I would love to see a change at this location. It's long overdue. This is, by far, the most unethical, non friendly, careless, negligent, lazy, improperly trained/skilled, rude staff of ALL time that lacks simple, common courtesy and emotional intelligence. How many 1 stars are needed before we see a change here at this location. Loosing mail, blaming each other for shortcomings. No one here EVER apologizes or sympathizes. No one is obviously being held accountable. They just shrug their shoulder like they don't care. The supervisors/post master are disgustingly rude as well. It's a trickle-down effect. Stop playing with people's mail!!!!!!!!!

We've been trying to get our keys for our new mailboxes they installed in our neighborhood since November. For whatever reason, only 1 person can give us those keys and they won't tell us when she will be in. All our neighbors have their keys already and the person working the window today said they haven't been assigned. Going on 2 months with no mail and the staff unfortunately isn't helpful and some are extremely rude.

Sorta Helpful if you go inside but I feel like any Govt job, they hate being there and dislike the idiots in the American General Public and in turn you get City Service.My Main Problem which is 0 Stars, is they don't pick up the phone! I tried called from early morning for an hour and kept getting hung up by the automated system. I gave up and am unable to get my mail, that is now being held ransom in a box that the lock doesn't even work!

A nightmare. Horrible customer service. We were served two hours after our passport appointment for my two girls, 4 months and 6 years old. I was sent to wait outside with my baby in the cold and no chair to sit with the baby. Then I tried to wait in the lobby because of the cold and fear of my baby getting sick and a lady I think her name is Sandra yelled at me and my husband with the children that we could not wait in HER lobby which had several customers delivering packages. They mistreat and humiliate customers. Zero consideration and respect. They do not attend the passport appointments at the chosen time on the website and for which I personally waited two or three weeks. The lady who attended us directly was very kind and was the one who initially let me wait inside where it was warm and at least one chair available. Overall lousy service. Do not choose this location for any passport service.

I was treated disrespectfully by a clerk named Sandra. Her attitude clearly showed how she hates her job and people. I was told by another employee at this location on the phone the day before to go there for a postal refund since my package was lost. Sandra went on and on saying we don't give postage refunds nor claims to the receiver only the sender. But her words contradicted two independent phone conversations with other postal employees as well as the fact I was able to file an online claim as a receiver. Because I felt she was wrong I went to the pick up package door. The lady at the window door listened and then closed the door while she checked on the computer. Well when the door opened it was that old Sandra apparently leaving her post that had a long line in order to continue her banter at me causing me embarrassment among customer onlookers. She needs to be fired. The manager of this facility needs to give me a way to contact him or her to obatain my refund. Rarely does this post office answer the phone.

EXTREMELY RUDE WOMEN AT THIS POST OFFICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This is the absolute worst place to get any kind of service. ALL the employees here lack any kind of respect for others. The employees will become belligerent simply for having to do their job. They are incompetent to handle the task required of them at this establishment and will treat you like an inconvenience. Choose a different post office if you are reading this and save yourself the headache of dealing with individuals with low emotional intelligence.

Carlette needs to be promoted because she is truly amazing! She was so kind to me and helpful. I made a few mistakes with my packaging but she kindly helped me fix it and went above and beyond to help me! She's truly a pleasure to work with! I don't live in the area, and just so happened to stop at this location. I'm sure glad I did and will be returning just because of her in the near future!

Never go to this post office for passport.Waited two hours and they do not accommodate the appointment. Sandra ,the rudest employee who doesn’t know how to treat people with respect. A woman saw how this Sandra shouted to anyone who will ask so she told me to go to Baker Rd post office instead of this place.If she continues to do this to people, this is not a good reflection of their facility.Serve people with respect and dignity. Teach this Sandra what is good customer service! No doubt why her name is trending in all the reviews.

Can the USPS just shut down? Like seriously I have been at my current address for 12 years and every year I have issues! I told Amazon if my packages arrive USPS that I will cancel my Prime membership! I never use the postal service because they are incompetent and ineffective. I would rather pay UPS or FedEx over the postal service any day! This is just another government ran agency that is an absolute joke!

Most of the staff is rude, slow as molasses and not helpful. You can expect the bare minimum. Carlette is the exception. Very nice but it does not rub off on her co workers. I have had 3 packages disappear from the Katy Westgreen location. Go elsewhere.

Tried to reach the Postmaster 3 times, and he (she) will not call me back. The temporary mail delivery lady damaged our mailbox, making the deliveries difficult. I would fix it myself, but since we have the incident on camera, I feel they should be responsible for it. They also held our mail during Christmas, and we still have not received it. We also contacted them 3 times for answer, but they cannot find the held mail.

Terrible service and experience on this location . Walk in to apply passport for my 9m old baby last Friday on 8:30am. The lady Sara, she is liar, she told me there were 20 people already on her list, but the lobby was empty, and she refused to help me, very bad attitude. These USPS people have high salary but very provided very bad customer service and will not help at all. She should be fired, I have never met such bad people before.

On 03-28-24 at 4:30 PM I walked in to the post office to mail some packages, there were no supplies available and when I politely asked one of the ladies working at 4:30 pm on 3-28-24 if they had additional boxes in the back they could provide so I may purchase it, the lady was rude and said all they had was what was in the front and that I needed to bring my own supplies. once I proceeded to go and mail one of the boxes I did have I asked kindly if the lady could please provide me with some tape for the top of the box, she said I had to purchase a whole tape, the lady that assisted me was rude from the beginning and now seeing the reviews I see this is an ongoing problem for this location and I will file a formal complain.

The first day I visited this post office which was 2/15/2024 to pick up a package I met 2 awesome and wonderful people who treated people with respect. I had to go back for my second package on 02/22/2024 and I met Sandra who was extremely rude, Sandra didn't bother looking for my package. It baffles me to see such incompetent people working as a representative to the government.. I hope she finds happiness in this life cause she really seems unhappy and she will rather pass the aggression to innocents customers. If I can avoid her ever again in this unit I will cause I hate so much bad energy around me. You don't know me from Adam yet you want to fight me for politely asking to pick up my package. Terrible.

This location provides terrible customer service. No one could be bothered with letting anyone know that there was no one to work the Quick Service Door. There was people standing in line for 40 mins before someone in line found out from going into the other area. Be Honest And Up Front. We ALL have jobs too and most are having to go in late to accommodate the 9-5.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!! I don't understand how these employees still have their jobs. Go work somewhere else if you are a unhappy miserable person and hate your job. They are so GHETTO and unprofessional like a movie. I'm going to find her name but until then I was treated like an animal for no reason. I heard them shout at 2 people embarrassing them infront of everyone. They have the nastiest attitudes and that place reeks bad energy. There is only one nice lady that works there. I'm not going back in there because I don't want to snap and be taken to their low heathen levels. What a zoo!

HORRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY!!!!First time I went to this usps to mai a package dropped it off very early Jan 9th and package was expected to be delivered Jan 13th. USPS tracking still says that it’s still in this facility and it’s already Jan 18th. Should’ve just mailed it in USPS in ACE hardware along S Mason Rd in Katy where staff are more reliable than this usps office. What a waste of money and my time. Package still not delivered as of this time.Update: so I went to this branch just and brought my receipt trying to get some help on my package which I sent 11 days ago and tracking says my package is still with them. Woman on the counter did not even looked at my receipt said right away “we don’t have it here”. Jeeez this people doesn’t deserve their pay and doesn’t deserve their retirement benefits. Lack of customer service and empathy.

Unfortunately, this is the post office most closed to where I live .Post worker Sandra was extremely rude and unprofessional to me for no reason. Treat me totally different than she did to others for no reason ! That’s discrimination! Very arrogant and condescending, no greeting no helpful no caring about my time and no respect, just staring at ya after your turn at her counter for “service “, not said a single word to me till I did. Then just criticized on my mailing skill with rude question and remarks , then made me go back line over and over again so she can just pick on my packages info . feel mistreated and wronged. It’s such a shame post office have those kind of employee who disgraced the usps reps and got this location an extremely low rate among other locations .

The place is ridiculous with bad customer service. If you website states walk in from 8:45am to 9:45am and we were there by 8:30am no line in the lobby but apparently they only take 4 customers only. I could understand if you were busy but it was not. It is very frustrating when you make arrangements with missing school for a minor to just not want to work.

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU DROP BOX. It's fallen victim to one of the more common mailbox scams. You can clearly see the mail is falling out of the box, because someone has taped cardboard on the inside of the drop box. They do this so they can later come and easily steal the mail from the box.Because of this the $1000 cell phone we sent back to ATT was stolen. When I went into the lobby to ask why the mail was overflowing every day, she told me that it just gets full and sometimes people put boxes that are too big to fall into the box. You'd think they use common sense and realize what's actually happening. I just don't think they care enough to look into it.

Extremely unprofessional. Been waiting for mailbox keys for over a month. Was told the keys were ready but the ones given to me didn’t open my mailbox. Took the keys back to the post office and still haven’t received the correct keys. The employees are so rude and don’t care. Avoid this office if you can. Not worth the time or headache.

someone who works here needs to contact me. I dropped off 5 packages. One was an iphone. I have pictures of me dropping it off. No update on tracking none of my packages marked as shipped. cant get ahold of anyone on the phone. If my iphone was stolen this place needs to be shut down. I have to refund orders now.

Carlette was extremely rude and rose her voice to me in front of my two toddlers and a line of people. I simply asked where I needed to go to schedule a passport appointment after waiting in line for 20 minutes. She was mad that I was asking her a question and yelled “Mam if that’s what you need you to step aside.” Other people in line apologized to me as I left for the way she spoke to me.

If you are a small business owner DO NOT SHIP HERE!!!!!! The staff is incredibly irresponsible and lost FIFTEEN of my orders shipped out last week. I just had to refund every single order thanks to USPS’ lack of responsibility. It wouldn’t surprise me if they stole my orders. I am beyond frustrated.

Came here at 7:30 in the morning to signup for walk-in to get a new passport for my 2 & 8 year olds. We were first in line and told us to come back at 8:35. We came back on timed went starting to the 1st window. The lady inspected my application and noticed one of my form is filled out incorrectly. I went outside to fill it out and came back to her in less than 5 minutes. She said I needed to wait in the lobby to be called in about 20-30 mins. Long story short, I came back to check on her in 30 mins and was told she was on her break. Around 9:30, I checked about and she was nowhere to be found. I asked another lady, she sounded very rude and said because I was a walk-in that we have to wait until all the appointments are done and to be called. I told her, I have 2 children with me and all I had to do was refill a simple form. The customer service here is so bad no wonder they have a 1 star rating. I ended waiting 4 hours until 12:30 and left. My wife and I were so upset with their lack of compassion and inhumane treatment. They should be all fired or the government should take their passport processing facility elsewhere. The workers here don't care about helping people. they are just there to collect a paycheck.

Passport service is the worse you can imagine. Plan to be there about 3 hours or so because they do NOT honor your appointment time. They will take all the people in line sending packages and will tell you to wait regardless of your schedule appointment, and that wait will turn into hours. So, if you go with kids, be ready.

WALK AWAY!The whole entire staff was rude and did not want to help me I had to beg someone to help me on receipt says “clerk 30” she helped but before she stepped in the other LADY was an absolute arrogant with low self pity attitude with no patience walked away because I had questions about my package. I’ve been waiting to get my mailbox key, was told in person after paying $50 that it would be 4-5 weeks and I’d get a call. It’s been more like 8 weeks and still nothing, I try calling and no one ever answers. I go in person and just keep getting told they will call me when it’s ready and they don’t know when that will be. This is crazy! I literally am not able to get any of my mail because of this.
