Lena who works in the fish department is the best. Helped me save my fish from dying by determining my tap water was the source for my dangerously high nitrites. The other petco In league city had just told me they are surprised my fish aren't dead where as Lena helped me identify the problem and neutralize the problem with a couple of you in store products. I will be coming here from now on.

Groomers are great never had an issue. They do ask for a tip at the end of service. We pay enough for the service. How about pay your employees enough so we don’t feel obligated to pay extra.

Super friendly staff, they are so nice to my dogs, they even put Halloween costumes on her. I love how they didn’t judge my boy lab/Dane dog with leash frustration and they understood I was there for training. Super helpful in it, I won’t go anywhere else for my pet supplies and my dogs love to come here, they can’t wait for the hellos and petting from the staff:) that’s my chihuahua in one of their fall season hats!:

Very helpful and educational got me three major items that were all for free since I have became a new cat person for the first time in my life. 💖💞💓💗💕💝 🤩👍🏻👍🏻 oh and I saw the do it yourself dog washing I cannot say how much I love that I will be back with my husky that hey to take a bath especially in a small RV so glad to see something affordable with all the bells and whistles to pamper my princess and make her smell good yippee-ki-yay

Had a really good time conversing with an employee about the chameleons. We will probably be going to pick one up next week. She was super informative and was great about letting us handle the chameleon. Aside from that, they always have great offers online, and have everything you need as a pet owner. Good stuff.

I don’t usually use Petco for any grooming or vet needs and now I know why. But, I decided to give them a shot at grooming due to the store being updated and maybe better service. I was wrong. We showed up for appointment and my dog was a little nervous. So he peed on the ground and scale. Lady checking us in said they couldn’t groom him if he pees. I said excuse me?!?! She then repeated herself and I walked out and said I’ll just go back to my normal groomer. Thought I’d give them a shot but looks like same awful customer service.

Took awhile to find what I was looking for as no one was around but when did I had questions but decided to leave and Google my questions. As I was leaving someone asked me if I needed help but I was walking out the door but said no and continued out.Ended up getting what I needed at tractor supply and help was nearby there and where Petco was expensive tractor supply was about half.

A little pricey in comparison to other stores I shop at. Also, they charge 10 cents per bag which I get is to reduce plastic waste but still annoying if I actually needed one. And I also get alot more coupons and discounts at other places for the same stuff.

Customer service was outstanding! There was an issue with my rewards account and Jason told me exactly what to do and who to call! It was also my first time to get a free bag of food and he helped me with the app on my phone so that I could use that reward! He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and efficient!! I only give four stars because I find this store’s selection of cat items to be a bit lacking. Customer service is exceptional.

IF THE GROOMERS are this RUDE to humans, I don't want them near my dog!! First time taking my dog for a nail trim to this location. I went up the grooming counter and the employee (lady with brown hair and glasses)asked me what do you need? No hello or may I help you just what do you need. Then the other employee (lady with grey hair and glasses) said you need to wait till I put this information in the system then I can deal with you. Due to this abrupt service I decided to leave but I asked Nick the name of the manager and he wouldn't provide the name. I just can't with these rude employees at this location. I ended up taking my pup to Petsmart. Thank you Petco for the RUDE customer service.

I took my dog Rocco here for the first time on July 1 for a grooming appointment. His ears were badly matted due to the previous groomer (at the Petco in Burleson) not being able to trim them...so they had six months of growth. The two employees that were there both said oh we can't cut his ears because it will cause a hematoma, and you will need to take him to the vet. What a bunch of liars. If you just didn't want to deal with the matting just say that. I ended up bringing him home and combing and cutting his ear hair myself. I will NEVER go back to this location. Very disappointed.
