They don't have as much variety as Petco and Petsmart, however the clerk was very attentive to my needs. Be careful with the prices. The register scanned a bag of puppy chow for $18.99, when the listed price on the shelf was $16.99.

This is our "Chuck N Don's" Replacement since we moved to Texas. They have all the healthy foods you could possibly want for your pet. Very helpful staff, highly recommend

Amanda, omg I can't express how helpful she was! I was on a mission when I arrived and needed bones, brick, concrete or something for these 2 Pitbulls we have! When I tell you Amanda was right on it. I'm a dog-person. So are the people working at the Hollywood Feed. We go there for Beef-Lung treats for our Aussie and for over a year, this location has been great. Recently went in for lung...and were advised about a dog bed - turned out to be a great purchase. Kind and knowledgeable staff.

Hollywood Feed has the Best employees. They are so helpfulThey have such good things to buy for dogs and cats and many others. I loved the high quality treats I bought for my Scotties.... dried fish skins from Alaska. Full of nutrients for the Scotties. It's so much fun to watch my dogs enjoy their healthy treats. 5 Stars!!!!!

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and soo knowledgeable on pet care. Their delivery service is the best! I placed an online order by 5pm and my order was on my front porch by 7pm that same day! I'm now a very loyal customer!

My family and I walked in around 7:35 to browse as we waited on our pizza from a few stores down. We were greeted and helped instantly by both ladies that had cool colored hair. We didn’t have a desired product and browsed around for at least 8 minutes before making a purchase that was less than $10. Our cashier offered to sign us up for their club while the other associate answered a few of my questions. We left and got our pizza and saw the ladies leaving. A quick Google search revealed that Hollywood Feed closed at 7:30 pm! The associates never made it known. An EXCELLENT display of customer service, created new, loyal customers.

I am shocked at the un professionalism from their own boss. I was in there today and the staff that was there today were very helpful as it was very busy with last minute thanksgiving shoppers. I had this bigger girl with long hair help me pointed me in a good direction for some food when her comes this random chick not in a uniform or anything practicality just start watching us. Well my dog threw up in the aisle and the sweet girl leaves to grab some stuff to clean up and the lady just grabs my dog (DID NOT ASK) start roughly playing with her and starts asking me about food as i was clearly already being helped and was just snarky and had this tude to her, well i get up to the register and can hear her telling the other employee how awful the store looks in the middle of the store in front of tons of customers and how their redoing it all. So the girl checks me out i ask if that lady works her and low and behold shes the freeking regional manager. Of course she was stuck up. Well keep coming for the nice prices but get a new Regional thats was trashy!

Hollywood feed is a great place. yes their prices are super high in my opinion, especially on the toys. but it is a good place to find safer and natural foods for your pets. plus who doesn't love to spoil their fur babies?

I’ve been buying my dogs food and treats from here from about a year now. The workers there are super nice and helpful. They are easy to talk to and know what they are talking about. Coupons at Hollywood are frequent and their selection of Fromm (food I use) is great. Other feed stores sometimes lack the formulas I want at the time. Will continue to buy my food at this location :)

We stopped by to get our new puppy Thatcher all of his toys, crate, and supplies today and were so delighted with the customer service! This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back as a regular customer. Brandon and the rest of the staff went out of their way to help us select the best items for our new family member. Their patience and personal attention made us feel welcomed.

The staff at this location were standoffish and rude. They were unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable, and like I wasn't welcome in the store. This was my first time ever going in Hollywood feed and I dont think I will ever go back or recommend it to anybody I know. I really had higher expectations from all the previous reviews. They did have a good selection of dog food, chews, and toys. But based off of my experience I will not be returning to this location.

Definitely coming back to take my husband with me to get the other things. I stopped in this afternoon, 09/12/2020, and was greeted by the 2 ladies working there. I didn’t get their names! All I know is the girl with the short purple hair and other was brown hair and glasses. But first timer there browsing for flat beds and chew toys for our new pup. I left with more! They were so helpful and offered a sample bag of food after I told her about the poop troubles with our puppy’s food. Very helpful to everyone who walked in. Thanks for having a nice store to walk into with a great team and customer service.

Good selection. Best prices on animal cages well made and great size selection. Their largest could comfortably accommodate a golden retriever and a couple of midsized dogs with ample head space and stretch out room. This one is not displayed in the Keller store I went to. Space wise it would likely be a bit prohibitive. Even so the largest one they do have out is pretty massive. My littlest dog is a break out artist and figures how to open locks. Her first cage was a good quality one from petco but it cost a small fortune compared the prices at Hollywood feed and she got out of it regularly.The food I get is American made and an older, established brand called Fromm. I have no complaints. It is not marketed like grocery store brands but was one of the recommended ones. Price is again reasonable. They have a punch card were you can earn a free bagSales and specials every month and best prices on elk antler chews I have found.Not the greatest selection or prices on collars but I definitely like food and bedding.

Knowledgeable staff, wholesome product, and genuine customer service are the three main reasons I choose to give them my business. The product is priced fairly (if not cheaper than online retailers) and we have NEVER had an issue returning/exchanging product that did not work for our little doggos. Their team members legitimately care about your pet's health and happiness, something that is tough to find in other stores. Highly recommend for your "new family members"

We just rescued a new puppy from a hoarding situation and I stopped in here because they had the same food the rescue organization recommended. I was really happy with their service. A young lady pushed the cart around and helped me pick out all the necessities and rescues get a discount. They even loaded it all into my car. They were super super helpful and I highly recommend them.

The staff is super helpful and accommodating. They really take time to find out what your pet needs are and assist with them. When looking for a product the associate always gives you a couple of options: price point, quality of ingredients, popularity and even if their own pet has used it successfully or not.The company has a couple of great programs that make you feel confident in purchasing from them and also rewarding you and your pet for doing so!

I have upgraded you to a four. I honestly never went into your store only drove my wife and roommate there for supplies. I sat in the car. From my observation standpoint it seems to be clean and from there time in there it was a quick in and out. They mentioned the staff was helpful and friendly. My original three was only because I didn't actually go inside.
