Staff is ok but overall unhelpful, went in to grab a few things and I couldn’t believe the deal on these so I picked them up, at the counter they rang up $17 and I showed this photo. The manager said they won’t honor it because it’s mistagged. While she was friendly this is literally false advertising. Get it together Walmart.

I came in to grab some groceries and to check out some other stuff.Parking was easy. The store was clean and decently stocked. There were plenty of shoppers, but I didn't feel overwhelmed.Food side was fresh and clean. No concerns. Would come back!

Its an convenient store for everyone. As they have the stock on everything we need. The store is clean in all areas including washrooms. The store is huge and the staff is helpful at self checkout place. I like this place.

it was the remodel that made me rate this store 5 stars. i know a few people said "new floor made me get concussion minor," but otherwise it's a great store to go to.everything you need, produce, and grocery. i don't mind if you come here, rate it whatever you want. but otherwise, i'd recommend you'd come here!

They require you to self-checkout, but then keep all the lanes and some of the stations closed, making you wait when there are available lanes! They are remodeling the store, which is good. But they are changing the layout. So, now instead of being able to cross the aisle and get bread and deodorant, you have to walk from one side of the store to the other.

Sean Davis, Automotive Dept manager and Miguel in the Auto department were EXTREMELY helpful. Our Walmart car battery died with 1 month remaining on the 3 year free replacement warranty. We arrived Walmart at ~7:05 pm, a few minutes after the Auto department closed their cash register and turned off their lights, but Sean and Miguel were still there and helped us. They confirmed our old battery was dead, retrieved the proper replacement from the backroom storage (the size we needed was not on the retail floor display), and instructed the customer service desk how to transact the free replacement (the customer service folks rarely do this and needed Sean & Miguel's step-by-step guidance). Thanks Sean & Miguel for your EXCELLENT service after your auto department closed. We're thankful we arrived while you were still there, cleaning up prior to going home, and willing to go the extra mile to help us with a warranty battery replacement!

The reason I am giving this Walmart a three star review is mostly because it is a Walmart. It is in a location of Houston that I don’t particularly like so that also may be the reason why I’m giving it three stars instead of four or more. I honestly don’t really care for grocery stores, but it is a necessity. I come here with my family all the time. As always much love from Houston and the universe.

I ordered Airpod pros generation 2 and they told me that i could pick them up ANY-time after 1:06pm; obviously not when they’re closed, which is 11pm. That’s all they told me on the app. I get there at 10pm after i get off of work to pick them up and im looking around wondering why im not seeing anyone at pick up so i decide to get out the car and go into the store and ask around. I asked the staff, who were really sweet btw, where i could find the pick up spots and they told me that pick up closes at 10pm. It was really frustrating to here that, but i didn't give the staff any hard problems. I sighed, said thank you and went to the car. It’s highly stupid that the App says you can pick up your purchase at ANY time and doesn’t mention ANYTHING about pickup closing at 10. So now i just wasted time, and gas for something that wasn’t made aware.

They are helpful with helping me to find things, the only problem I have is some guy that works there at the door is a really mean guy. Other than that I shop all the time at this Walmart. There's a really sweet lady that usually works the other door, I tend to stay out that one

Blew out 3 tires hitting a huge pothole going to Walmart on Walmart Home Depot road off of Fry Road. They seriously need to fix that road. Cost me a little over $1,000 to repair them Smh!!!

I was shopping for clothes for an elderly lady and asked 3 different employees in that department a question. Every single employee was on their phone and 2 of them spoke English. Even the welcome lady at the entrance had her head down on her phone, the entire time! She didn’t see anyone. It’s almost comical that Walmart won’t pay people to physically check out customers, but they will pay everyone else to stay on their phone and not speak to customers. The store looked good though.

The only good things about this Walmart are the location and the manager Nyaisha. Other than that, the store has always been dirty, unorganized, and full of rude/lazy employees who seem like they’re being forced to work there. You can walk up and down the aisles and find opened packages of food and trash laying around because the clientele likes to steal and litter. It’s disgusting. Recently I had a horrible experience where I was discriminated by the front door attendant (Leo) a grumpy older man. I spoke with management to address him but Leo tried to dismiss me and literally shoo me out of the store like a dog, so I requested higher management and Nyaisha handled the situation more appropriately but I also made other moves and am waiting on a response.

Went through the self checkout with 38 items. They waited until I had 4 items left to cancel my transaction. I proceeded to go to another register and it was also canceled with technical difficulties. Two cashiers came and said they would check me out. They actually thought I was stealing, The registers miraculously started working after the cashier started checking out my items. If Walmart wants their customers to be the cashiers they need to work on how they handle the transactions. Do better! Very disappointed!

It has everything what you may need 🛍. From grocery, home/kitchen, electronics, computer/game, McDonalds, Bank, pharmacy and auto stuff. It’s so convenient to have everything in this shopping center. I was trying to get a flu shot at the pharmacy which located in the center of the store and unfortunately I found that my insurance doesn’t cover the cost of it but the worker there was nice and sympathetic. So I’ll give a good 5 star and keep up your good work. Anyways, have a fun shopping! Cheers

As usual, Walmart is really a big shopping place for most of what you need. Staff are always ready to help you. Very affordable prices, and in the Katy location, you can get the direction fast and find yourself at ease in searching for your needs and wants. 4 stars because I believe in continuous progress.

This is for tle they put a false diagnosis on our battery and said they could replace it because they have a 35 and when we said it was under warranty they said they did not have a 35 update we came to get our tires fixed and they said they could not fix it because we had small collision damage do not come here. They thought parts would fall off even though they fixed our tires a year ago without complaint

There are people in places that they need to be in. Help is not very hard to get... I like this Walmart, but the catch is that I've had a train of baskets ram into my truck..... I had words with the operator of the basket pushing machine, but it ended up with me driving away and "they" letting me know it'll take a couple of hours to get the right manager to work on the problem....

It's a hit or miss at this location (like if you were to go to a thrift shop) when it comes to getting quality stuff. Just recently went and seen a lot of food items still on the shelves past the expiration dates. I had purchased a Frigidaire from this location May 2021. I got it to my salon and there was a horrible smell coming from it. Opened it up and found used underwear and some rags in it. So either Frigidaire sent it to Walmart like that or someone purchased it and returned it to Walmart like that. Either way neither company did a quality control check on it. I had to do some serious bleaching in order for the smell to be removed. I still shop here as it's closets to where I reside but sometimes will drive further out to a different location or to target for better quality.

Clean, many workers putting up Valentines goodies, large store, outside parking lot being worked on to improve cracks and potholes. Be careful driving around near that area. They have a McDonalds inside in case you get hungry, as well as many eating businesses within close vicinity. Enjoy shopping. Tax office is already up and running inside Walmart

My Walmart is going downhill. I visited other Walmarts... Katy location... Rosenberg location geez even Wilcrest at Westheimer and those stores are on top of it so much better than my Walmart. Nicely done, well kept stocked, yarn in Katy done well not all just thrown on the shelf.

This is my neighbor walmart and i assume they have new staffing but an older asian man accused me of stealing after I CALLED him over to take two misplaced items off of my list. I do NOT appreciate that AT ALL. They need to get their staff in line. You arent even ALLOWED to ACCUSE ppl of stealing! Do better. Thats one of the worst things to be called next to a liar. I take pride in who i am! That really upset me on CHRISTMAS EVE. I had 7 things in my cart!🤣 i definitely had him count and apologize for accusing me. But its the principle!

Terrible customer service for "Pick Up". I have never received all my items, no matter the day or time of purchase. Someone should enforce the parking as well. Never an available spot for pick up. Car park and go inside for hours.

Does it have to take 30 to 45 minutes to get help? We pressed the button multiple times, asked the employees and the manager to assist us, and made us wait longer while the manager was around our area for assistance. For an automobile light bulb.

Garden Shop of Walmart, just visited and I was wondering why I didn’t come to this Garden shop it had all the stuff you need for indoor and outdoor plants I was surprised by better prices then next door Home Depot’s Prices and the staff was humble and funny, helpful and professional nice place to shop quickly and a verity of plants in good prices also I must say it was really organized and huge selection of Plants pots of all sizes

If you want curbside pickup just go somewhere else or go inside yourself, every time I come here I get my groceries 45 minutes later, I get a confirmation email that my things are ready hours before so I don’t know why it takes almost an hour to get my things. It’s only like 2 people working when there’s like 15+ cars waiting.

Working at this Walmart was the worst the remodeling team broke so many eeoc laws including smoking Marijuana over night infront of employees. I was assaulted at work yelled at multiple times and when asked for help I was let go by a woman named Lynn she and the walmart team at this store are very mean. I've only been in katy 2 months and they made my experience horrible my ankle was so swollen by a coworker hitting me with a pallet and Jack I was bleeding on the floor and they did nothing but try to make me out to be to be wrong in even seeking legal assistance to help. I would not recommend this place for a job.

Five separate days, five separate distinct bad experiences both in store and at TLE Dept. Don't shop here, don't do business here.Objectively speaking, the fried food counter has a Latino staff member working it who cannot fill orders because she does not know any English. Please get someone bilingual to assist her or rotate into her position in the deli. That was an issue multiple times. I am not learning Spanish to order food.The same day at 10:20 p.m. a black male employee named Greenhouse approached my children outside the bathroom while I was in the bathroom. He began dancing around them by the tobacco counter and singing "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen. Now I like the song, but not presented in this way by a grown man to children when I am not present. He tells the children," Do not be afraid," and asks them about football. You are hiring people who are mentally unfit. The situation with the Greenhouse was highly unusual. He fled as soon as I exited the bathroom, back to his posting on grocery self check. Another employee who witnessed this called it a joke. Don't mess with people's kids. I was pretty angry when I heard what Greenhouse had done because we have experienced repeated violence from others many times in the past. We do not like to be approached unexpectedly, especially the kids when I am not present. I try not to pay my prior experiences forward in these situations. It takes a lot of self restraint and coming back to the realization that people cannot comprehend what some customers may have experienced in life prior to that moment. You have people shopping that have complex post traumatic stress disorder. It is not outwardly evident in how they appear. My son and I are two of those people. He asked me to post this review. I'm not trying to cost anyone their job. You cannot imagine what we have been through.October 11th, 2023Seperate dayWe found a cart and it had a bent wheel so it would not roll. I asked Associate Abbey with green hair," What is to be done with broken carts?" "Just put it back into the cart area to be recirculated she says. "Is there a label or tag you put on it to lock it out of service," I asked. "Nope we just put them back in the cart area to be recirculated broken for the next customer to grab."12/20/23TLE dept tested our car battery and said it was bad. Then they said three different battery types they had for the car were out of stock. On 12/21/23 I visited another TLE at another Walmart. The battery was tested again: good battery. This first Walmart was wrong about the battery being bad12/21/23 Visited to try and get two new rear tires. The technician tells me his supervisor refuses to work on the car due to collision damage. His says parts will fall off the car. This was a complete lie. Insurance has looked at my car. There were no loose parts. The TLE department were just being unprofessional.4-16-24Well over 60 cameras on the exterior of the store alone. The entire building was lined with twice as many during a recent renovation. Is this really necessary? Pictures posted for review. I drove by to see if anything had changed.

Very displeased with this Walmart, pick up wait times is longer then 45min, even though you reserve a spot! They say they are fully staffed but they couldn’t be with these wait times, this is not the first or 2nd time this has happen, more like every time. Even the cars that you see in the back is lined up waiting for their order!
