I havnt actually been here but...but i did call a couple times in search of a couple items and i can say the customer service was fantastic, not only did the youngster that answered the phone go and actually look on the shelf for the item but also looked up and gave me advice on a place that may have what i was looking for and to me that says alot if a company insist on customer satisfaction even if it is not through their store thanx Double R Ag u guys are awesome!!!!!
