We were greated as soon as we walked into the store. It was clean and neatly organized. It was well stocked.When we asked questions, we were given quick answers. The gentleman was kind and made sure we knew where to find products.It is a smaller store. It's easy to get in and out of. It's perfect for grabbing a bag of food or a couple of treats. Would recommend

Clean store, friendly staff! I was nervous because I went in for my cats' vaccinations and they have a secluded corner of the store and not a room, but the staff handled my kitties so sweetly and made them feel comfortable and there were no issues! Very happy with the service!

This Petco location is great and the dog wash stations are clean and fully stocked.One of the employees Jeff was very knowledgeable about different products and genuinely cared about my dog. Would definitely recommend this location.

Well I found this place because I washed my fur babies in my shower the last time they got baths and clogged my drain. So "never again" I said. This particular location offers self service baths for your pet. So I was able to help these two not smell like a foot anymore but I foolishly let my battery drain while I was waiting on my appointments. So when I went out to start my vehicle it did not turn on. Luckily I always have jumper cables. So I went back into the store and the nice young lady at the cash register offered to help me. She did not know how to jump a car but she let me use her vehicle. And I taught her how to open he hood and jump a car.. And I am most grateful for her kindness. I was able to complete the jump and she went back in. In a world where kindness is at a shortage I'm so glad she was a part of the solution and not the problem. Merry Christmas Everyone and do a good deed for someone. It's good for the soul.

Not bad as far as big chain pet stores go, but not as great as the others (or even past versions of Petco). Their website categorizes this location as an "Unleashed" store, despite anything inside indicating that, so maybe that explains the lack of usual amenities such as on-site groomers and small birds, rodents, and fish. Instead, you'll find a self-service dog wash area...a weird choice considering plenty of local groomer business mere minutes away, but I can see the value for nearby apartment residents.The inside tends to be clean, and staff is almost always around if you need them...what really brings them down in my book is how expensive they have become. Dog food prices are pretty steep, even for basic Purina or Iams products. A quick visit to the Tom Thumb next door can hold me comparable food for about $20-30 cheaper, depending on the bag size. I realize that there is a market for high-end, holistic food, but when their most affordable option is the Whole Hearted brand that they consistently push (and my dogs hate), it makes it hard to use them as my go-to for pet stuff.

I have posted before I think about poor service, but every visit lately has been a good. Clean, well stocked, good self serve dog washing facilities. Shampoos are watered down, towels a bit thin, but it is ok reallyEdit: I forgot I gave this site a good review. I have not been here for a while now. It went backwards. The last two times I went they were not friendly at all, and they make negative comments about using their self service dog wash. Both times they make me feel unwelcome really, saying they are closing the area soon. And sometime it is not soon at all. Like a Sunday at 4pm.Then a comment about “Will you be using the drier?” - I do not know why it matters, sometimes I used it and sometimes not, but not excessively. I bring own shampoo and towels, so I do not use much and I pay the full (increased) price of $12. Then they tell me to use a certain bath for the dog when all 3 are free, supposedly because the pressure is higher (I have used all 3 and never had a pressure issues). Anyway I found there is another place where staff not overbearing or make me feel uncomfortable. Walk in, use whatever, more driers, same poor towels and busier so there is dog hairs everywhere!! But $10 and no officiously acting people.

We have been coming to Petco Keller for 2 years consistently using their self serve dog wash. We were turned away today by 2 store employees who said we need to book an appointment online. First time I've ever heard this. We came in at 10:19 and the woman at the counter said they were already booked for 11:00am which was 40 minutes away from the reservation time. I looked online and there's no where to book an appointment on their website for the self wash!!! Basically these two employees.looked at our golden retriever and were too lazy to clean up after her. We have never heard of these policies about Golden's. Beware!! Never stepping into another Petco again!!!

I would like to thank the female employee (I did not catch her name sadly. I believe she was a trainer.) who was working when me and mom took our dogs into this store today. My moms dog is a puppy not even a year a old and is scared of people. My mom is working on training and desensitizing her while taking every necessary precaution. When entering the store my mom informed her of this and asked if it was okay to bring her into the store (she barks). She was very friendly and welcoming and even attempted to socialize with my moms dog while we were shopping! Thank you for acknowledging what she was doing was the right thing even when some people don’t have nice things to say.

Very attentive and friendly employees. Great selection even in a smaller space. Picked up a great kitty litter dome and a bucket of litter that is apparently refillable which is cool. They carry Blue brand cat food, even the Freedom grain free one specifically that my kitties feel their best with.

Another great bath at the self serve dog wash! My dog enjoys the products, the people and the bath! Can't go wrong for $10 and the piece of mind of knowing he is always in good hands. The staff take great care to make sure we are set up right! We will be back!

Only reason I’m giving it five stars is because of one employee; that always has a smile on his face no matter the situation at hand. He has ALWAYS been helpful with suggesting products for my animals which range in age. I’ve had the pleasure of watching him during couple of his dog training sessions while I was shopping and he TRULY knows what he is doing. The customers that are there with their pets too during the classes are very taken by him and listen closely to him (as well as the dogs 😁). They can’t wait to see him again. Anytime I’ve ever walked into that store he is helping someone and not just standing around with a Starbucks coffee in his hand or outside smoking while customers are inside needing help or just nowhere to be found. There’s been times I would walk in when he was off and it look like no one was working there for some reason. When you work somewhere like that the MANAGERS should ALWAYS be ON THE FLOOR working as well as employees. You should work as a team not expect others to do YOUR job. You shouldn’t have crazy hair colors (should be NATURAL looking) not some bright colors or rainbow colors. I can’t take people like that seriously. You shouldn’t have your Starbucks drink in your hand on the floor either while working. And for goodness sakes PLEASE PLEASE put on a SMILE and be ENTHUSIASTIC when greeting customers. Don’t just sound plain Jane dry about it. If I would’ve been a “secret shopper” (what they have at fast food places) the store would have couple issues at hand. Anyways the gentleman who does an amazing job at dog training, always has a smile and full of enthusiasm his name is Jeremy. Next time you need your dog trained whether it’s a puppy or full grown, or even if the dog has some issues JEREMY is the one to do it at the Keller store. Just ask for him and he will help you out. Even if it’s just for figuring out food or treats for your animal he is the GO TO person.

Came to this store to try the self service pet wash. Great idea, except if you get to the store at 8:00pm, spend time deciding if they are open, get dog out, go to store, read notes on door about "Sorry Cash Only Today" (or something like that) then go back to car, to grab cash, then return to store... 8:04pm ... "Self service wash closed at 8 because it has to shut an hour before store closes. Thanks for that Petco. I even brought my own dog shampoo after reviewing the other comments here. Apparently the guy says I can come back again tomorrow. I don't think so. I may as well just do it at home given one wasted journey. Or pay petsmart to do it. So my thoughts are that it is NOT convenient. Not at all!!!EDIT: Jan 2022. The above was one of several poor experiences using their dog wash self service area. I haven’t been to this store for years now, Pet Supplies Plus is not too far from here and the staff are SLWAYS lovely. That’s where I go. The dog wash is great and they don’t ever throw snide comments at you about using it.

Waited over 30 mins for some kids to to finish washing their dogs got tired of waiting and left because all they were doing was playing around. Not a single employee said a word to them and no parents in sight. Will not be going back, total waste of my time, another dog wash a little bit further down the road....

Helpful, friendly staff. My primary goal here is to refill my 30 pound bucket with cat litter. After you buy the bucket ($3~$4), which you can sometimes get for free, refills are about $10. If you have the room, you can also buy a 30 pound bag of litter. Either way, very economical. Although I've never used it (I'm a cat owner), there is a self-service dog-washing station here too. It's not free, but it sure beats your bathtub!

Clean SPOT! (LOL) Fantastic place. Highly recommend. We have an 80 pound boy and we bathe him in their huge tubs. Nice hand held sprayers and big blow dryer.
