Update! We had a small issue with rewards redemption for fuel but this was quickly corrected for us! When redeeming the $20 fuel rewards you pay $20 at the register and redeem the reward. Later on the money is credited back to your account!! We were confused with the process. Thank you to management for reaching out to us quickly and helping us! This CEFCO always has the sweetest people working. It is our favorite convenience store!

I travel a lot and the Kemp store is one of my favorite places to stop it's always clean and Veronica was my cashier the last time. She was very professional and helpful. I told her I was hungry and she suggested the !the brisket sandwich which BTW was excellent!! Tiffany was also very professional and helpful. Great job y'all!!

Cashier working today 3/11 was incredibly rude when she said “are you going to continue to stand in line and stare or come over here”.The other cashier with tattoos seemed so helpful with the person in front of myself. This young girl definitely needs some training on people interaction.

I have lived in kemp Texas for 56 years, and I would just like to say how amazed I am of how far Cefco has come in the short few months with the new mangers that have been there. Mrs Clovis is an amazing cook and keeps her kitchen spotless while making her employees do the same. And Mrs Tiffany is one of the best managers I have ever seen there in all my years. They are both very respectful and try to make sure every customer leaves with a smile on there face.

This place is big and clean, very friendly people. Great breakfast choices, I had an egg, cheese, and bacon biscuits.. it's was very good. I'll stop in again for sure

My son and I stopped here and bought $40.00 in gas at the pump and another $32.00 in their Cefco Kitchen. When I checked my bank statement an additional separate charge of $74.00 was charged to my card. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and pursuing fraud charges as well. Be careful if using a debit card here.

Good lord, Every time I go in here. It's the same story, 20 people in line while the single cashier struggles. Management here is horrible. This is a convenience store. It is not convenient to be standing in line for 30 minutes when you are trying to get to work. You have two cash registers.. Wrangle up some of the other employees who are just standing around to actually do something. And for God's sake, start doing some drug tests. You have METHtilda over there pupils big enough to park my car on.

When using a credit card, they take a $200 deposit. $200 is enough to fill up my Tacoma 3 times!!!

Pump shows all the Apple Pay and tap pay features but I have yet to ever get one to work. Still have to pull out card and insert, and then you get asked to many questions just to get to the point of pumping gas. Too much interaction. It’s a gas pump. I should be able to grab the pump handle, tap my phone, select my fuel, and start pumping.

We stop here on a regular basis to get gas and everything we need we stopped coming for a while because of Cheyenne she has a boot on here leg but come on coffee for us early in the morning is a must we thought we would give it another try since we like stopping in there due the other girls in there who actually do their jobs at keeping the store cleaning and making sure the coffee is made this morning Cheyenne was working and yet again no coffee was made and the store could have been cleaner come on yeah I get that she wears that boot but this is getting old so until she is going we will be going else where to get what we need in the mornings we spend well over a 100 in there every time we stop and usually and every morning routine I am so tired of how she half way does here job if she can’t do it fully she don’t need to be there anytime she works you can be sure you won’t be getting coffee it’s said cause when she isn’t there it’s a good store to stop at

We pulled over to swap drivers. The gas station employee came running over to the car saying we cant park there. We were not even parked for 30 seconds before she ran out to the car. And we were NOT in a place blocking traffic.She was outside smoking on the sidewalk hanging out with a cop when we pulled up.When my husband went in to buy some coffee she told him that she ran over so fast --- BECAUSE THE COP SHE WAS TALKING TO WAS GOING TO "CHECK ON US".SO I GUESS THAT THE COP SHE WAS TALKING TO ENJOYS RUNING CHECKS ON THIS GAS STATIONS CUSTOMERS.-- or at least this is what the gas girl said.So according to the gas girl - she run out in the parking lot to protect us from a cop that was sitting on private property.This happened on 8/27/19 at 4am in the morning.UPDATE:WOW!! I sent in the info to the email provided in the response. Then it came back that that email address couldn't receive the email.So i guess if any cefco manager really wants to check on this - its for the Kemp, Texas location. 4am 8/27/19.You can varify everything we posted by cameras & by contacting this store directly.

Stopped by this morning for fuel and a redbull. They didnt have the size redbull i wanted in the cooler door but i saw a case of them behind the rack, the clerck refused to let me go into the cooler to grab one and refused to grab one for me saying they have had a problem with stealing. She was very rude about it so i took my business to havrveys!

Went in at 3 and had a man screaming inside and outside the store at the cashier. The cashier did exactly what the man asked for but the man was absolutely irate. The cashier, Jason, handled the situation perfectly and even went out to show the man that his pump was working correctly. The man continued to scream and curse the cashier. I couldn't take the man screaming at the cashier anymore so I said something. He told me he was callin in the morning to report me. I said "sir I am a customer." I think the cashier did everything in the correct manner, however I do believe the customer was trying to be shady.

I don't appreciate skitsers checking me out when I go to get cigarettes and drinks and I'd me after they seen me several times before with my id and I don't suggest going here unless u want to be served by dope fiends and if ur ever in Kemp go to Exxon they have better service the only good worker is matthew
