I have to say, while the online ordering process was great, the pickup experience was absolutely terrible. The employee who brought out my order seemed incredibly unhappy to have to do so. I get that it was Mother's Day and a Sunday, but does that really justify being so unpleasant to customers? I've picked up orders from other Tractor Supply locations before and never had such a negative experience. The guy was even upset that I didn't have a truck, even though my SUV was capable of hauling the products I ordered.To make matters worse, he folded my stall mat in half and stacked the other mats on top, which resulted in the first one being cut in half. When I called the store to address the issue, I was placed on hold twice and then hung up. When I finally spoke to an associate, it was the same guy who loaded my order, and he admitted that he was responsible for the damage. But he hung up on me again when I asked for his name. This is outrageous customer service, and I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Don’t try to call the store and ask for help. They are rude, lazy, and don’t want to give you any kind of assistance on the phone.

Store manager Kenneth is a top shelf man! He is an excellent leader because the staff are always excellent. I love this Tractor Supply! I say give them hard working folks a raise, they deserve it, because they make Tractor Supply look awesome! In a world where its a rqce to the bottom on price, I'll pay more every day for this kind of service.

They are a new store, so they're having startup issues I believe. But on some of my visits, what I was looking for was simply out of stock. But the staff is friendly and helpful

Very nice new store. New layout is well designed there are two self check stations, two regular lines and the service desk all together. All the employees were very friendly and store was well stocked. Well done TSC

Waste of gas and time driving here. Merchandise was to damaged to purchase and manager needs to watch his mouth.

Everyone is super helpful. Some employees know about chickens and some know more about cows or horses but somebody there is always very knowledgeable and can answer my questions. There are dog and cat supplies and food too. As well as clothes, yep they have a variety of things! I got a cool Tshirt there. Of course they have farm supplies too!

Need to stock more of the Triple Crown Lite. When people ask for it and you don't have it, tell them you will order extra so as not to run out.

This Tractor Supply is a joke. I kept waiting for them to get up to speed on stock~ especially alfalfa bales, Triple Crown. Asking to them to increase their stock gets nowhere, they blame it on people buying it out. Not much common sense going on in the stock department. Management needs to up their game out here in livestock and horse country, order enough supply to meet the demands of the area you service. Economy Business Management 101Demand =Supply
