Edwin and the team were AMAZING with my Pomeranian, Loki! They were kind and excellent at communication. My poor lil guy was vastly overdue for a trim and he looks so perfect now! And I could tell he felt comfortable with Edwin which is huge as Loki is often anxious around strangers. I’m so happy with the experience and I’ll be making this place my new go to for grooming.

Tiara and the crew have taken care of our Dolly so well from the first time we dropped her off. We have dropped her off for overnight stays multiple times and she comes back with an even bigger smile each time we pick her up!

My boy Kai loves it there. The staff is great and spot on every time. The groomer did an amazing job. Also, they're in a beautiful new very well kept facility. I highly recommend these folks.

We love the Dog Stop in Katy! We went in for an our dog to get bathed and trimmed. Fabulous grooming for our Aussie shepherd who was in and out with no problem, took about an hour! Amazing service and kind staff! Thanks Dog Stop!

It would be nice if they'd put ANYWHERE on their website OR confirmation e-mail that you need to bring a physical copy of the vaccines with you so you don't show up on your way out of town after they confirmed your reservation. Also, the receptionist could have been less condescending. The other gentleman in the lobby seemed friendly. I guess the universe was looking out for my dog before he ended up staying there. The lady at the desk gave off a bad vibe.

Wonderful new facility. Took my 2 fussy dogs there and they loved it. Great staff, obvious love of animals. I highly recommend this dog care facility for your special pet and peace of mind.

Took a tour of the facility and everything was very organized and well kept. The dogs seemed to have a blast and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be coming here regularly.

Soon as I asked if they had any openings for grooming the lady immediately hung up. I called back and stated I got disconnected and she laughed while trying to make up an excuse as to why it happened. Highly unprofessional.

This facility is so wonderful. Lots of place to run and play. Dogs aren’t put in crates. Small dog to counselor ratio. We love it.
