I’m not usually one to go on here and do this but I’ve been super impressed with this store and in particular an employee named April. Super clean always organized especially in comparison to the dollar general in town and then Aprils customer service takes it over the top. Super sweet gal always the nicest and most helpful.

I do enjoy going to Keene Family Dollar because it's always clean , organized I can find furniture here that Dollar General does order . Cashier's are polite , sympathetic when your hot and tired and vary attentive to ring up your purchase .

After the remodeling, services are very bad,this Sunday the cashier was shouting for the assistance Manger. No reply, the other employee walks in and makes remarks about what she is doing. I usually buy all my cigarettes there but no more

I came here to buy detergent. There was a promotion and the cashier helped me creating a family Dollar account. She was friendly and spent her time downloading the application until I got the discount.
