Britt did a great job repairing our carpet where it was separating from our walls a bit, and was in need of stretching in a few areas. He actually arrived a little before our scheduled time, which I appreciated, and worked a full day. He came back that next week and cleaned our carpets. Again, he was a little early, and got the job done. Our 10 year old carpet looks refreshed, and for the work he did and how great it looks, his prices were very reasonable. Thank you so much!

This company performed carpet cleaning at my Airbnb in Trophy Club, there were several stains from negligent tenants. When the cleaner left the carpet was fresh, clean and looked almost new, I was actually quite surprised! I will probably hire them on a quarterly basis to clean these carpets again. Britt is the best! Super nice guy and very good at what he does. He has now repaired the same spot for us 3 times thanks to our dog. All three times he did a great job. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing carpet repair. Also he is very responsive and quick to get you scheduled. Called him on a Monday afternoon and he was there the next morning right on time. Cleans up his mess as well!

Britt and Helix stretched a section of carpet and did the best carpet cleaning of our second floor and stairs that we’ve ever had! Britt also provided a blind quote on the cost to stretch the carpet. When he saw that is was a relatively small section, he came back with a much lower price for that service. Honest and reliable! Just don’t always get that these days. Bless you Britt! We wont use anyone else but Helix in the future.

We had to change our date for repair due to pur extenuating circumstances three different times. he was prompt at the arrival. he did a very thorough job. he was very professional, kind, and trustworthy to have in our home. our tile was so well cleaned and sealed that it actually brightened our home. our carpet brightened in color too from the wear and tear. he did a wonderful job stretching it. I would highly recommend him and we will use him again.

After choosing Helix to do a carpet stretching job and they began their job I wanted to check out their technique as it was very loud. When I asked Britt if there was padding on the backside of the 2x4 brace he said no. When I stressed the importance of making sure extra care was taken to not damage our recently painted baseboard he opted to walk off the job as he said I made him too nervous and could not guarantee what would happen. I then hired Metro Carpet Care to complete the job who did a FANTASTIC job and who by the way used extra padding on their brace.

We had interior/exterior foundation work done to our home April 2021. Britt came out and carefully removed the carpet and pad in 4 effected rooms and hallway prior to this work. Two months later her came back, and meticulously reinstalled the carpet, replaced some damaged padding, did a needed carpet repair, and topped it off with the absolute best carpet spotting and steam cleaning that we have ever seen...We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Helix carpet...FIVE STARS for absolutely everything about this business !!!!!Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

Britt Felix of Helix Carpet Repair does a great. I have used Helix Car[et Repair twice now to repair a large section of carpet damaged by bleach and rust stains and to repair several areas with wood stains from plumbing leaks. You can't even tell. Honest, excellent work.

Britt Felix came out from Helix Carpet to repair a two foot long piece of carpet that my dog tore up in front of bedroom door. At the time of repair I was told I could have my carpet professionally cleaned that day. One week later I had Dalworth Carpet come out to clean the carpet and the spot that Mr. Felix fixed pulled up with one pass of the steam cleaner. I was told that it wasn't heat sealed so the seam did not hold. I had to pay another 50.00 on top of the 100 I paid Mr Felix to fix the carpet. I called Mr Felix and asked for 50.00 of the 100 I paid him to be refunded. I was told that I should have given him the opportunity to fix the spot and that he didn't believe what I was saying. Seriously... not only am I out another 50$ but I was scolded for not calling him first to have it fixed and called an liar. I have never been treated so badly by someone who was seeking my business. I will never use this company again and recommend anyone who is looking for someone to do good work and treat you fairly with respect to keep on looking....
