I will never take my babies to anyone else except Petco. They are so loving to them when I bring them in. My dogs are super excited to see them when they come in for grooming. I tell other people to bring them to Petco because I am so happy with the service!

I booked an appt for the same day at the Kemah location after the League city location inconveniently canceled my appt an hour before. I appreciate the availability in my time of scrambling to find a new appt after being canceled. Everyone was really nice at the Kemah location. I gave a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because my dog was damp still when I arrived to pick her up.

This time was different. The lady wanted to discourage me to cancel my appointment and come back again. Maybe she was exhausted but really didn't appreciate that. She also kept commenting on the must brush everyday for our golden-doodle. Overall it didn't feel very welcoming.

Amanda and all the other groomers are amazing! They have taken awesome care of my dog Nova and even did an awesome job clipping my cat Athenas nails. They are very patient and obviously love what they do. I've been going to this locations grooming for almost a year now and they are always super sweet, helpful, and informative. Thanks to them I became aware of my dog's dry skin! She is now on salmon oil supplements and it's made a huge positive difference in her coat. Big shout-out to the Petco Kemah groomers!

Regina has been a tue blessing for my 12yr old German Shepard Jeter! She is always so kind, thorough and attentive! Hes older and cant stand for long periods of time so she is very good about giving him breaks as shes bathing and drying him. She also is soo good at keeping me updated via text/calls. I love dropping Jeter off with her for the day because I know he is in good hands at Petco! Thank you Regina for making my fur-baby feel, smell and look great!

Kristi did an amazing job. I rescued my dog in October and she’s still a little skiddish and anxious from her past but Kristi took care of my dog for her first haircut and cleaned her up so well all the while loving on her too! I highly recommend Kristi!

I called for info and the older lady had an attitude for no reasonable and hung up before I was finished asking questions. Talking to customers is one of your job descriptions....If you hate your job so much find one that makes you happy but don't be rude to potential customers.
