Super clean! Love the carts because they have a special place for your phone and a cup holder in them and I'm just impressed because I haven't seen these in other stores so they've got updated stuff mkay, I also liked the way the store was set up but a mini Goomba plush for 17 dollars!? ATROCIOUS ! Lol

Definitely do not appreciate being stopped at the door to be checked out . We spend our hard-earned money and don't expect to be looked at as a potential theft... really pisses me off. Get them out of our face ..Try stopping people security tells yall are stealing... may totally avoid shopping if this continues.. so rude

I was in the self-checkout lane today. An elderly couple was trying to scan a case of water on the bottom rack of their shopping cart with the scan gun, but it wasn’t working. The employee watching told them it wasn’t working, and they asked what they were supposed to do. Instead of helping them by picking up the case and scanning it for them, he just shrugged his shoulders and gave them no direction or solution. This employee was a large (tall and grossly overweight), Hispanic man in his 20s. The old couple backed out of the self-checkout lane, dropping the case of water on the floor in the process. The employee made the old woman pick it up herself as he watched. As they went away from the area, he started to laugh at them. He wasn’t laughing at anything else. He didn’t have an earpiece in to blame his laugh on something unrelated, and wasn’t doing anything else. He was laughing at them. I was appalled at both myself and this worthless employee/human for not doing anything to help.

Went to Garden Center to purchase some bags of rock. Had to go to service desk since no one was back there. They paged for help in GC. No one showed up. Door greeter can in and paged again. No one showed up. After waiting 15 minutes, I left. Terrible customer service. I really would not give even one star.

Ms. Margie & Ms Ginger were a little flustered yesterday. Saturdays are always busy. But Ladies; You are there to help us; THE CUSTOMERS!! You chose to work here. Manager should elevate the auto department. The employees are standing around on the phone and disrespectful to customers. A evaluation is needed. It took 90 minutes to plug a tire on a slow night. No apology or urgency from the employees. Hire people who actually want to work and not just collect a paycheck from standing there.

My glasses kept falling down and Mallory took all the time needed to overhaul the hinge and also adjusted the length so it wraps around my ear perfectly!!! Now there's no slipping and no pain! And she wouldn't even let me pay her for her fantastic customized personal service!!! She's fantastic!!!! Thanks!

We live 3 miles from the Kaufman location, so we frequently shop there. Here of late, the shelves are mostly stocked. Relatively a clean store. Customer service has definitely gone to pot. Sam would roll over in his grave if he knew his employees acted like they didn't care whether you shopped there or not. No 10 feet rule at this store!

2 of 3 employees were great in helping me, I asked the checkout employee if I could simply exchange dollars for quarters after settling up my $143 bill. She informed me that needed to be handled at customer "service". They informed me that they "don't do that". Insanity, the basics of customer service does not exist anymore. I was tempted to return my full cart as complaint. It takes 30 seconds to exchange change.

Strictly for the Auto Center. Experience was very quick and easy. Came in for an oil change. Granted it was around 9:30am on a Sunday morning, but there was no wait. Staff was pleasant and helpful! Which is saying a lot for Wal Mart.

the store managers only put one person on one register… they think everyone can self check out but that’s not the case. I stand in line longer than I spend shopping for what I need unfortunately

Why does every employee act like they either hate there life and don't want to be there, or actually don't know the answer to any questions. It's amazing that customer service has left the building. A fleet of shopper employees and they can't be bothered to help customers in front of them.Why make me check myself out, then check the receipt to make sure I done YOUR job!Still the same. Watch you checkout yourself and then check your receipt. So many personal shoppers and 2 registers open. They have completely lost touch with the customer service side of things.Will only shop here if it is a requirement and then I would rather do without actually.

Pharmacy technician Norma is not professional at all. I called to fill a prescription for my mother (new patient) I was unaware that she needed to have a transfer from the doctor to fill her Elequis… it’s a free 30 day trial card that my Mother was given after her double bypass. Norma was rude and talked to me like I was stupid, instead of just explaining and helping me through the situation. Norma is definitely not a good asset to the Kaufman pharmacy team!Jordan proceeded to help when I called back, yet said she would try to get my prescription worked out because she wanted to go home on time… not professional either to say the least. Highly recommend going to Brookshire Pharmacy.

Has a decent stock, very clean and the deli food is delicious. Only thing missing is electronics for anyone that loves computers like me. Also the new gas station makes use of us members and lets us use the app to pay, so no wallet needed her. The quality of life thanks to the app is something all walmarts need to adopt.

I rarely locate an employee help me retrieve a large bag of dog food that's on top shelf. I'm short, three mager back surgeries and five hip replacements. Physically I can't get it down much less put into buggie..Doesn't make much since why it would be there in the first place.

Better selections at area walmart. Find a certain item one day and the next it's never brought back or just isn't ordered. The shower soap by Dr teal is a great example. Only get 1 or 2 scents in. Then maybe a fluke you find a popular scent, then nothing. Plus it's all bath soap. Not body wash. Very frustrating. I can go to seagoville Walmart and usually find different scents AND no.7 face creams. Why can't kaufman walmart keep up?????
