I went to get a 12 pack of dr pepper from this store, one 12 pack was $9.99......that's more than quickstop prices, I put it back and went to Walmart.......$5.36.

I like shopping here for fruits and veggies and especially meat. But I don’t recommend the new Walgreens pharmacy. I stayed in line for 30 minutes with the same car in front of me and couldn’t back out bc of the car behind me. 30 minutes for a single car. 😳

So… got ground beef that had already gone bad. Got a bag of tomatoes on the vine and 4 out of 6 were already rotting (how could they not see that?). Any time we do curbside for their sales, they’re out of half of the sale items the morning after the sale starts! Do better, Brookshire’s!

Very nice, well maintained store. With Walmart nearby, this store never feels crowded. And especially with the new self-checkout lanes it is very easy to get in and out with a few items very quickly. Has everything you need - you just might pay a little more for the convenience. And honestly that price is worth staying away from Walmart!

i shop here about twice a week. Love the store and the selections. However, the checkers are usually high school age and have not learned about customer service or service with a smile. Last time I was there a sacker was standing at the end of the register behind me just playing with his pen while i was loading the bags into the cart. I asked for an employee discount along with my senior discount when they rang me up!

Go in 2 hours before closing and there are no cashiers. All that is available is self-checkout. Had problems with the self checkout and had to ask 3 times and threaten to leave and go to walmart. Girl and guy in the office were flirting and giggling rolled there eyes and when the girl finally came out to help she was rude and we finally left without getting our cart full of groceries just to shop at Walmart and actually have a cashier.

They always have the penny sales because the stuff on the shelves is expired. Check the dates on your products. Tired of getting old golden brook ice cream and bad tasting Dr Pepper. The curbside used to function well but now it is a completely unorganized disaster. They say they don't have certain items yet they are on the shelf when you go in the store. Why is the store allowing customers to bring in dogs and place them in shopping carts? Other people will be putting their food in there and it is disgusting.

Bought some bath tissue, price marked was 6.99 but it rang up 9.99. Clerk said 6.99 was the card price. Nowhere on the tag did it mention 9.99. Very interesting as this is a direct violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act as a false or misleading act. No wonder this place was deserted.

Brookshire's has always been a great small town grocery store. And I'd much rather pay a little extra for groceries than deal with Walmart traffic. However, we were blown away on our last visit!! We love sushi, of course Brookshire's is not the first place that comes to mind. But it's decent for the convenience of not going to an actual restaurant. I'm celiac and can not have anything which contain wheat. The sushi case was pretty full for the Sunday afternoon, but there were not many options I could eat. The gentleman working the sushi counter noticed us looking thru the rolls and asked if he could help. He went out of his way to prepare us fresh rolls. We chose exactly what we wanted. As full as the case was anyone else could have just said sorry that's all we got. He showed AMAZING customer service and they were really good!! Just another reason we LOVE Brookshire's and will continue to be customers.

Great grocery store. Always clean, staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful. Manager (Mr Fannon) is genuinely kind and friendly, takes pride in his store. Vegetables and fruit always seem fresh.

Large selection of different fresh fruits and vegetables great sales a lot less crowded, lines are not 5 people ahead of you. They have self check out and it is very user friendly. Their fruit and vegetables have the bar code stickers which really speeds things up and makes it a lot easier using self check out. They have a great sale deal called The great grill combo which has a differe meats you choose any 4 of the selections they have for $19.99, they always have any types of meats for example: chicken, hamburger meat, round steak, stew meat, pork chops, country pork ribs, chicken breast chicken legs, thighs, to name a few. Great varieties of everything awesome prices especially for those who are on a budget.

I love this store and the staff! Courteous, friendly, helpful employees. They work quickly for this type of hard work. They are much appreciated! I love the cake products in the bakery- always decorated beautifully!

Love this grocery store. Great selection of produce at great prices ! Large selection of high quality beef , poultry and pork at reasonable prices compared to Walmart meager quality. Great Deli with a large selection and bakery is top notch !!! Earn points to redeem on gas prices to lower 10 cents per gallon or up to 5% on groceries. Fast check out and friendly staff. Full service store . You don't have to do you on checkout. Love BROOKSHIRES !!! IT MY GO TO STORE.

The Kaufman store is definitely my favorite location, due to the larger store, and the better variety of produce and other items. The management and staff at the Kaufman store is very helpful. Several times they have found items, for me, or ordered items that they did not have, for me. I frequent this location each week, and am always satisfied with my shopping experience!

Very Good fish and meat market, Sushi made to order, the counter personel were fantastic. I purchased what appeared to be fresh crab legs, scallops, and shrimp, the lobster tail was sold out. As fresh as you can get 1200 hundred miles from the east coast. I'm not sure they had the best price but how do you know. As for the rest of the store; Just before a winter storm the shelves were hit hard but their was still enough on the shelves to meet the needs of the shoppers.

Have not been in there in a while, they had their Buy one, Get one for a Penny sale. Prices were good, considering, they are high everywhere! Good sale, really good clean store, friendly people. I am so disappointed in our Walmart, not being able to keep stock on their shelves, i made up my mind to do ALL MY GROCERY SHOPPING at Brookshires.!!

The population at this brookshires is really small, the management is god awful and can barely keep anyone onboard for longer than 3 months before they look for better employment. I don't suggest working or shopping here until conditions are better. If you value yourself and would expect yourself to be treated decently while working here, then don't shop here. They treat the workers abysmally, and shopping here tells them "It's okay".

I love the way the store is lay out and the produce dept but no Goya products to offer .I will be doing some of my shopping at this location. But will have to go to Wal-Mart to get my Goya merchandise.

What has happened to this sweet place. You walk up to a door and it does not open and there is no sign to warn you. Good thing I wasn't handicapped more than I am. Then, in an attempt to do business in the office and having stood there for a couple of minutes, one of the girls in the office sticks her head out and says "We don't open till 9". Nothing more. Please guys and girls, get your old sweet customer service policies back in operation. This is so unlike yall!
