I ordered a generator, it arrived in a timely manner - then sat in the garage for 10 months, unopened. Now I need to use it, the first thing I noticed when we pulled it out the box, was an oil stain inside the bottom of the box. Seems its had oil in it previously - yet it says on the box that it does not ship with oil in it. I went to add gasoline, it reached the fill line after only adding 1.8 gallons. The box says it hold 4 gallons. After all the trouble, the generator wouldn't start. Why am I not surprised. There were too many signs that this was a used generator, from the moment I opened the box. This was my first and last time ordering from tractor supply. I really regret not testing the generator when it was first delivered. I definitely would have returned it to the store.

100% I'm done with this location in Katy it is by far the worst location in Houston. The last four times I have been to this location I've had to deal with some sort of unpleasantry because of one of the staff members typically it's the tall Tanner chick today it was a new girl. I will never set foot in this place again and I'm likely to find out an email to someone that can make a difference and start lighting them up. Today I left without purchasing the dog food I needed because I won't to give them another dollar.

My new favorite place! I went for rubber boots (they have a great selection for ladies and kids) and left with about 10 other items I "had to have"! They have EVERYTHING here. Decorations, tools, lawn supplies, pet food and a do-it-yourself dog grooming station, clothing, boots, candles, I mean a little bit of everything. Prices seemed fair as well and the staff was nice. I'll be back soon!

They have so many interesting things. I had been searching for months for a belt that has snaps that would allow me to change the belt buckle, found one at TSC.

Show up an hour+ before closing. Half the door is blocked, the whole front isle is blocked. Too bad. Because I went in to buy a $500 chainsaw, and I couldn't even get into the isle that contained them.I was willing to spend more money, to give back to a "local"-ish company. At least one that employees the local community.Not only will I buy my chainsaw at Lowes tomorrow for $35 less, but I'll never shop here again. Obviously the closing staff was more worried about getting out at 9pm on the dot than making sales.Never again, and I implore everyone else to heed my warning AND save a few dollars elsewhere.And when I asked where the manager was who could move the go-carts and mowers in the way, I overheard she was "chasing possums around the back". I'm sure that's a euphemism for what was really happening, "out back".

I went to purchase an item that I looked up on the TSC website. At check out I noticed the item was more expensive than on the website. I tried showing two employees that the price was incorrect. The SKU numbers matched up, but the prices didn’t. I’m not so irritated about the price, but the way the associates handled it. Wouldn’t even acknowledge what I was trying to show them. They literally just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid. I finally just said screw it and bought the item. Needless to say I won’t be going back there. I recommend going else where.

Went to buy a couple of bags of horse pellets and the young worker threw the bag in the back of the truck causing it to break. Pellets and dust everywhere! After a poor attempt to clean it up, another worker (Ty) came to help and sent the other worker away. The manager Dylan came over and said there was nothing he could do. Didn't offer any kind of help. Ridiculous. Ty worked for a long time cleaning the mess. They should make Ty the manager as he wad the one who took initiative and acted quickly to clean up someone's mess. I won't be back to shop there.

A big shout Out to the store you can everything you need for farm animals and the Customer service is wonderful! I just want to thank Ronna for helping me find the bridle I needed it for my horse it was not an easy fix but you did it and so thankful for you ! Sheila with her friendly smile and Hunter at the cash register once again all employee had great customer service skills and always a warm smile at the front door eager to help ! Very organized all ya need here and I will always be back even got the hat ;)!

6 months later still not available 8/26. I love bringing my dog in to the pet wash, but they never have hot water. How can I go to the bathroom and wash my hands in hot water but the Pet wash has none? Other than that the people are friendly and always there to help

This is my go to tractor supply everyone is always welcoming and friendly if you need any help. I went in Labor Day 5 min before close not knowing they closed early. The staff went above and beyond they helped me get everything I needed! This Tractor Supply sets the bar high!

came to tractor supply today, very surprised they were open due to the extreme conditions they working through today, power was out, no heat, store was about 40 degrees, no running water, and the fire alarm was going off the whole time I was inside. Service was amazing, however I believe that the store should have been closed down for maintenance.

Scheduled curbside pickup hours ago since I can't go in the store due to being high risk and when we arrived, we called (following instructions on the parking spot), we were told that they knew we were here to pick up but they were too busy and had a line and we had to wait. When they brought out the items purchased, we were missing items that we were charged for so we had to call again and wait on hold for them to get the employee that brought out things. Then another employee picked up and told us that we had to go somewhere else to pick up the other items. Why didn't they tell us that since the beginning and left us waiting? We don't work here so we don't know that you have to go to different spots for purchases. Need more communication and better customer service .

I always receive excellent service here, the employees I've encountered act like real humans with a heart and try to help the best they can. Prices are typically normal to low. Wish there were a few more around town etc but I wouldnt want to sacrifice any of that customer service.Thanks!

People could be nicer here. Place is organized, easy to maneuver in and clean. Prices are a good enough value. Again, it's really the people who work here that needs improving.

Best place to buy Grade 8 bolts.Staff is friendly and always willing to help. They always seem to be in a great mood too.Plenty of parking out front with easy access to to I-10.Great selection of tools and hardware not to mention all the farm/ranch equipment one will every need.Love spring at the store when all the chicks and young ducklings are for sale.

This place is dark, over priced, low in stock of popular items and the staff and customers are rude. I needed soil for ground which included manure but they didn't have. They did have lots of vegetable seeds unlike Lowe's so that was the only plus.The aisles are so small it's impossible for more than one shopping cart to fit. So if someone is in aisle with a cart, you have to wait or go around. There were men who literally squeezed past my cart to get by instead of going around. They don't bother to say excuse me or attempt to practice social distancing. There were several items I was interested in which had no price tags and was too heavy to carry to the front to check price, so again no one was available assist so I'll just never know. I asked the cashiers, but they just pointed me in multiple directions to find soil they either don't carry or not in stock.Would never go back again.

Took my dog in on a Saturday to take advice of their Vet services for dogs. It’s first come, first served. It is indoors which is nice as was outside in heat. Friendly staff assistants. They keep records of when last there. Much better prices than a Vet stand alone business. Store has lots of dog food to choose from.

Great service. We needed 5 gallon gas cans to go back home to Louisiana from Hurricane Ida. Everyone else was sold out but Tractor Supply had enough for us. We needed 6 in total. The estimated date for pickup was 3 days away, but they had them in stock and were ready for pickup the day after placing the order.

Prices very affordable, way better than home Depot or Walmart. They have a lot of the main day to day merchandise, though not a large selection but you will be satisfied. I just recently found this place and I will shop there more than home Depot. Great experience as far as the pricing and customer service. Thank you!

I have been buying 4health dog food in the small cans here for the last several years...... They put it on sale 12 for $12.......been in to buy at least 6 times the last couple months,they never have it, have complained but no results, always excuses. They will have it when not on sale. I will not waste my time trading here again.

Needed an abrasive blaster. Didn't find d what we were looking for, but product selection definitely had my country son drooling at times. Staff was helpful without hovering. Pleasant experience through register despite longish lines.

I love that they offer a variety of dog food and treats. Even though it's a little out of my way I would still go due to the brand of dog food that is sold there. They also have great selection of other things too.

Store manager 2nd shift, he couldnt unload me 3 pallet men . I heard to spend a night here and had several stops . Only 3 pallets less than 2 min work had to spend here. Claimed he was goin home and it was 7 pm. The lady who got me the following morning , she took 3 min. God bless you
