I am BEYOND grateful for this place. My Teddie feels like a brand new cat! He is a rescue and had gotten eye surgery a couple months back so I was extremely worried about having this done because I didn’t want him to suffer more than he already had but it was necessary due to all of the matting he had. The entire process was easy and they kept me updated the entire time. Teddie did great and I was told he behaved very well. He looked completely calm. I will definitely be returning!

I recently took my puppy to this grooming salon for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated being able to take a quick tour of the facility, which helped ease my nerves about leaving my pup. Henry and Marion did an excellent job grooming my puppy - not only did she come out looking great, but she also smelled amazing. They made sure she had a positive first experience, and I will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a caring and skilled groomer!

Just took my German Shepard here and I’m very impressed and happy with the service. I’ve took Scar to PetSmart before and didn’t have the best experience so left us with anxiety when his grooming was due but this place just gave us peace when it’s time for him to be groomed! We walked in and saw how calm scar was and we saw how sweet he was being treated . We will be going here from now on for all grooms and also bring our other dogs. Thank you again Zoe’s !

I just had the worst experience of my life at this place because the owner really tried to gaslight me. I took my dog to get groomed which is a labradoodle and when I dropped him off I let them know his face was terribly matted and while I was there the groomers established that because it was so matted it would be an extra 40. I understood that. I took him a time before he was a little matted at that time too and it was only an extra 20. But when I was called to pick him up the receptionist let me know there was an extra 20 for handling fee because he was aggressive when trying to clean his ears. She asked me if I still wanted them to try cleaning his ears for an extra fee I said NO! I told the owner when I dropped him off that he would be a little trouble because he doesn’t like his face touched. But once I picked him up I noticed he was shaking his ears really bad. I expressed my frustration about his ear shaking to the receptionist and she offered to call the owner but I told her I’d call back. But when I got home to my surprise I check Zeus’ ears and both of them had dry blood on the tips from being clipped at the bottom. He wouldn’t even let me touch them. I immediately went back and waited for the owner to get there for him to play in my face and tell me that his ears were bleeding because he was shaking them and they can get like that because of matting. I asked him where the blood came from and he said from the matting. We went back and forth, for him to not give me a refund of my 211 dollars and tell me he would take him to their vet and if it’s something they did then they’ll pay for it. But I didn’t drop my dog off with his ears bleeding so who else did it? This place is a joke and I’m so mad I took him back because I knew I shouldn’t have. I told him at any point my dog was getting aggressive or uncomfortable they didn’t have to force it. They could have stopped and called me to tell me they couldn’t finish the job because he was too aggressive and uncomfortable. I told him, y’all forced him (Zeus) to sit there and take it to finish the job which is damn near abuse because they could have stopped at any given moment. I will NEVER take my back to this place! PLEASE BE WARNED!

Usually we love taking our cat to Dee's, but this time I was very disappointed with how my cat looked when he got home. My husband goes in to drop him off and the woman at the counter asks how short we wanted to go on his hair, he said I'm not sure just whatever you guys did last time, she stated they could see what was done before, which is fine. So he let's her know just to trim him up, and she says so shaved right? My husband says no we don't want him shaved, just even all around. He comes home and let's me know that they said they were going to shave him, I call a soon as he got home, to let them know to please not use clippers on him I just want him to get a trim with scissors and just shave his private area. The person who answered said ok I'll let them know they are barely bathing him now. I said ok perfect thank you. They call maybe 2 hours later saying Hey his ready to get picked up, my husband goes to get him. And he doesn't notice until he gets home since he was in his carrier that they shaved him all around. He is a long haired cat, so when I tell you that he looked so chopped up and in even I was so freaking angry, almost $200 for a botched haircut for my furr baby. I was very upset. By the time I got off of work they were already closed and the next day was Sunday also closed. At this point I thought they're just going to come up with a lame excuse to not give me a refund for the hair cut. Dee always did an amazing job with Bruce. I'm not sure who may have gotten him this time but omg whoever it was you made my cat look like he's molting. Today was my first time at Dee’s Pawfection and everything was just great! I loved it! The guy in the front was super thorough about the process and very helpful. I was a bit nervous leaving my baby since I was changing groomers for the first time in years but I was very satisfied with my experience. When I picked him up I was informed about my dogs behavior and I appreciated knowing how he did during his cut and understood that my dog can be a bit difficult specially being around other dogs but they seem very experienced when it comes to the different behavior of every pet. You can just tell that they want you and your pet to have a great experience and feel comfortable leaving your baby, and I really loved that. I’m looking forward to my second visit here and hoping that my dog can get used to it lol

Dee is a wonderful stylist for your fur baby, she truly puts in the extra care and thought of each pet that comes in. I’ve had her groom several dogs and cats in the past and all came out looking 1000x better. If she notices something medical going on, she will be sure to let you know and even give you any helpful info needed. She truly goes above and beyond and ensures that your baby is in good trusted hands. I think if you already know your pet does not like grooms (meaning they can bite or lunge) then you should be considerate of extra fees, and the labor that goes into handling an aggressive animal being bathed and shaved. So many places will turn you away if your pet even has a glimpse that they will be aggressive, but Dee still tries and works with them, you can tell her years of experience pay off. You really cannot ask for more for your fur baby! They are in great hands here.

They fit me in but charged 87$ for groom and teeth....... they are VERY proud of their grooming services....and for my small 14lb schnauzer, they charged as though she was a medium dog. The girl up front said basically only puppies get small dog prices.......

The best dog grooming experience in Houston. They knew exactly what she needed. Our 10 year old dog gets scared of the groomers and they provided her with a loving experience and the best products. I brought my elderly shih tzu in for grooming recently and was extremely happy with her haircut! I was trying a new place out and gave very little direction on what I wanted in terms of grooming to see what the groomer would come up with and it was perfect! You can tell they know what they’re doing and really care about your pup. It was nice to be able to see the groomers in action as our last place we went to she was ushered to the back upon arrival so you didn’t know what it looked like in the back. I loved the shop in the front and will have to pick up some homemade treats the next time I’m in. Thanks for making our first time a great experience!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!I brought my grandson's severely matted Havanese dog Arlo here for a grooming and they were outstanding. Mitch did a great job keeping the dog comfortable throughout the process and communicating everything with me. The price was very reasonable for all that they did! Legacy, who set up the appointment, was also very helpful & super nice. Arlo came home so clean & happy - he is so much more comfortable now. I never write reviews, but know how hard it can be to find a dog groomer to trust our fur babies with that does a good job. This place is it! My pup deals with anxiety and is super hyper and has come back from other groomers lopsided and nicked. Dee did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job with my Aussie. We have found our go to place from now on! I am very impressed.

Henry; the new owner is not going to last. Originally when I 1st spoke to him he seemed very nice and explained to me that Dee no longer owned the company and that he had taken over. He asked that I give him a chance to win me over as a customer. I brought my yorkie in and explained to him (the owner) exactly how I wanted my dog’s haircut. I asked for a teddy bear cut with her legs a bit longer than the body and a teddy bear round face. This is a longer type of cut. When I came back to pick my baby up they had cut all of her hair off. The lady stated there was no matting so there would have been no reason for them to had cut off all of her hair. The owner had left for the day and the lady who was closing took my info down and said she would have him give me a call the next day. Over a month passed with no call. I ended up calling back to speak with him. He was not in but called me back the following day. He stated that he was surprised about the situation and had been told by the lady who closed that day, that I was happy with my service and that everything went well for the day. When I spoke to him he instantly seemed defensive and basically put the mistake off on his groomer. He kept cutting me off and was trying to respond before I finished my thoughts. At the end of the conversation he asked me how this could be fixed or had they lost me as a customer. I explained to him he should be able to see from my history with Dee, that im a person who gives many chances. I explained that I had several issues with my cuts with Dee, but by the way she handled herself and the mistakes I always returned. I asked him how he thought he could make the situation right. I also mentioned that it would be different if they had did the cut too long, but due to them cutting all her hair off there is no way to fix the cut until after her hair grows back. So again I asked him what he could do. He begin to say he “knew what I was asking” and that was not how he can run his business. He said I want him to pay for his groomers mistake. He stated he could understand if my dog had been hurt or mistreated, however that was not the issue. I responded, I hadn’t asked for anything in particular and only asked him what he could do as an owner to fix the situation. He basically stated the only thing he could think of was “to teach his groomers how to understand English”. I ended up respectfully ending the conversation with him because I was appalled at this being the way an owner would respond to a customer. Especially after a mistake made in his business A MONTH AGO. In reality all I really wanted/expected was maybe a discount on my next cut or maybe an additional grooming service offered with my next cut to fix the situation. I will not be returning to this establishment and will finally have to find a new groomer in my area. Hopefully as a new owner he learns very quickly how to conduct business or he will lose all his loyal customers and new ones too!Update after owners response:I can also see that he and his staff are liars. He most definitely knows that we did not agree on my dog’s hair being cut off. Ms. Dee would definitely know from the many times I have come that I would have never asked for that cut. My issues with her were always with how the groomer shaped my dog’s face and ears not in the body unless they had to cut the hair if matted. Your receptionist is a liar if she told you that I called back and asked to speak to someone else in regards to my issue. What I SPECIFICALLY stated to her was that she let YOU know that you need to learn how to conduct business and if you continue with conducting it the way you just did with me, you will lose customers. Then to end the conversation I told her I would be leaving a google review. (SHES A LIAR, JUST LIKE THAT WAS MADE CLEAR WHEN SHE LIED AND TOLD YOU I WAS HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE AND DIDN'T TELL YOU TO CALL) You further proved my point. As for when I picked up my dog, it was prior to your closing and prior to the time the daycare hours began so you tried it! Good luck sir!

I typically take my dog to a groomer in the neighborhood, however I decided to try out Zoe's Pawfection this week. Not only was it an incredible price point, the service and attention to detail was out of this world. I'll be bringing Milton here moving forward even though it's a 1 hour round trip! He is one happy pup!!

They did a excellent job from the time I entered the door, until I returned to get Mia. She was cut exactly the way I ask. I'm fairly new to having a dog where I have to get them groomed, my previous pets were all short hair. I just bathed them. I used petsmart/Co whichever one is near target on I10 & fry. After the third time of getting Mia back with the wrong cut, or scalped, I searched around. I like Mia to have a teddy bear cut, she's a labradoodle. Dee did an outstanding job. They have made a returning customer. I recommend them to anyone needing a grooming service.

Excellent place. Marvelous experience for my Lea. They went above and beyond to make my nervous girl feel relaxed and comfortable. She had The Works done, and they filed and trimmed her nail to perfection. When I picked her up she looked adorable, and her paws were soft and very well clipped and filed. Highly recommend this place for all of your grooming needs. They also offer more services for your four legged kids. Will definitely come back!

I could tell management changed due to downfall of their service. It’s takes much longer to service my dog than before. They’ve up charged me and did not communicate this to me or explain what the up charge is for. Her cut is uneven and sloppy. I’ve tried to get service twice under this new team and have been highly disappointed both times. Seeing other reviews just confirmed that I’m not trippin about what I’m experiencing here. I hate to hear Dee is no longer the owner. Ive brought my baby here for the past 2 years and will be searching for a new groomer.

Dee and her team are so thorough and professional. It was super easy to set up an appointment. We opted for a de-shedding treatment, bath and teeth brushing. He was such a good pup we bought him 2 special cookies. Come check out this small family owned business and support Dee and her team! Your furr baby will love you more for it 🐶 ❤️ Our son's dog was so happy and smells so clean. BTW- This clean facility is great for shopping for pup gifts and more PLUS, they offer doggy day care ✔️

This is one of my 3 dogs I bring to Dees. They have always treated my babies so good. I have been going here for sometime getting their nails clipped and today we did a haircut on this guy. We took our Goldendoodle, Olivia, to get groomed here, and they did a fantastic job! Chris, her groomer, was so good with her & had her looking like a princess when she was all done! The customer service was also very good! We will definitely be going back!

I came in and asked for a teddy bear face for my maltipoo. I was rather disappointed with what I got, which is a poodle face and very short hair when I wrote to her I want it fluffy. I even gave her a picture of my baby’s previous haircut. It’s not my preference at all. They still charged me full price and an extra $10matting fee which was unreasonable as there was no matting. I’ve never paid $70 for a full groom anywhere for my 11lb dog!!!! There’s cheaper and better anywhere else. I feel cheated and ripped off.
