If there were more stars, I would certainly click on them. We have taken numerous basic and advanced manners classes with Amanda, she's the very best! Our Dalmatians are better companions and we are better humans because of it. The facility is a great training environment. It is our go to for boarding when needed, no complaints at all. Our pets are always treated like royalty and we receive great feedback about their stay. We have taken advantage of the doggie day care which is great and affordable.

So happy my daughter told me about this place. I love how attentive they are. How clean it looks and I have noticed that my little Savannah came home the first time knowing how to give me five. It is definitely her five star hotel. Thank you for loving my Savannah like I love her.

My George has been going here since he was a puppy. Absolutely love this place and appreciate how much they love on my boy and take care of him! Definitely recommend for boarding, playing, training and grooming! Great place for your animals!

They’re great however every time I go in the entry smells horrible. The dander is so bad, I understand they’re a groomer but we use to go here all the time until we moved briefly and it never smelled that way. I make my husband do grooming drop offs and pick ups because my eyes water and get itchy. Their groomers themselves are excellent.

I just recently completed the Basic Manners class with Amanda. She does an excellent job and presents a variety of techniques in training and managing behavior. She keeps her classes small enough so that she can individualize needs for the different pups. This was especially helpful as my boxer is a special child.

We finished up our Puppy Basics training with Amanda. Breezy learned all her key skills and made some friends too. The lessons were easy to follow and Amanda provided us tools for training at home so we'd be able to maintain ourselves.

We sent our 7 month old Dobermann to see Ms. Amy... What a change in two weeks!!!!! Amy was absolutely over the top with communication and the insights to the training. Totally made sure we were comfortable with the approach as well as the commands. Highly recommend the entire team here to take care of your fur babies!!!!!!

My dog goes to day care, has boarded and been groomed here. He’s always excited pulling into the parking lot which is really the only review that matters 😊 The staff is very friendly and always answers my questions.My favorite part from boarding was the report card. Prices are a bit on the high side but I’d say it feels worth it for quality care.

I have been taking my dogs Penny and Pete to play group and boarding here for about a year now and cannot say enough good things! The staff welcome my dogs by name everytime they see them and it is so comforting to know they're being loved on while I am away! BB&B is the best place for boarding/play group in the area - my dogs and I love them so much

We just finished our Basic Manners Group Obedience Class. I cannot say enough good things about our instructor, Amanda Haynes. She has really given me the confidence that I needed to be able to train my 10 month old Boxer. As you learn very quickly, she is not training your dog, she is training YOU! I was worried that the pace of the class might be too much for my little guy, but Amanda is a total professional and knows exactly how to get the best out of your pup. I can’t wait for the advanced class! Thanks for everything!

I have only used them for grooming and have been 100% satisfied. I use Mrs. Angie to groom my toy poodle. She does an amazing job and can ace the bear cut. Angie is super gentle with my dog that apparently my dog falls asleep being groomed. Staff is also amazing and friendly. They always call you the day before your appointment to confirm, which is great because I never remembered the appointment date since I set up a grooming every 6 weeks. You get a discount if you set up scheduled grooming. It's not much but that is still awesome to get any discount. Been using them for a couple years now if not longer. Took me years to find a good groomer too.

I took 2 of my fur babies here about a month ago they came back with kennel cough. This place offers insurance for this, which I bought. At the time I thought it was awesome. We have 8 rescues that all got infected with the sickness they brought home from this facility. I booked a few days more with them and now they are discriminating against us foe having 8 rescues and won't board our dogs anymore.

This place is amazing! The staff is loving and caring. Our dog wags her tail with excitement every time we come there (which is often). The Spa team does outstanding work and we've always been impressed with their services! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Clear Lake area. They are dedicated to your pets well being.

Our Sadie stayed at bayside when we had a last minute out of town trip. The place is so cute and the staff was very nice and gave me great updates when I called to check on her. They have a splash pad and I looking forward to our Sadie getting to play the next time she stays

It was our first time to board and we needed a place for our three cats for the week. Cat boarding is limited in the area. We found some places that were clean and would have been fine for a night or even three but we hoped our cats would have a little stimulation for a long stay. The kennels are set up so the cats could have privacy or hang out together if they wanted. You have the option to rent a kennel with a window. The cat room is full of natural light and is big and also has an interesting fish tank in the middle of the room! It also looked and smelled clean. Turns out they wipe down the kennels twice a day. The staff seem like they really care about the animals and like they really enjoy their jobs. I called at least three times to check on our furry kids and the staff members were happy to talk to me and helped ease my concerns. Even our special-needs cat was well cared for.

This is a hard one. Tour and promises were great. Bought extra playtime so they wouldn’t be lonely. Never had to board babies so this was a first. I never got promised email during stay. After picking them up after a 5 day stay, one of our dogs is sick. All his normal habits have changed, he isn’t interested in treats, toys or walks. Took him to vet & he is now on meds for cough & allergies. I can’t help but feel something happened to him.

My dogs (4) were there for 2 weeks in the private suites. When we returned, they all looked happy and healthy. The deck hands really knew the dogs personally and tailored themselves to their personalities. The report card helped me to know how to set up each dogs play schedule for next time we go on vacation. Everyone there was fantastic!!

I love this place!! My boy Loki is 5 and never had been to a daycare or boarding and everyone here has been so wonderful with my big nervous boxer! Amanda his trainer is absolutely the best!! I can’t thank you all enough!

Update: I originally gave this a one star review for the reasons listed below. The owner has reached out and gone above and beyond to remedy the situation. I am very impressed with how quickly Bayside Bed and Biscuit took action.My husband and I have taken our schnauzers here a few times. They have never once received a proper schnauzer cut. Today my husband sat with the groomer and explained some specifics that we wanted. All those instructions were completely ignored. We set up the appointment for them to be groomed and for them to have their teeth brushed. Their teeth were not brushed. They offered us a comp for next time but we will not be returning. That is very poor customer service. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone.

Found out extra play times and an add on special summer program was not given to my dog. The staff wasn’t even aware of the special promotion that was being advertised at the front door! I was charged for it all and was told it wasn’t done by an employee I know personally. She let me know many other issues going on behind the scenes at this place as well. I did not bring it to management as I did not want this person reprimanded but they have since let them go. DO NOT send your animals here!Although I appreciate the follow up to my review I can say I’ve known this family for several years and they have never shown me any reason to mistrust the things they say or do. In addition, this person would gain absolutely nothing from sharing the information they have shared with me. I stand by the employee and my review. I will say the training services offered were great.Thank you

Everyone is very nice and my little guy Milo seems to always be tuckered after his day there. And runs to the door when we get in so he can see his friends! Affordable pricing for a full day of social enteraction. Convenient location and it is well kept.

My Greyhounds have boarded here twice. I'm very pleased with the facility and all of the staff members. My dogs were treated really well. I would absolutely use this company again and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to board a beloved pet.

Seriously the best place ever! Extremely clean, the staff is the best and most friendliest, and they all love your pet just as much as you do!! They have everything!! A vet, a day spa, boarding, splash pad for group play! It is literally amazing here and I love it!!!! Everyone should rate it 5 stars!
