve had at sonic and food has been fresh every time so far. Just moved to area and have been to this location a number of times in last month or so and it’s been really great. Lots of reviews saying otherwise but just go and try it.Specifically what I’ve liked:- quick answer when you press the button at stall- they repeat entire order to you and don’t rush you- food is delivered in a reasonable time- food is hot and organized- they repeat the order in person before handing it to you- both in person and on speaker they are very friendly- the property and building are very clean- great playground for our 6 and 3 year old that is fenced in with tablesThis has all happened consistently.If you like sonic then you need to experience this one. It’s the best I’ve been to.

There was this one little gal there that was busting her buns. I was absolutely Blown Away by her politeness and punctuality. She was pretty much the only person there besides the cook the food was perfect it was not soggy like the ones and seven points and Mabank Sonic those place need to be totally wiped out compared to the store in Kemp. I will most definitely Drive from gun barrel all the way to camp just to get Sonic. Great job guys.

We went for shakes. Took 25 min to get to our car. Poor girl was the only car hop there running her butt off. She was the only good thing about our visit. By the time the shakes got to us that were melted. The manager should have helped out and run orders or better yet schedule enough staff for the business.

The young lady at the window was courteous and clearly repeated my order back to me, made sure I had my total and offered a receipt. I would've given them 5 stars, but they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Maybe whoever made the batches accidentally switched the lines. I'll definitely return again.
