This company does an excellent job. The owner is an incredibly nice lady and is always trying to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. They take care of my two dogs who are both Goldendoodles. Enzo is a standard size and Brownie is a mini. They always come looking great and smelling nice. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a responsible and impecable grooming place you have to take your dog to Suburban Mutt! The owner (Mrs. Matthew) takes care of everything herself, from checking out your dog when comes in, to the product selection they use on our doggies, to the people our dogs will be surrounded with while they are getting their grooming service. The product range offered at this store are a very nice selection, most of them are cruelty free products or natural hand-made products. Don't hesitate to stop by! This is the best grooming place near Cinco Ranch Area.

My wife is very, VERY, picky about our how our dog, Iris, is groomed. She’s been taking her to the same place for about 10 years, but we used to live a lot closer to that place. Now it takes about 45 minutes to get there each time. Recently she hurt her back, my wife, not Iris. So it fell on me to take Iris to be groomed, but with a busy schedule, 45 mins would have been very challenging for me. My wife decided to give Suburban Mutt a try after seeing many good reviews.The owner was there and she was very pleasant. She asked several questions to make sure they would get the cut just right. She even made helpful suggestions. The place was very clean, and I liked that they had large windows showing into the back, so you could actually watch your furry friend get groomed.When I went back to pick up Iris, the owner mentioned several times that if my wife wasn’t completely satisfied with the grooming to please bring Iris back so they could make it right. I thought that was a nice touch. As it turns out my wife loved the cut, and Iris herself seemed pretty happy too! As an added bonus, they had a Batman bandanna available, and my wife is a big Batman fan! Thank you Suburban Mutt!!

Been going there for several years, the owner takes care of my dog as if she was her own. My dog requires specialty food due to her being diabetic, I appreciate that she has in stock food that meets her special needs. Great service!

Love Suburban Mutt I have an Irish Doodle not the easiest to groom they get matted easily. I have tried several places in Katy. This is the only place that actually listens to my requests. They will call and get my permission for anything not previously discussed. The owner is polite and very friendly.

We have a golden retriever and this is by far the best groomer we have ever used. My dog spends a lot of time outdoors acting doggy, laying in the mud, rolling in the wet grass, finding the odd stinky thing to play with and Suburban Mutt makes all those unpleasant smells completely go away! My dog has looked and smelled clean for well over a week! They cleaned his ears, clipped his nails, and even trimmed up his paw fur a little which makes him look very dapper. The owner is very positive and caring. Her facility is very clean and pleasant with a nice store in the front. My dog leaves the groomer feeling clean, loved and pampered. We've owned other dogs and Suburban Mutt provides the best grooming experience we've ever had with a dog.

We absolutely LOVE this place! My pets are my babies, and I would not trust them or leave them with just anyone. All of my dogs happily walk in to Suburban Mutt and are always greeted. They are never scared or nervous here. Suburban Mutt is the only place I've been to in Katy that genuinely cares and will treat your pets as family. They also have the best selection of pet food and treats along with toys and specialty items.

Our dogs Addie and Chanel are always treated well and groomed exactly as we ask. We have never had a problem. One of our dogs is blind and diabetic and they always prioritize her to get her out fast so she can be comfortable back home.

I had my dogs groomed a few months ago. One of them ended up with a bacterial infection.i took him to the vet,he had to be put on meds.the owner did reimburse me for the cost of the vet. I let that factor go. I took 2 dogs last wk. they both have been miserable.one of them cries every day! I think they trimmed them too close to the skin,there paws are raw, I’ve been putting cream everyday!i will never go there again! I feel so bad for my pets! It was also overpriced! I wish them luck,if other people go through this they won’t be back!

I took Murphy to Surburban Mutts after a bad grooming experience with another groomer. They were so accommodating and asked many questions on how I wanted him groomed. They did a terrific job! Friendly staff! I highly recommend.

We just returned from picking up our black/tan pomeranian, LB Ramsay. I must say that they did a beautiful job grooming him. We had certain requests, due to a previous, horrible experience we had with a groomer. They were very understanding and met all of our needs. Highly recommend and will definitely return for future groomings.
