Its understandable for an employee to be unaware that a bathroom is out of tp... But I called the desk several times and there were issues with the phone... I had to have my bf come to the store to ask them to bring me tp... I think it would be pertinent of the company to fix their phone problem.. I called several times and I got no response, they couldn't here me and I didn't hear anything.. after that the line was strictly busy.. which is odd.. the cashier was very sorry about the situation but she also found it funny.. and I did not..

This store in Kemp is always clean, and organized. My favorite store, the manager keeps it in top shape. She knows where every single item in the store lives. Everyone is treated with the highest respect. I've been in on many occasions, and seen even the grumpiest of people get treated very nicely. I don't think I've ever seen her without a smile. She also cares about each of us, and is always concerned if we don't seem to be having the best of days. I love the service, and care of the staff here. This is my home town store.

Dollar General is becoming one of my favorite stores. I love all the cute seasonal items they carry. Will it last forever? Of course not, but for the price I wouldn't expect it to. I wish the aisles weren't so crowded with junk. (Also, I don't think corporate gives stores enough payroll hours to staff properly.)

Has the usual. the ladies who work here are friendly to me. They always ask if I need anything and are prompt at getting to the register when ready to check out. Usually always clean inside.Several ladies don't wear masks properly so I dont see the point of even having one on. But I guess thats now a personal option to mask or not. They did not enforce masks when it was mandated seen with my own eyes. To some you may not care and it doesn't matter to you but it does matter to others.

Dollar General in Kemp Texas is full of deals, I always go through the store (without my kids) So I can find some great buys. Even better than their sale paper they will have in store items on sale. I love this store!

Clearly some racial profiling going on at this location. The manager himself made me feel very uncomfortable and I would just recommend avoiding this location unless completely necessary. Gave 2 stars because comments were mostly indirect and I was never approached only followed.

Friendly staff! The Hispanic lady is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. The store is too small. Corporate should consider expanding!

Isles too close together, you can't even turn around with a shopping cart..! Always a line at the register, 3 or 4 registers, only 1 open..! Please, our time is important too..! :(

Stopped in town 2 visit friends. Felt like I was in the sixties 60's associates act like they hadn't seen (coloreds) 😆Huge store however.
